Abstract

This research originated from the emergence of students’ negative views on learning SKI (Islamic Cultural History). The leadership role of SKI teachers is expected to provide learning motivation so that it can improve student achievement. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of leadership and explain the constraints of implementing the leadership of the SKI teachers in increasing student achievement and motivation. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are by observation, interviews and documentation. The research informants consisted of the vice chairman, the SKI teacher, and three students. This study found that teacher leadership can increase learning achievement and motivation. The process of applying leadership in learning, namely; 1) The teacher's introduction always begins with greetings, prayers, and motivation; 2) The core activity of learning is to use learning methods with interesting media; 3) In the closing activity, the teacher asks about the material that has been delivered and works on questions from the teacher. The process of implementing leadership outside of teacher learning always provides good examples such as student discipline and morals. Constraints faced by common are such as students lack of discipline in participating in learning, diverse characters, new methods that do not necessarily give satisfactory results. Meanwhile, the special obstacles faced were the lack of learning hours for the SKI, the lessons that were less attractive to students, and the differences in the educational background of the students.

Abstract

Since Covid-19, schools implement the online learning system which gives extratasks and responsibilities to all teachers. In online learning, the implementationof formative and summative evaluations has several problems, one of which isthe limitations of media and learning evaluation tools. The purpose of this studyis to explain and analyze (1) the implementation of summative and formativetests before the pandemic (2) the implementation of summative and formativetests during the new normal (3) The obstacles and supporting factors of theevaluation process at SDN 04 Kalisari. The research uses a qualitative approach.The data collection technique was carried out by indirect observation throughthe website, interviews via Zoom, and the study of documentation obtained inthe form of data on school facilities and infrastructure. The technique ofdetermining the informants used purposive sampling, namely the Principal and Teachers. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of formative and summative learning evaluations provides new achievements or new challenges for principals and teachers (1) The use of various learning methods to increasestudent interest (2) Smartphone and unstable network constraints (3) decreasedstudent scores.Keywords: Management; Evaluation; Learning; Pandemic.

Abstract

Early childhood education is the most important period to form character values. To make it happen, it is necessary to learn using the right method. The field trip method is learning that is done outside of school, where children observe animals, plants, and observe directly and are given the cultivation of Islamic educational values, so that children can understand that everything that is behind the universe there is a Creator, namely Allah SWT. The purpose of this study was to describe the combination of the implementation of science learning and Islamic religious education through the field trip method in order to improve children's naturalist intelligence. The research method used is a qualitative method. Through this research, it was found that the implementation of science learning and Islamic religious education through the field trip method would appear in the thinking process, because children are taught to examine and pay close attention to the universe in order to find Sunnatullah. The procedure for implementing the implementation of science learning and Islamic religious education through the field trip method is through the following stages; first, planning stage, second, learning process, third, learning evaluation. Thus, the combination of implementation in science learning is done by introducing objects, observing objects, so that children can implement them in real life. Learning combined with this field trip method can increase naturalist intelligence so that children become sensitive to the environment and learn to be responsible for the environment and nature and can shape children's character as Khalifatullah fil al-ard.

Abstract

The development of technology and globalization directly or directly can affect the moral development of adolescents in the millennial era. In the millennial era humans began to abandon the conventional ways of living their lives and were replaced by lifestyles. Today's modernization lifestyle which is a trend has a positive impact as well as a very large negative impact. The aims of this study are to determine Islamic education role in children, especially among adolescents, to overcome the moral crisis that is happening in society. This study uses descriptive analytical method to discuss the subject with the Library Research technique. The results indicate that religious education has a central role in tackling and preventing moral decline in adolescents in the disruption era. Changes in the teaching approach and the concept of education must be changed to keep pace with the times. The concept of religious teaching must be shifted, namely by utilizing developing technology and increasing the propagation institutions such as TPA and Majelis Ta'lim around the community and the condition that is as per the way of life of every locale.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the elements of learning innovation, differences and similarities, as well as candidates for Islamic religious education learning innovations in two Model MTsN of Aceh province. This research method uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The data was then analyzed by descriptive analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: 1) The innovation of Islamic religious education learning at the two MTsN models was carried out through the enrichment of the Islamic religious education curriculum, which included sharpening, remedial, and coaching programs. At MTsN Model Aceh, learning innovation also includes a variety of methods, from monotonous to varied, and from lectures to discussions, exercises, assignments, homework and presentations. The innovation of Islamic religious education learning media in the Aceh MTsN Model also varies from manuals to digital media, from worksheets to e-learning media, and from classrooms to laboratories. Furthermore, the learning evaluation innovation in the Aceh MTsN Model consists of tests and non-tests; 2) The similarity of Islamic religious learning in both the Banda Aceh Model MTsN and the Gandapura Model MTsN in terms of curriculum enrichment lies in the use of the National curriculum standards. On the other hand, the difference lies in class grouping, where the Banda Aceh Model MTsN makes small groups and the Gandapura Model MTsN makes a package system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis fungsi pelayanan, bimbingan dan pembinaan di bidang pendidikan madrasah lingkup kerja Kantor Kementerian Agama Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Pada penelitian menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. lokasi penelitian yaitu di Kantor Kementerian Agama Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Teknik penentuan informan menggunakan purposive sampling. Purposive sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel sumber data dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan 3 teknik yaitu Observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Untuk keabsahan data penulis menggunakan triangulasi. Dengan hasil penelitian bahwa penerapan fungsi pelayanan, bimbingan dan pembinaan di bidang madrasah sudah berjalan sebagaimana mestinya dengan memperhatikan kebutuhan madrasah. Pada proses pelayanan meliputi layanan pengajuan izin operasional madrasah, pelayanan pembuatan Surat Keputusan Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP, pelayanan bantuan sarana dan prasarana. Pada proses bimbingan meliputi workshop pembuatan soal ujian ,bimbingan mengenai pendataan EMIS (Education Management Information System), serta bimbingan untuk mendapatkan bantuan operasional kegiatan. Dan pada proses pembinaan meliputi pembinaan persiapan akreditasi Lembaga madrasah dan perpustakaan, pembinaan madrasah adiwiyata dan pembinaan Unit Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS).Tidak ada hambatan dalam menjalankan fungsi pelayanan, bimbingan dan pembinaan di bidang madrasah. Hanya saja prosesnya begitu panjang sehingga memakan waktu yang lama. Dan yang menjadi pendukung dalam penerapan fungsi pelayanan, bimbingan dan pembinaan di bidang madrasah adalah dukungan guru dan kecintaan guru terhadap profesinya.

Abstract

To build Islamic education for children in their early age requires a good understanding of Islamic values itself and technically also demand good cooperation from parents in house for children character building, the presence of teacher in the school and the support of a conducive environment. And this what is called ‘Tripusat Pendidikan’, which recognize the existence of educational centers which affect the process of growth and development of a child to face an era that difficult to predict the changes and the danger for children, the era that known as era of disruption. This work explains how to inculcate early childhood Islamic education concepts, which is implemented in the form of collaboration between parents and schools in an effort to shape children's character in responding to the challenges of today's disruption era. The inculcation of religious values is an important matter which is expected to be able to minimize the negative impacts of the Disruption era. Through the inculcation of religious values in children, it is expected that in the future children will have good character, responsibility and always remember Allah, that whatever is done by children will have positive values and be useful for themselves and others.

Abstract

Penerapan Sekolah Ramah Anak menjadi hal yang bisa diterapkan untuk meningkatkan pendidikan karakter. Sekolah Ramah Anak perlu diterapkan secara maksimal oleh seluruh komponen pendidikan demi memenuhi hak peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penerapan Sekolah Ramah Anak dalam meningkatkan pendidikan karakter. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 4 Pakem, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif. Data penelitian ini bersumber dari data empirik dan data teoritik. Data empirik bersumber dari wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi penelitian. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari beberapa guru dan peserta didik di SMP Negeri 4 Pakem. Sedangkan data teoritik bersumber dari penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat keefektifan dari penerapan Sekolah Ramah Anak dalam meningkatkan pendidikan karakter di SMP Negeri 4 Pakem. Penerapan Sekolah Ramah Anak ini dapat membentuk kepribadian peserta didik dan tentunya sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman Kata Kunci: Efektivitas, Sekolah, Ramah, Anak

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the management of students before, during, and after the COVID-‎‎19 pandemic at SDN Ponjong 1. This study was descriptive-qualitative and tested by data triangulation techniques. Data obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants of this study were the principal, homeroom teacher, student guardian, and students of SDN Ponjong 1. This study shows differences and challenges in implementing student management before, during, and after the COVID-19 pandemic. The implementation of student management before the COVID-19 pandemic was carried out in full through the habituation method to shape the character of students. The performance of student management during the COVID-19 pandemic requires adaptation and synergy from all components of education, through a bold emergency curriculum and limited face-to-face. The management of students after the COVID-19 pandemic was carried out attractively, but with strict procedures. the curriculum was re-implemented using the 2013 curriculum and the independence curriculum for grades 1 and 4. Keywords: Student Management, Class Management, COVID-19  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen peserta didik sebelum, saat, dan setelah pandemi COVID-19 di SD N Ponjong 1. Informan penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, wali kelas, wali murid, dan peserta didik dari SD N Ponjong 1. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan dan tantangan dalam pelaksanaan manajemen peserta didik sebelum, saat, dan setelah pandemi COVID-19. Pelaksanaan manajemen peserta didik sebelum pandemi COVID-19 dilaksanakan secara luring penuh melalui metode pembiasaan untuk membentuk karakter peserta didik. Pelaksanaan manajemen peserta didik di masa pandemi COVID-19 memerlukan adaptasi dan sinergi dari seluruh komponen pendidikan, melalui kurikulum darurat secara daring dan tatap muka terbatas. Manajemen peserta didik setelah pandemi COVID-19 dilakukan secara luring, namun dengan prokes ketat. Kurikulum yang dilaksanakan kembali menggunakan kurikulum 2013 dan kurikulum merdeka untuk kelas 1 dan 4. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Peserta didik, Manajemen Kelas, COVID-19
