Abstract

Untuk mencipakan siswa yang berkualitas salah satunya dengan meningkatkan ketahanan seorang guru. Ketahanan guru dalam menghadapi kondisi sulit perlu menjadi perhatian pimpinan sekolah dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas pendidikan, dengan asumsi ketahanan akan meningkatkan kinerja guru dan menentukan pencapaian tujuan pendidikan. Selain ketahanan guru motivasi dari pihak sekolah juga memiliki peranan penting. Jika motivasi sekolah rendah, maka akan berakibat buruk pada kinerja guru. Dengan adanya fenomena tersebut, terdapat kemungkinan penurunan kinerja guru honorer. Keberhasilan sekolah dalam memperbaiki kinerja guru dapat dipengaruhi pada pemberian pelatihan bagi peningkatan kualitas sumber daya guru dalam bekerja salah satunya pelatihan bagi ketahanan guru dalam mengatasi rintangan mengajar dan menhadapi kondisi sulit. Penelitian kuantitatif ini adalah hasil pengembangan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh akademisi dari fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis Universitas Informatika dan Bisnis Bandung, dengan tujuan menguji pengaruh pelatihan ketahanan guru dan pemberian motivasi terhadap peningkatan kinerja pada 100 (seratus) guru honorer di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Hipotesis diuji dengan analisis data Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ketahanan diri meningkatkan kinerja guru sedangkan motivasi tidak beperan meningkatkan kinerja guru honorer di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Abstract

The health business is adjusting to a new reality where bargaining power has shifted to consumers. Consumers are now playing a key role in the commercialization process, making them important stakeholders to fulfill their needs. Health business reforms have convinced consumers to give protection a greater priority than ever since the COVID-19 pandemic escalated around the world. Health care businesses in Indonesia are no exception, should increase their brand trust, because of the huge responsibility to protect consumers from the prevention of COVID-19, and brand trust also gives added value to the hospital's own brand. A brand with the right value proposition can "prove" the true value of its product or service to patients in the minds of consumers, one of which is from medical waste management. Hospital waste is usually a contagious and toxic chemical that can affect human health and environmental impacts if not treated properly. Medical waste including sharp objects, infectious waste, pharmaceutical waste, and other waste is mostly generated in health facilities such as health centers and hospitals. such as intravenous lines, syringes, gloves, which after use must be handled and destroyed in such a way that they do not fall into the hands of the public or even injure medical personnel. The Smart Waste concept is here to answer the challenges of trust in hospital brands in Indonesia, especially in the city of Bandung, increasing the sense of security of consumers is the main goal of this concept where hospital safety boxes work together with sensors and microcontrollers, disposal of syringes can be done more intelligently. , safe and the risk of medical personnel punctured by infected needle waste can be reduced.

Abstract

Savings and Loan Cooperatives (KSP) are financial institutions that have an important role in economic and trade activities, useful for channeling funds in the form of loans to members who need them for business or business. In this paper, we examine the detection of potential debtors' default opportunities using the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm in a logistic regression model. In the analysis method, there are several steps: (1) standardizing the data on the risk factor data of prospective debtors, (2) determining the assumptions of the logistic regression model, (3) estimating the parameters of the logistic regression model using the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm, and (4 ) to test the significance of each variable. The probability of default is determined using the eligibility parameters of the prospective debtor based on past data variables owned by KSP "ABC" in Bandung, Indonesia. The results show that of the eight factors analyzed, there are six factors that have a significant influence on the risk of default, namely the age of the debtor, the number of family dependents, the amount of savings, the amount of collateral, the amount of credit, the credit period with an accuracy of 99.1%. Based on these six factors, a logistic regression model estimator is obtained that can be used to determine the probability of default from prospective debtors. This probability of default is very useful for KSP "ABC" to make a decision on whether or not to give credit, so that the performance of problem loan risk management can be guaranteed.

Abstract

Business needs to take advantage of Indonesian online gamers who are using online community to communicate and interact, when gamers share their reviews of game, for example, or when they post reviews of their purchases of virtual goods from online games. Using online community, gamers can do the trading with other members. The key is to share their experience with online games throughout the gamer’s journey.Players play an important role in the game market and have unique characteristics that respond differently to technology acceptance. In addition, a comprehensive review of the relevant literature on motivation for using Online Gamers Know-How Exchange shows that players are looking for recommendations from friends about the games they are interested in, through the social networking community and especially from their own communities.This paper analyzed the phenomenon of game-related industry involving motivation, opportunity, abilty and technology acceptance model in which organizations effectively raise the communication and know how above the gamers.Gamers from online community game taken as sample in Bandung City, West Java, Indonesia.Result shown that the two PEOU and PU were positively related to Online Gamers Know-How Exchange.

Abstract

The agricultural sector is one of the potential sectors in Indonesia's economic growth. Business opportunities in the agricultural sector are currently in high demand. Technological advances are utilized in the e-commerce-based commerce system, namely the sale of agricultural products through online media known as the market place. In this research, the authors focus on how the market place influences consumer trust in agricultural product brands. The method used in this research is descriptive analytical about how the market place affects two indicators of brand trust, namely Brand Reliability and Brand Intention on agricultural product brands. The study population was taken as many as 150 online stores registered in one market place, and saturated samples were taken as much as 1 (one) online store in Bandung which is registered in one marketplace. The results showed that the market place had a significant influence on consumer confidence in agricultural product brands.

Abstract

The 1990 Dilan film became a boom in early 2018, compared to the previous film, the film by Fajar Bustomi became a breakthrough by lifting the 1990 time setting and successfully seized the attention of the audience. As of aired from January 25, 2018, until 7 February 2018, the number of ticket sales has reached 4.3 million and earned a box office income of Rp. 250 billion. This success does not escape the marketing strategy. Netizens began to question how the marketing strategy carried out by the production team so that this film could attract many viewers in a short time. The purpose of this study is to find out what marketing strategies make consumers want to watch Dilan 1990 films, whether there is a connection with the image of company (film manufacturer), the image of the film actor Dilan (actor) or image of the film Dilan 1990 itself. The study was conducted with a quantitative approach, the population was taken from the 1990 Dilan film consumers in the city of Bandung and the samples were taken as many as 100 film viewers randomly. The testing technique conducted to test samples used Partial Least Square techniques, the results of this study revealed that 43.55% brand image played a role in increasing the box office rating. The quality of products, content, performers and film production houses is able to increase interest in watching in the city of Bandung, the majority of respondents are women aged 15-25% and work as students.
