Abstract

Social isolation is the client's effort to avoid interaction with others. Therapy is given to patients with social isolation by providing social group activity therapy. Social group activity therapy is a group activity therapy with learning activities stages of communication with others to improve the ability to socially relate. The purpose of social group activity therapy is to facilitate the ability of patients with social relationship problems so as to improve the ability and train patients in socializing to minimize the number of patients with mental disorders. The purpose of this case study is to compose a resume of nursing care in the application of social group activity therapy to train patients in reducing the symptoms of social isolation. This type of research is descriptive with a case study method. The subjects of this study were patients with schizophrenia, patients withdrawing, patients who had already gotten the strategy of implementing 2 social isolation. The results of the study showed that there was a change in the decrease in social isolation signs before treatment of social group activity in Patient I by 27 symptoms and in Patient II in 24 symptoms after social group activity therapy in Patient I was 5 symptoms and Patient II was 5 symptom signs after giving social group activity therapy for 7 sessions so that patients are expected to be able to maintain socialization with others

Abstract

COVID-19 pandemic cause various burdens, not only social, teaching and learning restriction but also financial problem. These problem affect the society particularly students which manifest as psychosocial symptom including insomnia, anxiety, irritability, fatigue however, the factors associate with these symptoms remains unclear. Thus, this study aims to analyze the factors associate with psychosocial problems of students during Covid-19 pandemic. This study was conducted on 101 students using qualitative methods with a cross sectional approach. The results showed that the average age of students was 20.11 years. Most of the correspondent was female (93.1%) with a small proportion of male (6.9%). The respondent mostly living in the city (54.5%) and in a boarding house (63.4%) while only a few of them live with their parents (36.6%). The stress level evaluation showed that there are 50 students experienced stress (49.5%). The gender significantly becomes a factor in inducing stress due to the hormonal system. Hormonal system affect their emotional condition result in the increased of stress level.

Abstract

The social restriction during Covid-19 pandemic impact sector particularly education. Education providers were competing to make changes in order to sustain the learning and teaching activity. Every education system basically will determine the quality of learning by measuring the student satisfaction level. These statisfaction levels reflect how good or bad the learning quality in a college. This quantitative study aims to examine the quality of online learning system in the Nrsing program of Widya Husada University, Semarang, Indonesia. This study was conducted on 144 students using quantitative methods with a cross sectional approach. Research analysis using with deskriptif analysis. This study students of the Nursing program were involved in this study and asked to fill the questionnaire as data collection. The results showed that the student satisfaction was mostly expressed in less than 60.4%. This fact was affected by several things including gender, level, domicile, student readiness, network quality, the ability of the lecturer to provide the material and application tools provided.Based on the result of this study it can be conclude that the student satisfaction is low.

Abstract

Nursing as a medical professional has the right to carry out independent nursing practice. The legal aspects of independent nursing practice are regulated by Indonesian legislation. The knowledge of nurses, especially nurses who carry out independent nursing practices, is different. This knowledge is important to prevent violations of legal aspects. Based on this, the purpose of this study was to find out the description of the legal aspects of independent nursing practice owned by alumni of the DIII Nursing study program who carried out independent nursing practices. The respondents of this study were 5 alumni who had independent nursing practices. This research method is to use qualitative methods with data triangulation analysis methods. The results of the study obtained 6 themes regarding knowledge of the legal aspects of independent nursing practice including licensing, types of services, practice authority, rights and obligations, witnesses, regulatory developments.

Abstract

Jumlah pengguna media sosial terus meningkat mencapai 191,4 juta orang, 92% remaja yang berusia 13 tahun sampai dengan 17 tahun online stiap hari. Penggunaan media sosial yang berlebihan dan tidak digunakan dengan baik akan menimbulkan masalah pada kesehatan mentalnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan penggunaan media sosial dengan kesehatan mental remaja di SMA N 8 Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif analtik korelatif, pendekatan cross sectional dengan teknik simple randam sampling. Sampel 291 responden data dianalisis menggunakan uji rank Spearman. Dari penggunaan media sosial pada kategori jarang dengan kesehatan mental sehat sebanyak 52 (94,5%) responden, 3 (5,5%) responden berada pada kategori jarang dengan kesehatan mental gangguan. Dari penggunaan media sosial berada pada kategori kadang-kadang dengan kesehatan mental yang sehat 33 (28,4%) responden, 83 (71,6%) responden berada pada kategori kadang-kadang dengan kesehatan mental yang gangguan. 9 (7,5%) responden berada pada kategori sering dengan kesehatan mental yang sehat, 111 (92,5%) responden berada pada kategori sering dengan kesehatan mental yang gangguan. Diperoleh nilai p value sebesar 0,000 ≤ 0,05. Penggunaan media sosial berpengaruh terhadap kesehatan mental remaja di SMA N 8 semarang.

Abstract

Documentation of nursing care is an important part of the nursing process, many methods have been developed to make it easier for nurses to carry out the nursing process. It is hoped that the documentation system developed will be able to facilitate the nurse's task. The palliative nursing documentation process is . special nursing documentation for palliative nursing which consists of assessment, formulation of diagnoses, interventions, implementation and evaluation. The documentation format for palliative nursing care includes a palliative screening assessment. This documentation system was developed in nursing education institutions to facilitate the learning process and provide students with direct experience in the application of the nursing care documentation system, especially palliative nursing. The purpose of this study was to design a computer-based palliative nursing care documentation system. This type of research is design research with expert system analysis. The research activity began with the creation of a diagram of the nursing care documentation process flow system. After the flowchart system is made, the researcher begins to design a system that is in accordance with the flowchart design. The results obtained are the design of the nursing care documentation system and palliative screening. The nursing documentation system can be used for learning palliative nursing care and screening paiative patients using screening. Abstract

The development of health information systems is currently quite rapid, one of which is the nursing care documentation system, including psychiatric nursing. Several psychiatric hospitals now use a lot of computer-based documentation systems and some are even Android-based. Health education is a producer of graduates of health workers, which is expected to be able to meet the needs of graduate users. For this reason, every health graduate must be able and skilled in carrying out the nursing care documentation process. The purpose of this research is to design a psychiatric nursing documentation that can be used in health education. This type of research is design research. The research activity began with the creation of a diagram of the nursing care documentation process flow system. After the flowchart system is made, the researcher begins to design a system that is in accordance with the flowchart design. The final results of the research on the design of the psychiatric nursing care documentation system design. The results of this study can be used to study computer-based mental nursing documentation.
