Abstract

Needs Analysis in Text Variety Materials Texbooks Develompment for PGSD Students ABSTRAKPenelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan buku ajar materi ragam teks bagi mahasiswa PGSD. Fokus penelitian yakni peneliti akan menganalisis masalah dan kebutuhan mahasiswa PGSD terhadap buku ajar ragam teks. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yakni deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian mahasiswa PGSD Universitas Nusantara Kediri. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka.  Teknik analisis data berupa analisi deskriptif. Didapatkan lima analisis masalah mahasiswa dalam memahami materi ragam teks. Kelima masalah tersebut, yakni: konsep ragam teks masih belum kuat, penyusunan ragam teks oleh mahasiswa masih belum tepat, minimnya literasi, teks bacaan dianggap sebagai materi bahasa Indonesia, dan minimnya buku ajar materi ragam teks. Selain analisis masalah, terdapat analisis kebutuhan. Dipaparkan tiga kebutuhan mahasiswa. Pertama, buku ajar yang memuat konsep ragam teks yang mudah dipahami. Kedua, buku ajar yang sesuai dengan kurikulum yang berlaku. Ketiga, buku ajar yang memperbanyak latihan dengan memuat kearifan lokal dan berpola project based learning.Kata kunci: analisis kebutuhan, buku ajar, ragam teksABSTRACTThe aim of this research is to analyze the needs in variety text textbooks for PGSD students. The focus of the research is that researchers will analyze the problems and needs of PGSD students in variety text textbooks. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were PGSD students at the University of Nusantara Kediri. Methods of data collection using tests, interviews, observation, and literature study. The data analysis technique is in the form of descriptive analysis. The finding is five student problem analysis in understanding variety text materials. The five problems, namely: the concept of text variety is still not strong, the compilations of student variety texts are still not right, lack of literacy, reading texts are considered as Indonesian language material, and the lack of textbooks for variety text materials. Beside problem analysis, there is a needs analysis. Three are three student needs. First, textbooks that contain the concept of a variety of texts that are easy to understand. Second, textbooks that are in accordance with the applicable curriculum. Third, textbooks that increase practice which contain local wisdom and with a project-based learning pattern.Keyword: needs analysis, textbook, text variety
