Abstract

The objective of this research is to create dribbling learning models and to experiment dribbling training models of playing football for students of Football School (FBS) of PSTS Tabing Padang. This research was conducted at the FBS using the football experts and the students as the subjects. The research conducted was development model of Borg and Gall. The validation data of the experts were collected through field notes and questionnaires, analyzed by descriptive analysis technique. The dribbling basic technique skill of football was analyzed by using t-test. The research findings are as follows: (1) football dribbling basic technique skill which were developed based on the training principles and training methodology, starting from the simple one and ended by game situation, (2) the training model is very effective to be used in the process of training, (3) it was empirically proved that the model was effective.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya pelaksanaan pembelajaran penjasorkes di SD Negeri 22 Andalas Padang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran, motivasi siswa dan sarana prasarana di SD Negeri 22 Andalas Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif, yaitu mengungkap dan menerangkan pelaksanaan UKS di SD Negeri 22 Andalas Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa di SD Negeri 22 Andalas Padang yang berjumlah 57 orang. Teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu total sampling yang berjumlah 57 orang. Alat pengumpulan data adalah angket dengan mengunakan model skala guttman dengan kategori jawaban ‘ya’ dan ‘tidak’.. Selanjutnya data diolah dan dianalisis dengan teknik statistik deskriptif. Hasil analisis data SD Negeri 22 Andalas Padang antara lain kemampuan guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran Penjasorkes di peroleh tingkat capaian sebesar 70% berada pada klasifikasi cukup. Motivasi siswa diperoleh tingkat capaian sebesar 73% berada pada klasifikasi cukup, sedangkan pada sarana dan prasarana diperoleh tingkat capaian sebesar 60% berada pada klasifikasi kurang baik.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini berawal dari kenyataan di Pemusatan Latihan Daerah Sumatera Barat bahwa kemampuan tendangan yang dilakukan atlet tidak sesuai dengan harapan. Melihat gejala tersebut maka dapat dirumuskan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimanakah pengaruh Latiha naik turun tangga terhadap kemampuan tendangan dwi chagi atlet Taekwondo Pemusatan Latihan Daerah Sumatera Barat. Yang bertujuan untuk melihat Pengaruh Latihan Naik Turun Tangga Terhadap Kemampuan Tendangan Dwi Chagi Atlet Taekwondo Pemusatan Latihan Daerah Sumatera Barat Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet taekwondo Pemusatan Latihan Daerah Sumatera Barat yang berjumlah 29 orang atlet. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Total Sampling dengan sampel berjumlah 18orang atlet putra dan 11 atlet putri. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada 2 Mei sampai 31 Mei 2016 dengan 4 kali pertemuan, latihan diberikan dalam bentuk Naik Turun Tangga. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil untuk atlet putrathitung (4,123) > ttabel (2,00),dan atlet putri thitung (8,117) > ttabel (2,49), artinya penerapan latihan Naik Turun Tangga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan tendangan dwi chagiatlet taekwondo Pemusatan Latihan Daerah Sumatera Barat.

Abstract

The problem of Coaching Clinic for Field Tennis Branch Trainers in West Sumatra Province was encountered in an ineffective training process, limited trainer ability in the training process, lack of skills and understanding, and minimal facilities and infrastructure. In a sense, the trainer does not have preparation in training, so that the training process is carried out less according to the actual situation. Certainly, this makes it difficult to achieve an athlete's achievement. For this reason, a solution is needed through the Coaching Clinic Activities for Field Branch Sports Field Trainers in West Sumatra Province. Problems encountered in the field: The trainer has not been able to understand and be able to apply the concept of training periodization, for this reason, it is necessary to conduct a coaching pattern about the formation of the exercise periodization concept, the trainer has not been able and skilled to develop elements of the physical condition of the Tennis Field athletes. Lack of understanding and knowledge of trainers about management and the training methodology of Field Tennis, so it needs to be equipped with the establishment of the fundamentals of management training following the sport that will be developed. Lack of values ​​and attitudes towards the development of Tennis Field sports so far, it is necessary to give tips in management in the form of entrepreneurial activities and other patterns that are not binding. In this activity, the strategic target audience was the trainers of the Tennis Field Sports Branch in West Sumatra Province, as many as 25 people were recruited in collaboration with the Executive Board of West Sumatra Province. The Coaching Clinic for Trainers in the Field of Sports in the Field in West Sumatra Province was held for 6 months, which took place at the PT.TELKOM West Sumatra Tennis Court. Method of Activity carried out by the Submission of material and demonstrations.

Abstract

The problem of understanding the knowledge and methods of training in the grassroots age, there are still many coaches in the 50 City District who do not understand the development of early childhood football, even with many adequate facilities and equipment but many collide with the lack of experience of the coaches in developing training methods, principles. - principles and forms of exercise in training children at an early age. Of course this makes it difficult to achieve quality in the development of children's play and achieve the goals that have been set by PSSI and FIFA in achieving football achievements and development at an early age. For that, a solution is needed through the Training of the FIFA Grassroots Festival Coaching Clinic Football Coach in 50 Cities. The problem formulation is as follows: (a) Lack of understanding of district trainers. 50 Cities in developing training methods (b) Lack of knowledge of district trainers. 50 Cities about the concepts and principles of training (c) Lack of knowledge and understanding of district trainers. 50 Cities in managing the training (d) Lack of knowledge of district trainers. 50 Cities in developing training programs and models. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of dribbling training through the principle of individualization on the dribbling ability of football school players (SSB). This type of study is a quasi-experiment. Design This study used a "pretest and posttest one group". The study population was all SSB Porma U players 10-13 years old in Muaro Takung, Sijunjung regency, totaling 28 people, and the number of samples was drawn using saturated sample techniques so that the sample amounted to 28. Instrument in this study with dribbling skill test. Based on the results of data analysis obtained: 1) tcount is 8.127 while ttable is 1.977 then tcalculate ttable which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is a significant Individualism principle method Dribbling Ability of Football School Players (SSB) Porma Ages 10-13 before and after being given training with. 2) tcount is 1.79 while ttable is 1.71 then tcount ttable which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So it was concluded that there was a significant difference between the two methods, where the Dribbling Ability of Football School Players (SSB) Porma Ages 10-13 trained with the Individual Method training method (X1) was higher than the playing method (X2). It was concluded that dribbling exercises based on the principle of individualization significantly improved the dribbling ability of school football players (SSB) aged 10-13, compared to the method of playing practice
