Abstract

This research was conducted at the Gorontalo Regency Central Bureau of Statistics. The purpose of this study was to analyse the dependent variable, the HDI, then the independent variables, namely the health index, education index and per capita expenditure. Data obtained in the form of time series us sourced from the Gorontalo Regency Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) from 2012-2016. The method used in the study is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the study are shown by the regression coefficient X1 of 0,719 and the probability value is smaller than 5% which is 0,083 < 0,05, the X2 regression coefficient value is 1.280 and the probability value is smaller than 5% which is 0,035 < 0,05, while the value X3 regression coefficients of 0.001 and probability values smaller than 5% which are 0.181 < 0.05. Each influences the human development index.  Keywords : HDI; Healt; Education Index and Per Capita Expenditure

Abstract

Poverty reduction is still a priority for the government, especially the village government. Various poverty reduction programs are still being carried out by the government, therefore the role of the village government is always a concern. This study aims to determine the role of the village government by taking a case study of the Sejahtera Village, Bulango Selatan District, Bone Bolango Regency. This study used a qualitative approach by using informants as sources to answer the research objectives through interviews.The results of the study concluded that the role of the Government in poverty alleviation in the Prosperous Village has been implemented through various poverty reduction programs, namely the construction of latrines, construction of habitable houses and the provision of empowerment assistance in the agricultural sector. This role can be seen from four aspects or indicators, namely; aspects of the people who take part in social interactions, aspects of behavior that appear in interactions, aspects of people's position in behavior, and aspects of the relationship between people and contributing behaviors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peranan pelabuhan Gorontalo terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Gorontalo. Penelitian ini mengguna pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan data time series 2015-2019. Dari hasil kajian yang dilakukan didapatkan bahwa daerah di Provinsi Gorontalo yang pertumbuhan ekonominya yang paling baik ada dua daerah yakni Kota Gorontalo (7.20) dan Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara (7.13). Sedangkan 4 daerah lainnya memiliki nilai pertumbuhan ekonomi yang rendah, dimana daerah tersebut adalah: Kabupaten Pohuwato (6.7), Kabupaten Boalemo (6.6), Kabupaten Bone Bolango (6.6), serta Kabupaten Gorontalo (6.5. Hal ini dapat menjelaskan bahwa jika jenis pelabuhan berubah, maka perannya dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu daerah akan signifikan. Dari data tersebut juga didapatkan bahwa 2 daerah yakni Kota Gorontalo dan Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara adalah 2 daerah yang memiliki pelabuhan yang cukup sibuk melayani kegiatan bongkar muat, baik penumpang maupun barang-barang ekspor dan impor. Hal ini pula yang juga menggerakan pertumbuhan ekonominya melebihi kabupaten lainnya yang ada di Provinsi Gorontalo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeatahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengangguran di Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan peralatan analisis regresi linier berganda. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan data sekunder time series atau data runtun waktu selama lima tahun (2016-2020). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengangguran di Kabupaten Bone Bolango di pengaruhi oleh dua faktor yaitu faktor pertumbuhan penduduk dan faktor pertumbuhan ekonomi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda bahwa secara parsial pengangguran hanya dipengaruhi oleh prosentasi kenaikan jumlah penduduk sedangkan pertumbuhan ekonomi tidak berpengaruh terhadapa pengangguran. Namun secara simultan pengangguran di Kabupaten Bone Bolango dipengaruhi oleh pertumbuhan penduduk dan pertumbuhan ekonomi sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh nilai Rsquare 55,20 persen. Sedangkan = sisanya 44,80 dipengruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Sedangkan hubungan antara pengangguran dan factor yang mempengaruhinya di peroleh persamaan regresinya berganda Y = 4,525+ 0,164X1 0,164X2. Yang artinya bahwa tingkat pengangguran Kabupaten Bone Bolango hanya akan berjumlah 4.525 orang jika tidak ada pertumbuhan penduduk dan pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the use of village fund allocation (ADD) in supporting development in Karyamukti Village, Mootilango District, Gorontalo Regency. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The results of the research obtained are: 1) The allocation of Village Funds (ADD) received by the Karyamukti Village Government, Mootilango District, Gorontalo Regency, is more directed at employee expenditures, Goods and Services expenditures and Capital Expenditures, 2) The use of ADD funds on employee expenditures to finance the fixed income of village heads and village officials, allowances for village heads and village officials as well as allowances for BPD and its members, 3) The use of ADD funds in the expenditure of goods and services is more directed at fulfilling administrative matters, monthly fixed costs as well as official travel and others, and 4) The use of ADD funds in development activities is completely unexplained because the funds received are only used up in 3 activities that are the focus of the budget.
