Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan agar penulis dapat memecahkan rasa penasaran terhadap beberapa software manajemen bisnis dan keuangan, yang manakah yang paling diminati oleh pengguna. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mencoba membandingkan tiga buah software manajemen bisnis dan keuangan yaitu SAP, Zahir dan Limax sebagai alternatif pembanding. Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk menemukan software manajemen bisnis dan keuangan yang paling mudah dan banyak peminatnya untuk menggunakan. Peneliti menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk melakukan pemilihan software. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan dengan metode SAW dan dengan menggunakan empat kriteria yaitu harga, fleksibilitas, fasilitas, efesien maka ditemukan salah satu software manajemen bisnis dan keuangan yang memiliki hasil perangkingan terbaik yaitu Zahir

Abstract

PT. Gomeds Network is an Internet Service Provider (ISP) company based in the city of Gorontalo. This company has problems or obstacles in the process of applying for leave for its employees where leave applications are still handled manually, even though personal computers are available as a support facility for work activities. All of this allows errors or inaccuracies in employee leave data at PT. Gomeds Network. The purpose of this research is to build a web-based employee leave application information system which makes it easier for employees to apply for leave and get complete and detailed information related to leave, also this leave application can be done online anywhere that can be done. connected to the internet so there is no need to meet with the staffing department. The research method used is the waterfall system development model or systems development life system (SDLC) with unified modeling language (UML) where the tools used to describe the system model are in the form of activity diagrams, use case diagrams, component diagrams and deployment diagrams and in making bases. data using entity relationship diagrams (ERD). With this employee leave application information system application can help employees in filing leave and make it easier for companies to process and manage employee leave data and incoming data can be stored safely in the database and can improve the performance and time efficiency in activities in the staffing department..

Abstract

Since the spread of Covid-19, online learning is considered the main solution for universities so that the lecture process continues to run well, but in online learning there are many obstaclesfaced by students and lecturers, as for the obstacle, namely the location of the house is not covered by the internet network, student behavior is difficult to understand. monitored and absorption of material is very lacking and the obstacles faced by campus are the difficulty of knowing how big the level of student satisfaction in online learning is, on this problem, the author wants to evaluate the online learning system by first classifying the level of student satisfaction with online learning using the C4.5 algorithm. , based on the results of data processing that is deemed less convincing, data processing is also carried out using another classification method, namely the Naive Bayes method. Based on the results of the comparison of the two algorithms, the accuracy of the algorithmNaïve Bayes is better than C4.5 by a difference of 11.77%. That the accuracy rate of the algorithmC4.5 is 58.82% with the validity test using cross validation obtained the average value for the value of Class Precision Dissatisfied 0%, Class Precision Satisfied 66.67%, Class Precision Unsatisfied 0%, Precision Class Very Dissatisfied 0%. And the value of Class Recall Dissatisfied 0%, Class Recall Satisfied 90.91%, Class Recall Unsatisfied 0%, Class Recall Very Dissatisfied 0%. While the level of accuracy using the AlgorithmNaïve Bayes with the results of 70.59% with the validity test using cross validation obtained the average value for the value of Class Precision Dissatisfied 0%, Class Precision Satisfied 76.92%, Class Precision Unsatisfied 33.33%, Class Precision Very Dissatisfied 100% and Class values Recall Dissatisfied 0%, Class Recall Satisfied 90.91%, Class Recall Less Satisfied 25%, Class Recall Very Dissatisfied 100%.

Abstract

Karyawan merupakan sumber daya manusia yang paling penting dalam mewujudkan visi dan misi didalam perusahaan. Kualitas dan hasil kerja yang diberikan karyawan dapat membantu dalam kemajuan perusahaan. Untuk mendukung semangat karyawan dalam bekerja, perusahaan menerapkan pemberian reward atau penghargaan kepada karyawan terbaik yang dilakukan secara periodik atau yang dikenal dengan Employee Of the Years (EOY). Saat ini penilaian karyawan terbaik di Rumah Sakit Kanker Dharmais masih bersifat subyektif dan belum menerapkan kriteria-kriteria yang menjadi tolak ukur penilaian. Pada penelitian ini kriteria yang diambil berdasarkan kepatuhan kerja, hasil kerja, inisiatif kerja dan masa kerja sedangkan dalam penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk membantu Rumah Sakit dalam penentuan karyawan terbaik. Salah satu alternatif dalam pengambilan keputusan yang cukup efektif yaitu menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menggunakan metode analitical hirarchy process (AHP). Sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan suatu sistem yang berbasis komputer digunakan untuk membantu mengambil keputusan. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa metode analitical hirarchy process (AHP) sangat efektif untuk pengambilan keputusan secara objektif dalam pemilihan karyawan terbaik.
