Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pembinaan tentang pengembangan kinerja BPRS dan memberikan pemahaman tentang penerapan tata kelola BPRS yang baik, berdasarkan pertimbangan pemikiran bahwa BPRS sangat berperan dalam memberdayakan ekonomi umat berdasarkan prinsip Syariah dengan mengembangkan golongan ekonomi lemah yaitu Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Kegiata pengabdian melibatkan pengurus, pejabat eksekutif dan pegawai BPRS. Melalui program pengabdian tersebut memberikan nilai tambah dan manfaat khusunya untuk BPRS Daarut Tauhid, sehingga dapat mengelola Dana dengan baik dan menyalurkan pembiayaan kepada UMKM meningkat. Berkembangnya usaha dan berjalannya prinsip-prinsip tata kelola yang baik diantaranya terdapat kelengkapan kebijakan, pedoman/SOP, peningkatan kualitas Sumber Daya Insani, penataan teknologi akuntasi, serta adanya perluasan jaringan, kinerja BPRS Daarut Tauhid semakin tumbuh dan berkembang, UMKM berkembang berdampak pula pada meningkatnya kesejahteraan umat. Keberadaan BPRS Daarut Tauhid juga memberikan pengaruh terhadap terjadinya pengembangan ekonomi Syariah pada daerah tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze financial ratios which include Capital Ratios, Operational Efficiency Ratios, Net Interest Ratios, Liquidity Ratios, Non-Performing Loans Ratios to Profit Ratios at Conventional Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The banks studied were based on bank grouping in terms of ownership category which included State-Owned Banks, National Private Foreign Exchange Banks, National Private Non-Foreign Exchange Banks, Regional Development Banks, Joint Venture Banks, and Foreign Banks. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Because the data used is secondary data, to determine the accuracy of the model, it is necessary to test several classical assumptions that underlie the regression model. Classical assumption tests used in this study include tests, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation. Furthermore, to test the effect of financial ratios as mentioned, statistical tests withused Multiple Linear Regression were. Based on the research, it is found that the Capital Ratio, Operational Efficiency, Interest Yield, Liquidity, and Non-Performing Loans affect bank profits.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out in Kelurahan, Cijagra, Lengkong District, Bandung City, 40253 with the target of PT. Askrida Insurance Bandung. Based on interviews and observations, the problems faced by partners today are the amount of premium rates that are difficult to compete with similar companies, poor work governance that requires employees to work overtime every day and the slow delivery of services to customers. This program has the following objectives: 1) improving the welfare of the community through the improvement of healthy financial institutions, especially insurance 2) improving the skills and professionalism of the community 3) increasing business efficiency for partners so that they are able to compete and serve the community better. This activity uses two approaches, namely the training and mentoring approach. The training approach includes: 1) job analysis training; 2) training on work load analysis (work load analysis); and 3) skills training for the preparation of staffing model guidelines. While the mentoring methods include: 1) assistance in conducting job analysis; 2) workload analysis assistance; 3) assistance in the preparation of staffing model guidelines. The results of this community service activity have an impact on clients to be able to organize their employees well, so as to improve business efficiency and serve the community better.
