Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah faktor-faktor apa yang dominan model pembelajaran project base learning. Metode penelitian ini adalah “Four-D”, Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling dan teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, Pembelajaran (Project Based Learning), metode tes pretest & post test, serta metode angket. Teknik analisis data Analisis Faktor. Temuan sikap sosial, motivasi dan keaktifan sebagai variabel penentu prestasi untuk mana 75 pernyataan dengan urutan kepentingan (1) Sikap sosial sejumlah 25 item pertanyaan nilai loading faktor antara 0,5 s.d 0,89 (2) Motivasi sejumlah 12 item pertanyaan nilai loading factor antara 0,60 s.d 0,80 (3) Keaktifan sejumlah 4 item pertanyaan dengan nilai loading factor antara 0,56 s.d 0,63. Pembelajaran Project Based Learning cocok untuk vokasional.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the factors of price perspective attributes, brand benefits, media branding, promotions, after-sales guarantee, products, colors, and designs as well as fuel consumption as items of motor products on consumer behavior. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with a sample size of 194 respondents. The data analysis was using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The results showed that Honda's products were more dominant in the implementation of its marketing strategy with a contribution of 87.75% while the attributes of Yamaha's products contributed to the influence of the remaining 79.40% influenced by other factors. In addition, the results of the analysis obtained a regression equation for Honda products Y = -13.33 + 0.428 X1 - 0.035 X2 + 0.02 X3 + 0.319 X4 + 0.01 X5 + 0.367 X6 - 0.03 X7 + 0.034 X8, while for Yamaha products are Y = -13.03 + 0.37 X1 + 0.5 X2 + 0.11 X3 + 0.30 X4 - 0.004 X5 + 0.33 X6 - 0.13 X7 + 0.2X8.

Abstract

This community service activity is aimed at providing counseling and socialization to the community, especially the people who are members of the mosque as a place of spiritual interaction. In accordance with the purpose of a mosque that the mosque is not only for worship but also to gain knowledge about the completeness of muammalah in life.Implementation of activities as expected. The number of participants is 44 people of the father / mother of Lowokwaru Sub-District, Malang City. The participants' enthusiasm was quite good, this was observed carefully by the mothers in listening to the exposure of the material and the various questions raised. This sustainability is expected to be maintained. Given the awareness of the role of women in preparing their sons for the future. Participants hope the activities will continue with the same topic but with more practical studies.Reaching prosperity is a necessity because every soul has been equipped with glory and continues to strive for it for the life of the world and afterwards. Physical and immaterial needs are their size. Provision of fulfillment of the need for prosperity is a shared responsibility through the role of the government as a policy maker and the community as the object and actor. Islam has come with all the perfection of the concept. Islam provides a great benefit, because it is held by a trusted person.The contribution of Islamic economics to improving people's welfare should be a spirit in the implementation of Islamic economics in Indonesia. However, in reality this has not yet materialized, for example the practice of Islamic banking in Indonesia is still far from the concept.Community welfare is closely related to the principle of justice. If the principle of justice is truly implemented in Islamic economics, it will certainly be the right solution to reduce poverty, and in the end it will improve people's welfare based on togetherness.

Abstract

Penelitian Kajian Literatur : Pentingnya Pemahaman Akuntansi dan Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan Bagi Pelaku UMKM. UMKM memegang peranan penting dalam perekonomian suatu negara. Namun, banyak UMKM yang menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola aspek finansial bisnis mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkaji bagaiamana pemahaman akuntansi yang baik dan kemampuan penyusunan laporan keuangan yang akurat menjadi faktor kritis untuk kesuksesan dan keberlanjutan UMKM. Metode penelitian adalah menggunakan kajian literature. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pemahaman akuntansi yang baik dan penyusunan laporan keuangan yang akurat akan dapat mendorong pertanggungjawaban yang akurat, perencanaan keuangan yang lebih baik, mengukur kinerja keuangan, Mengetahui Biaya Produksi dan Harga Pokok Penjualan, mengukur kelayakan investasi.

Abstract

This collaboration between Polytechnics and KUD administrators is one of the supports from academics to receive training in the preparation of cooperative financial reports, the results of dedication in this training are very useful. The method used by training and mentoring for the preparation & presentation of KUD financial statements is quite smooth. Broadly speaking, this training activity consists of Understanding Accounting Information Systems, Computer Accounting, Compiling Accounting Systems or Cycles and Presentation of Financial Statements through the MYOB Accounting Computing Program Package. The Covid pandemic period and the improvement of cooperative assets were a challenge for administrators to find and compile financial reports. Regarding new management activities, the practice of compiling and presenting financial statements has not been optimal and assistance will be carried out on an ongoing basis as long as necessary. This community service contribution has increased the knowledge and skills of cooperative management and has made hope for sustainability next year. The new management has implemented RAT and has a commitment to make improvements in totality in order to get an award that the Dau cooperative is still as good as it was 10 years ago, so that continuity of training can be planned.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship Training in making Thai Tea and calculation of the cost of production is one of the efforts to provide knowledge for PKK mothers to improve nutrition or endurance as well as increase income for PKK mothers in Muara Sarana Indah housing Mulyoagung Dau Malang. This effort to improve nutrition is the responsibility of universities, especially Malang State Polytechnic in order to increase endurance by making their own processed food at a lower cost. This PKM was carried out on August 14 and 15, 2021.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to implement a learning model during lectures that integrates Project Based Learning (PjBL) and Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) in the Computer Accounting course. This learning strategy makes it possible to produce qualifications for graduates' abilities starting from their attitudes, knowledge and skills in accordance with national higher education standards. It is proven that through the combination of PjBL and CTL, students can relate the material to real world situations, thus motivating students to make connections between knowledge and application in real life using projects as a medium. Student involvement in this project is their "research" area, starting from finding possible problems, analyzing the problem and drawing conclusions or finding solutions. The results of the research show that there are changes in students' learning behavior and social communication skills which can be seen in the assessment rubric through completing the assignments given. This combination of learning models is considered to be in accordance with the character of adult education (adult learning) which can motivate oneself by using the experience and knowledge gained so that the results can be oriented towards achievement and the relevance of the material through an independent learning process adapted to different types of learning styles.
