Abstract

Objective:  This study aims was to  explain t the factors that influence the incidence of disability in leprosy patients.. Methods: This study was using literature review as research design. This Literature using Google schoolar,Portal garuda and ProQuest as database search. The literature used article were in english and Indonesian Published around 2011-2020, is approved then selected and ReviewedResults:   There are 13 articles was faunded. 10 articles on Google Schoolar, 2 found on the garuda portal, 1 ProQuest.  The results of the study contained 11 factors, namely the type of MB leprosy, duration of leprosy, reaction to leprosy, number of affected nerves, delay in treatment/diagnosis, social economy, gender, occupation, education level, regularity of treatment, and self-care that affect the incidence of disability in leprosy patients.Conclusion:   The factors that influence the incidence of disability in leprosy patients are divided into 3 groups, namely demographic factors, internal factors and external factors

Abstract

The accompanying family of patients who are hospitalized is at risk of experiencing poor sleep quality. The impact of poor sleep quality can affect mood, ineffective communication with doctors or nurses, and interfere with the ability to make decisions and care. The purpose of the study was to determine the prevalence of family sleep quality levels in inpatient rooms during the pandemic. The design of this research is descriptive-analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The study population was the entire family of patients who were treated in an inpatient room during the pandemic, using a consecutive sampling technique with a sample of 53 respondents. Researchers maintain confidentiality, provide fairness and explain the purpose and benefits of research to respondents. This study used univariate analysis. The results were the majority who experienced adequate sleep quality 53 respondents (53.2%), bad quality 31 respondents (32.3%), and good quality 12 respondents (12.5%). The conclusion shows that the patient's family experienced adequate sleep quality. Future researchers are expected to examine factors related to family sleep quality in different places such as the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

Abstract

Hemodialysis can cause various kinds of problems including fatigue, around 7-92% of hemodialysis patients experience fatigue. One of the therapies that can overcome this fatigue is reflexology foot massage therapy. This literature review aims to determine the effect of foot reflexology massage on hemodialysis patients with fatigue problems. The design in this scientific paper is a literature review search using electronic data base namely ProQuest and Pubmed. The keywords used in the search are hemodialysis, foot reflexology, fatigue. inclusion criteria used in the article are accessible full text available in english and indonesian years the articles used are limited to the last ten years, results are found each of 2 articles from google schoolar and pubmed, from the four articles discussing the effectiveness of foot reflexology massage on the decline fatigue in hemodialysis patients. The results of the study showed the benefits of foot reflexology in reducing fatigue in hemodialysis patients

Abstract

WHO states that Indonesia's population is the fourth largest population after China, India, and the United States. According to the 2013 World Health Statistics data, the population of China is 1.35 billion, India is 1.24 billion, the United States 313 million, and Indonesia is in fourth place with 242 million WHO population predicts that by 2020 the estimated number of Indonesia's elderly will be around 80,000,000. Cases of insomnia in the elderly are higher than in other age groups, which is 12–39%. One therapy that can overcome sleep disorders in the elderly is foot reflexology massage therapy. This literature review aims to determine the effect of foot reflexology massage in the elderly who experience sleep disorders. The design in this scientific paper is a literature review search using an electronic data base that is google scholar and pubmed. The keywords used in the search are elderly, foot reflexology, sleep of quality. The inclusion criteria used in the article are full text accessible in English and Indonesian, the year of the journal used is limited to the last ten years. The results found 1 article from Google Scholar and 2 articles from PubMed discussing the effectiveness of foot reflexology massage on improving sleep quality in the elderly. Literature review results from the three articles show that foot reflexology is effective in improving sleep quality in the elderly.

Abstract

Penatalaksanaan gagal ginjal terminal membutuhkan modifikasi gaya hidup pasien dalam mengatur diet, membatasi cairan, rejimen medikasi, perawatan akses vaskuler dan kepatuhan menjalani hemodialisis. Pasien hemodialisis dapat mengoptimalisasikan kesehatan dirinya, mencegah komplikasi dan meminimalkan efek penyakit dengan melaksanakan self management. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan self management pasien hemodialisis. Desain penelitian adalah cross sectional dengan teknik consecutive sampling dan jumlah sampel 100 orang. Hasil penelitian didapatkan hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat pengetahuan, dukungan keluarga dan efikasi diri dengan SM (p value <0,05). Variabel yang paling berpengaruh adalah tingkat pengetahuan. Penelitian merekomendasikan kegiatan pendidikan kesehatan terstruktur sebagai sarana untuk untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pengendalian berat badan antara waktu hemodialisis

Abstract

ABSTRAK Menurut World Health Organisation (WHO) lansia adalah orang yang telah memasuki usia 60 tahun ke atas. Pada tahun 2000 jumlah penduduk lansia di seluruh dunia sebanyak 426 juta atau 6,8 %, jumlah ini akan meningkat hampir dua kali lipat pada tahun 2025 yaitu sekitar 828 juta jiwa atau sekitar 9,7 % dari total penduduk dunia. Metode yang digunakan berupa Pendidikan  Kesehatan yang dilakukan dengan bantuan leaflet serta metode ceramah, tanya jawab serta diskusi. Dari 30 peserta siswa keterampialn dasar LPK majime Siswa mampu menerapkan budayaan dan komunikasi pada Lansia Anatomi manusia Penyakit yang terjadi pada lansia Aktivitas/mobilisasi Body mekanik Nutrisi Eliminasi Komunikasi Personal hygiene. Kegiatan Pendidikan Kesehatan  ini berjalan kondusif disebabkan peserta memperhatikan materi yang disampaikan oleh penyaji dengan baik. Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan,Ketrampilan  Siswa, LPK, Majime  ABSTRACT According to the World Health Organization (WHO) elderly are people who have entered the age of 60 years and over.
