Abstract

Dental disease is the most often disease which is complained by Indonesian people due to the passiveness  of dental  healthy.  A person’s  dental healthy  obviously  takes impact  to others organs  and up until  now  dental  healthy  not being  the main concern  yet. Therefore,  it is required an application  which could assist dentist and assistant’s work in diagnosing  and providing  beneficial information to the people about the important of dental healthy. That application is in the form of expert system by using forward chaining method. Expert system diagnoses   dental   disease   and  mouth   including   the  treatment   needed.   Hopefully   this application could assist people in diagnose dental disease and mouth, so that could resulting the precise way of healing along with giving dental health information about the way to treat dental properly.Keywords : Encyclopedia, Historic Buildings, Android.

Abstract

Desa Padangbandung selama ini sudah mempunyai sistem yang baik tapi masih menggunakan microsoft word dan microsoft excel serta buku catatan pendukung lainnya selain itu belum adanya aplikasi yang mendukung untuk memungkinkan pemberian informasi geografis desa Padangbandung. Dengan menggunakan Sistem Informasi tersebut, perangkat desa Padangbandung sering kali menemui kendala dalam pelayanan kependudukan seperti sulitnya pemberian data dan informasi penduduk secara cepat dan akurat, serta sering terjadi kesalahan data. Maka dari itu, diperlukan suatau sistem pengembangan teknologi berbasis informasi geografis dan kependudukan yang akan membantu menginformasikan keadaan geografis serta pendataan penduduk Desa Padangbandung. Sistem Informasi Geografis dan Kependudukan ini merekam dan menginformasikan data mengenai data letak UKM unggulan, lokasi setiap RT dan RW, KTP, KK, Surat Kelahiran, Pindah Datang,Pindah Keluar, serta Surat Kematian Desa Padangbandung. Sistem informasi geografis dan administrasi kependudukan desa Padangbandung berbasis web ini disingkat dengan nama “SICAKEP SIGAP”.

Abstract

Ditengah kesibukan sehari - hari padatnya aktivitas mengakibatkan pengguna lupa untukmengatur sebuah jadwal. Agenda tersebut dapat berupa perjanjian atau pertemuanberdasarkan lokasi tertentu. Hal inilah yang membuat pengguna ingin mengatur jadwal yangmengingatkan agenda sesuai lokasi dibutuhkan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dibutuhkanaplikasi location reminder peringatan agenda pada assistant personal di smartphone yangterkait peringatan posisi jarak lokasi terdekat sesuai agenda yang sudah disimpan. Aplikasitersebut dapat memanfaatkan teknologi Global Positioning System (GPS) yang terdapat diplatform android. Gabungan GPS dilengkapi dengan Location Based Service (LBS) yangdapat memberikan informasi tentang lokasi. Dengan adanya aplikasi pengingat agendaberbasis android di harapkan dapat mempermudah pengguna mengingatkan agenda sesuaijadwal yang ditentukan.Kata Kunci : Smartphone android, GPS, maps, internet

Abstract

Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi sekarang ini, internet dapat dimanfaatkan untuk membuat sistem informasi suatu perusahaan/instansi. Perananan sistem informasi sangat diperlukan. Dalam penelitian ini objek yang digunakan adalah SAT RESKOBA POLRESTABES SURABAYA. Aktivitas operasional masih menggunakan sistem manual. Hal ini menjadikan kegiatan administrasi penyidik kurang produktif. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini diharapkan aktivitas administrasi penyidik lebih tertata dan terstruktur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengacu pada aturan SDLC yang tahap–tahapnya meliputi observasi dan studi kelayakan, analisa kebutuhan sistem, desain sistem, pembangunan sistem, uji coba dan evaluasi, pembuatan laporan. Dalam penelitian ini target khusus yang ingin dicapai adalah membuat aplikasi tahanan narkoba berbasis web secara sistematis, terstruktur, terarah, dan lengkap.

Abstract

MI Manbaul Ulum adalah lembaga pendidikan setingkat sekolah dasar yang terletak di Kabupaten Gresik. Untuk mengelola nilai akademik, sekolah tersebut masih menggunakan cara manual dalam pengolahan nilai siswa. Akibatnya proses pengolahan nilai sering mengalami kendala terutama untuk proses input nilai dari guru mata pelajaran dan pengolahan nilai oleh wali kelas. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan adalah merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem informasi pengolah nilai siswa berbasis web yang nantinya akan membantu guru untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya. Selain itu di MI Manbaul Ulum setiap akhir semester juga dilakukan pemilihan siswa berprestasi, tapi masih menggunakan cara manual sehingga dirasa kurang efektif.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem informasi pengolah nilai siswa (e-rapor) dengan fitur pemilihan siswa berprestasi menggunkana metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) pada MI Manbaul Ulum.

Abstract

PT Dua Kelinci is one of the leading companies engaged in Indonesia's food industry or snack food provider. PT Dua Kelinci currently has its head office located in Pati, Jakarta, and Surabaya and has distributors spread all over Indonesia, and is starting to enter the international market. To meet the needs of management and better performance of employees cannot be separated from business trips. The process of completing official travel at this company, which is still using the manual method by using the form available for official travel, then the file is sent to the head office and processed by the finance department to replace the cost of authorized travel by the form. Therefore, there is a need for an official travel information system that can record in real-time the planning and completion of official travel costs at PT Dua Kelinci. The proposed output is designing a business travel information system using the PIECES method (Case study at PT Dua Kelinci). It is hoped that this application can assist the planning process and completion of business trips at PT Dua Kelinci by applying the PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service) method.Keywords: Information System, Official Travel, Official Form, Report, PIECES Method ABSTRAKPT Dua Kelinci merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang food industry atau penyedia makanan ringan yang terkemuka di Indonesia. PT Dua Kelinci untuk saat ini memiliki kantor pusat yang berada di daerah Pati, Jakarta, dan Surabaya dan memiliki distributor yang tersebar di seluruh titik Indonesia dan mulai memasuki pasar internasional. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan manajemen dan kinerja yang lebih baik karyawan tidak lepas dengan adanya perjalanan dinas. Proses penyelesaian perjalanan dinas pada perusahaan ini yang masih menggunakan metode secara manual dengan menggunakan form yang tersedia untuk perjalanan dinas lalu berkas di kirim ke kantor pusat dan diproses oleh bagian keuangan untuk mengganti biaya perjalanan dinas sesuai dengan form tersebut. Oleh karena itu, di perlunya sistem informasi perjalanan dinas yang dapat mencatat secara real time perencanaan dan penyelesaian biaya perjalanan dinas di PT Dua Kelinci. Output yang diusulkan adalah rancang bangun sistem informasi manajemen perjalanan dinas dengan metode PIECES (Studi kasus pada PT Dua Kelinci). Harapan aplikasi ini dapat membantu proses perencanaan dan penyelesaian perjalanan dinas di PT Dua Kelinci dengan menerapkan metode PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency. Abstract

In the medical service at the practice site as well as in the standard hospital, the physician keeps a record of the patient's information in a file known as the medical record. The drawback to this file is the availability of unreliable data. Where a patient's medical record should be searched one by one in a particular file. In this research, we will create a medical record application system with XML compression feature with tag method (firstchild,sibling)* data combined with Bzip2 method on ACOS smartcard storage media. The results obtained are, the ratio of file size written on smartcard media is smaller than the files that are not compressed. The average ratio ranges from 14.04% with sampling data from 500 - 31000 bytes. Average reading time is 5.71 seconds, and the writing process is about 11.69 seconds.

Abstract

Home Industry Shoes is one of the SMEs that are engaged in the production and sale of shoes. Shoes SMEs in marketing and sales have been still relying on customers from surrounding areas of production activities. Current business competition is stringent, thus making SME shoes demanded to be more advanced in marketing and sales to be able to stay afloat. Shoes SMEs have problems with promotional media and sales, which does not yet have an independent online sales system. Therefore, the authors feel the need to help SMEs by creating an online sales information system that can be used as a promotional media as well as a media for selling independently and easy to use. In this study, the authors apply the incremental method in system development and also observation in gathering data on the needs of the system developed. Achievements in this study, the authors, produce an online sales information system for SMEs, in particular, the production of home industry shoes that can be used independently by SMEs to carry out promotions and sales online.

Abstract

SMK XYZ is a vocational high school with approximately 2550 students with various majors and backgrounds, so there are many problems. For subscribers, each student gets a notebook on discipline and order; if a student commits a violation, it will be written by the discipline taught in the book. Furthermore, the counseling guidance teacher, together with the class teacher, conducts coaching; this activity is a manual system that has not been computerized. It hinders the performance of these teachers. From these problems, an order information system's analysis and design are carried out, which can facilitate and accelerate teachers in planning, directing, and monitoring. The SMART method's application to the discipline information system is based on the science of facts, which states a criterion with value; each weighted value can show and reflect comparisons between standards related to planning, direction, and supervision of students carried out by teachers. Subscription to violations using the discipline information system with the SMART method is carried out computerized, including determining sanctions and their actions to support the performance of teachers.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSistem informasi manajemen pujasera berbasis web merupakan sebuah software berbasis web yang pada dasarnya difungsikan untuk pemesanan makanan dan minuman pada sebuah kantin. Dengan sistem informasi manajemen pujasera proses jual beli jadi lebih mudah karena bisa dilakukan melalui perangkat komputer yang terhubung ke internet. Sebelum bisa melakukan suatu proses pemesanan, pembeli diharuskan untuk melakukan pendaftaran (bila belum menjadi member) dan juga mengisi token lebih dahulu. Token adalah uang digital yang digunakan dalam proses jual beli pada sistem software pujasera. Sebelum pemilik kantin bisa menjual menu makanannya, pemilik kantin diharuskan untuk mendaftarkan kantinnya dan mengisi menu apa saja yang akan dijual supaya member calon pembeli dapat memesan menu makanan atau minuman dari menu yang di sediakan oleh kantin tersebut. Pemilik kantin juga dapat mengetahui pendapatan yang telah diterimanya secara langsung yang dihitung oleh sistem pujasera saat itu juga.Kata kunci : Sistem informasi manajemen, pujasera, web, internet, token.ABSTRACTWeb-based pujasera management information system is a web-based software that is basically enabled for ordering food and drinks at a canteen. With pujasera management information system buying and selling process is easier because it can be done through a computer device connected to the internet. Before you can make an order process, buyer is required to register (if not yet become member) and also fill the token first. Token is digital money used in the process of buying and selling on pujasera software system. Before the canteen owner can sell his food menu, the cafeteria owner is required to register his canteen and fill out any menu that will be sold so that prospective buyers can order the food or drink menu from the menu provided by the canteen. The owner of thecanteen can also know the revenue that has been received directly calculated by the system pujasera right away.Keywords : Management information system, pujasera, web, internet, token.
