Abstract

Vaccines are immunogenic biological products (causing an immune response) in the form of whole microorganisms or parts of harmless microorganisms. Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an illness caused by a new coronavirus called SARS-CoV-2. The World Health Organization (WHO) has carried out a program to achieve vaccination for every citizen in the world in which more than 300 million doses of the COVID-19 coronavirus vaccine have been given to 100 countries around the world. Graphic data on the Our World Data website as of August 21, 2021, shows that Indonesia is in fourth place with the largest population that has been vaccinated, namely 56.99 million people (31.21 million had two doses and 25.78 million only had one dose). The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and the administration of the covid-19 vaccine to children aged 6-11 years at SDN 01 Sitiung. This research method is accidental sampling, which is a sampling method by taking respondents who are or are available in a place according to the context. There were 22 respondents (68.8%) who had high knowledge, and 10 respondents (31.2%) had moderate knowledge and 32 children (100%) received the covid-19 vaccine. According to the results of the analytical test, there is no relationship between mother's knowledge and the administration of the Covid-19 vaccine to children aged 6-11 years at SDN 01 Sitiung. Because value(p equal to 0.969). So there is no relationship. Meanwhile, 19 respondents (59.4%) have positive knowledge and as many as 13 people (40.6%) have negative knowledge. According to the results of the analytical test, there is no relationship between the mother's attitude and the administration of the COVID-19 vaccine to children aged 6-11 years at SDN 01 Sitiung. Because the value ( p equal to 0.024). So no relationship. Conclusion: There is no significant relationship between Mother's Knowledge and with the administration of the covid-19 vaccine to children aged 6-11 at SDN 01 Sitiung. It is hoped that future researchers who conduct research with this title should use other methodologies.

Abstract

for toddlers has been used, which is the main instrument for coaching. The health card is a series of activities consisting of regular assessment of the growth and development of toddlers which consists of weighing, filling out maternal and child health books. The aim of the research is to find out the description of mothers' knowledge of toddlers about Card Towards Health. The research design used is descriptive research. The population in this study were all mothers with toddlers totaling 749 toddlers using the Proportional Sampling sampling technique so that a sample of 42 respondents was obtained and the location of this research was in the working area of ​​the Sitiung Health Center, namely in Jorong Piruko Selatan, Piruko Utara and Posyandu Pratiwi.The results showed that of the 42 respondents, the majority had moderate knowledge, 22 respondents (52.4%) and a minority with low knowledge, 2 respondents (4.8%). It is suggested to the puskesmas to be able to always provide education about the importance of KMS for detecting the growth and development of toddlers.

Abstract

Low maternal hemoglobin levels below 11 g/dl during the third trimester can result in a lack of oxygen to the placental tissue and will interfere with fetal growth, and can increase the risk of premature delivery and low birth weight babies (Nair et al., 2018). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between hemoglobin levels in the third trimester of pregnant women and birth weight in the working area of ​​the Koto Baru Health Center. This type of research is survey analitik with a cross sectional approach. sampling using sampling technique with Consecutive sampling. The statistical test used is the chi-square test. The sample in this study were third trimester pregnant women who would give birth in the Koto Padang district as many as 40 respondents. From the test results, it was found that there was a significant p-value of 0.00, meaning that there was a significant relationship between the hemoglobin levels of TM III pregnant women and the baby's birth weight. Suggestions for respondents to pay attention to nutrition during pregnancy and routinely go to the nearest health service, monitor the mother's hemoglobin level during pregnancy so that they can find out the development of the baby in the mother's womb.

Abstract

Pregnancy exercise is a fitness program intended for pregnant women. By participating in regular and intensive pregnancy exercise, pregnant women can maintain optimal health of their body and fetus. World Health Organization (2018) estimates that worldwide every year more than 585,000 die during pregnancy or childbirth. The death of pregnant women can be prevented by up to 22%, namely through regular antenatal care (ANC) and regular pregnancy exercise. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of knowledge of pregnant women about the benefits of pregnancy exercise to prepare them physically and psychologically for childbirth. The type of research used was quantitative conducted from March 24 to April 4 in 2023. The population in this study were all pregnant women in their second trimester, consisting of 36 people. The sample in this study were all second trimester pregnant women in the working area of ​​the Koto Besar Nagari Koto Ranah Community Health Center as many as 36 people using the total sampling method. The analysis used is univariate. The results of this study indicate that the level of knowledge of pregnant women about the benefits of pregnancy exercise is less than 16 people (44.4), sufficient knowledge of 13 people (36.1), and sufficient knowledge of 7 people (19.4). It is recommended that health workers provide counseling and pregnancy exercise training so that they can increase the knowledge of pregnant women to prepare physically and psychologically for childbirth

Abstract

Pregnancy can occur due to sexual intercourse or assisted reproductive technology. Pregnancy is known as gravidity or gestation. Weight gain during pregnancy is based on (BMI), ie before pregnancy the woman has a normal BMI (18.5-24.9 kg) so she must gain weight the body weight is around 11.3-15.9 kg, for women who have less BMI (18.5 kg), then they have to increase their weight around 12.7-18 kg while those who have excess weight with BMI 25-29.9 are advised to increase body weight between 6.8-11.3 kg, and if obesity (BMI 30) is recommended between 5-9 kg This study uses an analytical survey method. as many as 27 people (67.5%) and a small number of newborns with low birth weight were 3 people (7.5%), compared to 32 people (80.0%) who had normal newborn weight. The P value obtained is 0.000 - 0.05, which means there is a relationship between the mother's weight gain during pregnancy and the weight of the newborn
