Abstract

The School Based Management Program (MBS) can assist in supporting the quality improvement of education in each region, so each region can empower participation and role of community in managing education. In order to find out significance of the impact of Regional Autonomy (OTDA) and MBS on Quality Improvement of Secondary High Education, then a research is made in Pangedagan SubDistrict. Methods used in the research are survey and quantitative method namely a method describing and analyzing a certain phenomenon or object researched and observed with correct interpretation. The use of this method is aimed to problem solving. Data collection technique uses questionnaire and literature research. Based on the performed research, the Impact of Regional Autonomy on Educational Quality Improvement is 0.582. The Impact of MBS on Educational Quality Improvement is 0.647 and the Impact of Regional Autonomy and MBS on Educational Quality Improvement is 0.706.Program manajemen Berbasis sekolah (mBs) dapat membantu dalam mendukung peningkatan mutu pendidikan ditiap daerah, sehingga masing-masing daerah dapat memberdayakan partisipasi serta peran masyarakat dalam mengelola pendidikan. Dalam rangka mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh Otonomi Daerah dan mBs terhadap Peningkatan mutu Pendidikan menengah Atas maka di lakukan penelitian di wilayah Kecamatan Pagedangan. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dan metode kuantitatif yaitu suatu metode yang didalamnya mendeskripsikan dan menganalisa suatu fenomena atau objek tertentu yang diteliti dan diamati dengan interpretasi yang tepat. Penggunaan metode ini tertuju pada pemecahan masalah. teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan penelitian kepustakaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka diperoleh hasil Pengaruh Otonomi Daerah terhadap Peniningkatan mutu Pendidikan adalah 0,582. Pengaruh mBs terhadap Peningkatan mutu Pendidikan adalah 0.647 dan Pengaruh Otonomi Daerah dan mBs terhadap Peningkatan mutu Pendidikan adalah 0,706.

Abstract

Activating the national character of the nation’s generation from an early age in an are that is developing so rapidly is a prosess that requires seriousness and collective awareness. Characrter education is a part that must be built since early childhood, this period is a golden age for children to be given a stimulus in coaching, learning, understanding and character building which will later become the main capital for them in the future. Children are the next generation who will fight for and defend their nation, thus of course it is very important for all elements of society to be responsible for creating a generation of hope for a nation with quality and character.            The creation of a superior generation that will be able to build an advanced civilization is certainly not an easy thing. It takes seriousness and consistency in supporting the educational prosess that will be given to the nation’s generation. The prosess of early childhood education must be developed and planned with a good planned, good organized pattern of education. The educational prosess obtained by the nation’s generation is of course a prosess that runs continuously and continues until the child is an adult, the prosess of shaping the future of the nation will certainly require time and an interrelated struggle between elements of society. Collective awareness and high willingness will help facilitate the educational prosess of children as the nation’s future generations.

Abstract

Early childhood is a very sensitive period in the process of growth and development. Gross motor development in children is one of the developments that needs attention by all educators. on this research, researchers are interested in conducting research related to increasing children's gross motor skills, using ice breaker. Based on direct observations, the researchers witnessed the lack of a well-constructed stimulus in increasing gross motor skills, and the use of ice braking at the Nurul Huda Babakan Islamic Kindergarten was not yet maximal. This is a concern for researchers, because of the impact of the lack of media to express a movement, the alpha zone of children is not yet open when learning, of course, will reduce the absorption of the material presented. This study uses a Class Action Research method or what is often known as CAR. The researcher used two cycles in the research process to observe the data collection in the research. Before the first cycle was carried out, the researcher carried out the pre-cycle first. The results of this study indicate that children's gross motor skills can be increased through the provision of appropriate and appropriate ice breaker. The ice breaking used is of course ice breaking which can trigger an increase in children's gross motor skills. Based on the results of research conducted, the gross motoric development of children has increased in each cycle, the increase in research in cycle I to cycle II reached 5.5% from the results of the comparison of the two cycles.

Abstract

Penulisan ini mencoba menjelasakan akan hubungan Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam menciptakan perubahan dan kemajuan peradaban bangsa. Pendidikan agama Islam sebagai pondasi utama dalam menciptakan generasi yang berkualitas dan berdaya guna, dengan pendidikan yang mumpuni dan sesauai dengan hakikat dari pendidikan agama Islam. Dalam tulisan ini, penulis menjabarkan akan beberapa hal yang menjadi dasar dalam memahami akan pendidikan agama Islam di era modern. Perkembangan dan perubahan yang kian pesat menghantarkan pada kenyataan, bahwa kualitas generasi hendaknya memiliki ideologi pemahaman yang dapat mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Kompleksitas permasalahan sosial yang terjadi pada era modern membutuhkan teori sosial, sebagai alat dalam menentukan solusi masalah sosial suatu bangsa dalam menciptakan peradaban dan mebudayakan kebudayaan bangsa. Pada tulisan ini, penulis membahas teori kritik sebagai salah satu teori yang tepat dalam menjawab kompleksitas masalah di era modern. Perkembangan di era modern membutuhkan generasi madani, generasi yang tidak hanya memahami akan tekstualis dalam pemahaman agamanya. Pendidikan Agama Islam diharapkan dapat menghasilkan generasi yang berkulitas, sehingga mampu mensinergikan penegtahuan yang dimilikinya dan teraplikasi dengan baik dalam hubungan bermasyarakat, sehingga mampu menjawab berbagai permasalahan sosial budaya. Agama tidak lagi dijadikan alat untuk ajang promosi ibadah atau mengharapkan imbalan pahala dan surga semata, melaikan agama dapat mengembalikan hakikat sesungguhnya. Agama menjadi penuntun dan petunjuk dimana aturan-aturan yang berlaku  disadari dan dipahami oleh manusia sehingga kehidupannya di dunia tidak kacau. Agama Islam merupakan agama yang memiliki kesempurnaan dalam aturannya, namun manakala manusia yang meyakini bahwa agama Islam adalah agama yang sempurna tetapi tidak memiliki pemahaman yang benar akan agamanya, tentunya agama Islam sebagai agama rahmatan lil alamin tidak akan terimplementasi dengan baik dalam kehidupan manusia di dunia. Pemahaman manusia tersebut jika tidak didukung dengan pendidikan agama yang benar, pada akhirnya manusia tidak akan memahami akan hakikat beragama sesungguhnya. Manusia yang beragama adalah manusia beradab, manusia yang beradab akan mampu menciptakan peradaban dan memahami akan hakikat dirinya sebagai mahluk sosial.

Abstract

Leadership is the peak of control in an organization, with the presence of a leader who can transform all activities optimally will facilitate the effectiveness and efficiency of all activities carried out together to achieve the agreed goals. This study tries to explain the advantages of transformational leadership in early childhood education management. Transformational leadership is the right choice for a leader to optimize his leadership in increasingly complex and dynamic management practices in the world of education. The method used in data collection is the method of library study (Library Research). The data is then deductively deducted and then integrated and adjusted to the concept of early childhood education. A discussion of results will be presented descriptively. Transformational leadership can improve the process and quality of early childhood education management by maintaining good relations with its members, motivating them to continue to develop, fostering a sense of belonging to the institution, motivating to fight for common interests rather than personal interests and maintaining high moral standards.
