AbstractÂ The nurse is one of the health workers in the hospital who plays an important role in achieving health development goals and the success of health services depends on the participation of nurses in providing quality nursing care in the emergency room for patients because the cause of the patient is uncomfortable and dissatisfied in giving Nursing care services, namely the performance of the nurses themselves and those that can affect the performance of nurses, namely the workload and work stress of nurses such as the number of patients, high work demands, conflicts with coworkers and lack of staff, in the ER and the problem of unsuitable nurse salaries. with its performance. This is to determine the relationship between workload and work stress on the performance of nurses in the ER. The database used in the google scholar review literature that matches the inclusion and exclusion criteria of articles published in 2013-2020 using national and international journals using the Cross Sectional method and the population used by all nurses working in the emergency room. The results found in 10 journals regarding workload and work stress on the performance of nurses in the emergency room which caused performance to decline, suggestions for further researchers to be used as a source of data for further research and to review using the latest theories and using many books in their research.Keywords: Nurse Workload, Nurses work stress, Performance

Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease of stiffness, swelling, pain and redness in the joints and surrounding tissues. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ginger compress on the decrease of rheumatoid arthritis pain in elderly in werdha sub-district mojokerto mojokerto district, this research is pre experiment with design of One-Group Pre-test Post-test Design. The population of 20 people with a sample of 20 respondents sampling technique total sampling with the implementation of compress ginger in the morning and afternoon, for 20 minutes for 1 week. This research was conducted to determine the influence of ginger compress pre- and post treatment. Then in the analysis to differentiate the decline. Data analysis was done by different test statistic that paired t test. The results obtained p-value = 0,000 (<0.05) where there are differences in scale before and last pain given a ginger compress. There is influence of ginger compress on the reduction of rheumatoid arthritis pain. One way to relieve arthritis pain is by way of compress ginger.

Acute coronary syndrome (ACS) is one of the problems of cardiovascular which is the cause of increased mortality rates. Treatment in patients with ACS should be done immediately, acute myocardial infarction can lead to death, so it needs the ability to assess the signs and symptoms of ACS. One of the family's roles in supporting the exactness of treatment is being able to recognize the signs and symptoms of the acute coronary syndrome. Based on this, researchers are interested to know how the family's ability to recognize the signs and symptoms of ACS. The research method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive phenomenological design approach. The study uses in-depth interviews involving 8 participants. In this study acquired 2 themes depicting the ability of the family in recognizing the signs and symptoms of ACS is ignorance about the symptoms of ACS and errors in recognizing the symptoms. Family members who do first aid in ACS patients often have errors in interpreting the signs and symptoms of ACS, these signs and symptoms are often interpreted as diseases that have been suffered by ACS patients.

The case of Measles and Rubella (MR) in children is a major problem in the health sector especially in Indonesia which requires effective prevention. According to WHO in the Indonesian Ministry of Health 2018, in 2017 the number of MR infections in the world reached around 190,000 cases. Meanwhile, from 2015 to 2017 in Indonesia, MR immunization decreased by 61.8% (Ministry of Health, 2018). In line with case, the purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between mothers’ knowledge and attitudes about giving MR immunization. This study used the Literature Review method with a journal search process. Full-text articles were obtained from a database, Google Scholar, using keywords; knowledge of MR immunization, mothers’ attitudes about MR, and MR immunization. Journals were taken by researchers, published in the period 2015-2020 with a total of 10 journals. The results of this study concluded that from 9/10 journals explained there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes of mothers towards MR immunization. Furthermore, just only 1 journal explains there is no relationship between knowledge and attitudes of mothers towards MR immunization. The researcher suggests that the head of the public health center could do a work plan about counseling measles-rubella immunization to make society realize that it is the important thing.

Depression is a period of disruption of human functions related to the nature of the sad feelings and symptoms of the invaders. Family support is a therapy form that includes depression management in the elderly. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship of family support to the level of depression in the elderly. The design of this research is correlational analytic with cross sectional approach with a population of all elderly with age 50-70 years in Posyandu elderly at Siwalan Widodaren Village Gerih District of Ngawi Regency which samples used numbering 81 respondents using the purposive sampling technique. This research data uses the questioners of family support and depression GDS-15, in reality, the results more than half of the support provided by the family enough or moderate as much as 54.3% and a large age of elderly depression suffered as much 67.9%. Finally, the result is 0.000 which means 0.000 < 0.05, then HI acceptable means there is a significant relationship between family support to the level of elderly depression. Then tabulation of the data using the correlation test Spearman Rank. The families should be able to provide support and attention to the elderly so that they feel and still needed and not regarded as a burden, so that the incidence of depression can be minimized. Abstract Hospital has an obligation to provide emergency services to patients, as well as to create, implement and maintain standards of emergency services in the hospital as a reference in serving patients. The patient expressed dissatisfaction about the response time in the ER to admission to the hospital ward, ineffective communication and a lack of environmental control. This review literature describes the relationship between response time and patient satisfaction. Research purposes to determine the relationship between Response Time and patient satisfaction levels. This review literature uses four databases (ProQuest, Sage, Wiley Online Library, Google Scholar) for previous studies published between 2015-2020. Some of the terms used include waiting time, satisfaction level. The PRISMA flowchart is used to summarize the article selection process. Result research: In response time conditions, emergency room officers, especially nurses, are required to be able to immediately provide fast, precise and holistic handling. Therefore, patient handling is according to priority and the role of nurses in response time can be a measure of the quality of emergency services which further provides feedback, namely the existence of patient satisfaction.Conclusion: 80% of the articles reviewed found that there was a relationship between response time and patient satisfaction.Keywords : patient satisfaction level, response time, waiting time

ABSTRAKPendahuluan : manejemen keperawatan adalah proses pengelolahan fungsi manajemen untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan, ketidak efektifan peran kepala ruangan dalam menjalankan fungsi manajemen dengan baik akan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat dalam menjalankan tanggung jawabnya termasuk proses pelayanan keperawatan. Peneliti menemukan ada masalah yang terjadi pada tenaga perawat diantaranya, ada tenaga perawat datang dinas terlambat, ada yang mengeluh tentang alat-alat kesehatan kurang berfungsi dengan baik, dan ada yang sulit untuk diajak menjadi sukarelawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengalaman penanggung jawab ruangan dalam menerapkan fungsi manajemen di Puskesmas Tembelang Jombang. Metodiologi : metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara mendalam. Sampel yang diambil dengan cara purposive sampling meliputi 5 informan. Hasil : penelitian ini memperoleh delapan tema, antara lain : 1) kegiatan yang mengatur dan mengawasi, 2) penyusunan rencana kegiatan diruangan 3) belum adanya visi misi yang spesifik 4) pengelompokkan tugas di ruangan 5) kegiatan pengorganisasian pasien dan perawat 6) motivasi kinerja 7) penerapan komunikasi keperawatan di ruangan 8) kegiatan pengawasan di ruangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penangung jawab ruangan mengelola ruang keperawatan dengan makna-makna yang mereka pahami.Kata kunci : Pengalaman, Manajemen keperawatan, Penangung Jawab Ruangan Nursing management is an effort to provide nursing care as good as possible because the ineffective role of the head of the public health in carrying out management functions properly will affect the performance of nurses to do their responsibilities. Researchers found that there are some problems that occurred, such as; still some nurses come late, some nurses complained about the health equipment which is not functioning properly, and some of the nurses were difficult to be invited to volunteer. The purpose of this study was to determine the experience of the person in charge of the room in implementing management functions at Tembelang Public Health Centre, Jombang. The methodology that is used in this research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data collection using an in-depth interview method. Samples were taken using purposive sampling with 5 informants. The result shows; there are eight themes, they are: 1) managing and supervising activities, 2) preparation of work plan in the room, 3) there is no specific vision and mission, 4) develop the task groups in the room, 5) organizing activities for patients and nurses 6) performance motivation, 7) implementing nursing communication in the room, 8) monitoring activities in the room. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the person in charge of the room manages the medical ward with the meanings they understand. Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disease with characteristic hyperglycemia that occurs due to abnormalities in insulin secretion, insulin action or both. Diabetes Mellitus (DM) patients often experience problems related to changes in self-efficacy and spiritual distress or have problems with spiritual needs, such as patients not carrying out spiritual needs and patients looking desperate for the treatment process. So that Diabetes Mellitus (DM) patients need motivation from a nurse to encourage the independence of diabetes mellitus patients in fulfilling their basic spiritual needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the family's self-efficacy towards family motivation in fulfilling the basic spiritual needs of patients with diabetes mellitus in the village of Turirejo Lawang - Malang. The design of this study used a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all families of patients with diabetes mellitus in the village of Turirejo Lawang – Malang. In this study, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analysis used in this study is Spearman Rank Correlation with a value of < 0.05. The results of this study indicate that most (72%) of respondents have good family self-efficacy in meeting the basic spiritual needs of DM patients, and most (56%) of respondents have good family motivation in fulfilling the basic spiritual needs of DM patients in the village. turirejo lawang - Malang., and the results of statistical tests show that the p value = 0.00 and rs = 0.749 so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between family self-efficacy and family motivation in fulfilling the basic spiritual needs of patients with diabetes mellitus in the village of Turirejo Lawang – Malang. Self-efficacy and good motivation from the family can increase the confidence of diabetes mellitus patients in fulfilling basic spiritual needs that will shape diabetes mellitus patients. This is because nurses can increase the self-efficacy of diabetic patients by providing social support, motivation and being able to maintain a good emotional status of patients.

Pendahuluan : Pada masa remaja terjadi berbagai macam perubahan yang cukup penting baik secara fisik dan psikologis, ketidakseiapan remaja dalam menghadapai perubahan tersebut dapat menimbulkan seksualitas bebas, kenakalan remaja, kehamilan yang tidak diinginkan, salah satu penyebab terjadinya hal ini adalah kurangnya sikap terhadap bahaya seks. Tujuan : Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Penyuluhan Kesehatan seksualitas dengan metode stratagem terhadap sikap bahaya sek pada remaja putri usia 15-16 tahun. Metode : Rencana penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan eksperimen sebelum dan sesudah. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 28 samplel dengan cara total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah diberikan health education dengan metode stratagem. Cara menganalisisnya adalah menggunakan uji wilcoxon signed ranks test didapatkan nilai signifikan p<0,05. Hasil : Hasil penelitian pengaruh sikap terhadap bahaya seksualitas dari sebelum dan sesudah diberikan health education seksualitas dengan metode stratagem didapatkan nilai signifikan (p= 1,000), sehingga H1 ditolak. Didapatkan dari 28 responden sebelum diberikan health education seluruh responden berjumlah 28 responden memiliki pernyataan sikap positif (100,0%) dan setelah diberikan health education seksualitas seluruh responden berjumlah 28 responden memiliki pernyataan sikap positif (100,0%). Kesimpulan : Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah tidak ada Pengaruh Penyuluhan Kesehatan seksualitas terhadap sikap bahaya seks pada remaja putri usia 15-16 tahun di PP. An-Nashriyah Jombang. Saran : Remaja perlu mendapatkan health education seksualitas guna untuk lebih mengetahui secara teori bahaya seks sehingga lebih jauh dan lebih dapat mengantisipasi apa yang bisa dilakukan pencegahan-pencegahan terhadap seksualitas bebas.
