Abstract

Aim of Community service activities, namely counse to explain and invite farmers in Tempos Village Gerung District, West Lombok Regency, to be familiar with the implementation of the organic farming system, and encourage farming communities to utilize the potential of natural resources well and wisely to protect agricultural land from degradation (damage) and good production in the long term. For this reason, counseling has been carried out in the agricultural sector, namely the organic farming system with the results of farmers and the community understands that the organic farming system has the potential to be implemented on agricultural land in the village of Tempos, and to improve soil health and protect the environment from degradation (damage) in the long term (sustainable). Farmers are motivated to improve their ability to manage their farming with an organic farming system.

Abstract

   The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of local green manure and micro organism (MOL) on the growth and yield of Peanut Plants. This study uses an experimental method with a Completely Randomized Design consisting of 2 factors, namely green manure and local micro organisms. The treatment consisted of no fertilizer, fertilizing with green fertilizer from gamal leaves, turi, chlotalaria and Chromolaena leaves. Then there are those who do not use MOL and use MOL. Both are combined to become 10 treatments.   The results showed that Green and Micro Local Organisms fertilizers significantly affected peanut yield. Cromolaena treatment showed an increase in yield of 31.37%, followed by Turi leaves 27.45%, Gamal leaves 15.69% and Chlotalaria 11.76%. Furthermore, the treatment of local micro organisms increases the yield by 14.90%.

Abstract

Selada (Lactuca sativa L.) merupakan tanaman sayuran daun yang dimanfaatkan oleh konsumen dalam keadaan segar. Seiring meningkatnya pertumbuhan penduduk permintaan pasar sayur selada semakin bertambah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat respon pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada terhadap pemberian beberapa dosis pupuk kandang dan aplikasi beberapa frekuensi pupuk cair. Percobaan ini bertempat di Lahan SMKN 1 KURIPAN, Kecamatan Kuripan, Kabupaten Lombok Barat Pada Bulan September hingga Desember 2019. Rancangan yang digunakan yaitu RAK (Rancangan Acak Kelompok) dengan dua faktor, dosis pupuk kandang sebagai faktor pertama yang terdiri dari tiga aras yaitu  D1 (10 ton/ha), D2 (15 ton/ha), dan D3 (20 ton/ha), faktor kedua yaitu frekuensi pupuk cair dengan 4 aras yaitu F0 (kontrol/tanpa aplikasi), F1 (satu kali aplikasi), F2 (dua kali aplikasi) dan F3 (tiga kali aplikasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor dosis pupuk kandang berbeda nyata terhadap indeks luas daun, berat berangkasan segar, dan berangkasan kering dengan hasil tertinggi didapatkan pada dosis D3 dengan nilai sebesar pada luas indeks daun 69,65 cm2, berangkasan basah 91,61 gram dan berangkasan kering 5,83 gram. Faktor frekuensi pupuk cair berbeda nyata terhadap berat berangkasan basah dengan nilai tertinggi didapatkan pada perlakuan F3 dengan nilai sebesar 82,18 gram. Selain itu terdapat interaksi antara faktor dosis pupuk kandang dengan frekuensi pupuk cair terhadap parameter jumlah daun, berat berangkasan segar dan berat berangkasan kering, hasil tertinggi didapatkan dari kombinasi D3F3.Kata kunci: pupuk kandang, pupuk organik cair, selada

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of several types of manure with Trichoderma spp. fungal fermentation, the effect of local micro-organisms (MOL) on banana weevils and the interaction of these two factors on the growth and yield of peanut plants. This study used an experimental method with field experiments conducted in Pancoran Hamlet, Banyu Urip Village, Gerung District, West Lombok Regency. This research was conducted from January to March 2023. The design used was a randomized block design (RBD) with factorial experiments. The first factor is the Local Micro Organisms (MOL) of banana weevil with 2 levels, namely M0 (without MOL) and M1 (Using MOL). The second factor was several types of manure with 4 levels, namely P0 (without fertilizer), P1 (chicken manure), P2 (cow manure) and P3 (goat manure). observation parameters. The treatment of several types of manure had a significant effect on the parameters of plant height at 4MST, 5MST and 6MST, the parameters of the number of leaves, the number of pods, the weight of the wet pods, the weight of the dry pods and the weight of the seeds planted. However, there is no interaction between the two factors. Treatment of goat manure (P3) Gives the highest yield on the parameter of seed weight planting up to 41.86 g/plant.
