Abstract

The change of economic structure has opened many opportunities and challenges for local governments, including East Java. In response to this situation, it is necessary to combine local investment with diversification in major economic sectors to improve regional economic resilience. The purpose of this paper is to map potencial supply-demand investment in East Java and to identify suitable investment instrument on account of local benefit. Quantitative method with index analysis and bayes is used to map potencial investment supply, whereas ratio model is used to describe the potency of local investment demand. There are five potencial areas ie Kab. Pacitan, Kota Batu, Kota Mojokerto, Kab. Mojokerto and Kab. Madiun whereas potencial local fund percentage is 37% of total investment. By making UMR as basis price, the public may contribute an active role in the development of investment in particular areas.

Abstract

Bangladesh is one of the developing countries in South Asia which has a similar topography as Indonesia. With majority of population is Muslim and aspects of the economy based on agriculture and garment industry, Bangladesh becomes ideal comparison to Indonesia. But poverty remains as national problem there. With potential 90% of Muslim community, utilizing zakat role to alleviate poverty is still limited. Some data from the Social Report, IRTI and related research is analyzed to find contribution of potential zakah in improving social welfare. In addition, a method review is used to analyze collection, management and distribution of zakat in Bangladesh. Hopefully, this paper become a scientific contribution to the methods of zakah management in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to analysis the dropshipping model according to Islamic jurisprudence. The research is focused in completeness of the terms and conditions of sale and purchase in dropshipping system and how its related to three economic disaster namely zhulm, riba and ghoror. The novelty from this research are dividing the object of transaction into two categories, ribawi goods and non ribawi goods and critisize the arguments that allowed dropshipping transaction. Literature study is used to define the dropshipping model, normative descriptive is used to define the contract in dropshipping according to Islamic jurispridence, content analysis is used to find the syar’i solution for dropshipping. The result shows that the origin law in dropshipping is prohibited (haram) because its contain of riba nasi’ah for ribawi goods and selling before ownership for non ribawi goods. The syar’i solutions that found for dropshipping are modification in ijab qobul, wakalah bil ujroh (the dropshipper become wakil from consumer) and ba’i salam, but the last solution is marjuuh, because the capital is not handed out at the beginning of majlis.

Abstract

This study aims to capture the historiography of market and economics activities in Indonesia during dutch colonialization. Historical studies began when VOC was established in 1602 and end before the arrival of Japan, its counted three and half centuries. However, the colonial economics and culture such as monopoly, divide et empera etc has always been opposed by religious leaders who have succeeded in keeping and spreading religious values through cultural and educational approaches. The object of this research is focused on development Moslem economics activies during colonialization. This research uses the content analysis method and historical review of books and documents relating to the research object. Historiography analysis is used to select the valid resources according to the historian during 1602-1942. the Preliminary study found that historiography is close to subjective preferences, then in this research uses the comparative analysis to compare between muslim, dutch/colonial, and outsider historian. The research findings are divided into four sections they are Internalization of Market Secularism in Indonesia, The struggle period of Islamic Scholars, Market Transformation in Indonesia and Great Depression Period.
