Abstract

 Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan mutu pengajaran guru melalui supervisi klinis. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan sekolah dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan pada salah satu sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Semarang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan studi dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian dengan analisis Quality Control ditemukan bahwa guru disekolah tersebut mengalami permasalahan dalam pengajaran, analisis Quality Assurance menghasilkan diagnosis penyebab permasalahan dalam pengajaran, analisis Quality Improvement menghasilkan tindakan yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi dengan melakukan supervisi klinis. Hasil supervisi klinis menunjukkan adanya peningkatan mutu pengaran yang dilakukan guru pada siklus I dan II, analisis Capacity Building dilakukan untuk memaksimalkan keberhasilan supervisi klinis yang menghasilkan program tindak lanjut yang dapat dilakukan kepala sekolah sebagai pendamping supervisi klinis yaitu melakukan teknik supervisi kelompok.

Abstract

The aim of research is to analyze the implementation of the program of school operational assistance (BOS) on one Christian Primary School, West Sumba at the stage of preparation and implementation. The research method is descriptive with case studies. The technique of collecting data using interviews and document study. The analysis showed of BOS program implementation at the stage of preparation has been good, but the Decree of BOS management team is not published. The implementation stage is already very good but slow disbursement of funds from the government, transparency is good enough that involve committees and parents, accountability is good that is planning the use of funds in accordance with the format specified, the school also orderly administration accountability report, but not announced. DOI: https://doi.org/10.17977/um025v1i32017p254

Abstract

This study aims to analyze students' mathematical problem solving abilities in terms of gender differences and describe the obstacles in solving problems in the form of linear programming story questions. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research subjects were 18 students of class XI MIA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Kambera including 9 male students and 9 female students and the supporting subjects were compulsory mathematics teachers and specialization mathematics teachers. The results of the study using the Polya indicator in terms of gender differences showed the overall average score obtained by female students with a score of 49.07 was superior to male students who scored 42.37. This shows that there are gender differences in solving a problem due to lack of understanding of the problem in question, not working carefully, rarely practicing questions.
