Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat pendapatan petani garam di Desa Paupanda, dimana variabel bebasnya terdiri dari variabel Modal, Tenaga Kerja, Teknologi. Luas Lahan, dan Harga Jual. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil tanggapan dengan menggunakan kuesioner kepada responden yang ada di Desa Paupanda dengan populasi oetani garam terbanyak. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu analisis regresl linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial faktor modal tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani garam di Desa Paupanda, sedangkan faktor tenaga kerja, teknologi, luas lahan dan harga jual berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani garam. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa variabel modal, tenaga kerja, teknologi, luas lahan dan harga jual secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pendapatan petani garam.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya pendirian BUMDes dalam meningkatkan perekonomian desa dan bagaimana mengelola BUMDes yang baik yang didukung oleh transparansi, keterbukaan, dan profesionalisme baik pengurus maupun seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Kegiatan sosialisasi dengan pemaparan materi dan diskusi oleh dosen Universitas Flores. Pemerintah Desa mendukung kegiatan dan memberi kesempatan dari pihak perguruan tinggi untuk mendampingi pengurus BUMDes terkait pengelolaan BUMDes. Kegitan ini dihadiri oleh 30 peserta yang terdiri dari pengurus BUMDes, perangkat desa, ibu-ibu yang tergabung dalam kelompok usaha tenun, dan tokoh masyarakat. BUMDes Watusipi sudah menjalankan usaha bisnisnya antara lain: bisnis simpan pinjam, pelayanan jasa pembayaran cicilan pegadaian dan pembayaran listrik serta pengelolaan minyak kelapa murni namun tidak berjalan maksimal. BUMDes yang sudah dibentuk diharapkan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian desa maka diperlukan pendampingan dari perguruan tinggi, pemerintah daerah dan lembaga swadaya masyarakat.  ABSTRACTThis activity was carried out with the aim of providing an understanding of the importance of establishing BUMDes in improving the village economy and how to manage a good BUMDes which is supported by transparency, openness and professionalism for both management and all levels of society. Socialization activities with material presentation and discussion by lecturers at the University of Flores. The Village Government supports activities and provides opportunities from universities to assist BUMDes management regarding the management of BUMDes. This activity was attended by 30 participants consisting of BUMDes administrators, village officials, women who are members of the weaving business group and community leaders. BUMDes Watusipi has been running its business, including savings and loans, mortgage payment services and electricity payments as well as pure coconut oil management but it is not running optimally. The BUMDes that have been formed are expected to improve the village economy, so assistance from universities, local governments and non-governmental organizations is needed.

Abstract

This study aims to establish a planning strategy in the Deturia livestock area in Kotabaru District to become a horse racing tourist attraction in Ende Regency. The research approach used is qualitative with qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Respondents in the study were the people around the area of ??livestock attraction Deturia. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis of Tourism Objects of Deturia Cattle in Kotabaru District shows its position in quadrant I, where Deturia Cattle attractions have a balanced opportunity and strength that has a wide and strategic area, so they can take advantage of opportunities that exist optimally. In quadrant I, the aggressive strategy is a very favorable position, where the aggressive strategy can support any aggressive growth policies.

Abstract

One of the results is from the agriculture subsector in Pulau Ende District, Ende Regency. ishery products are the main livelihood to support his family. This study aims to determine how the influence of capital, labor, and sea time on fish production and to find out how much influence the capital, labor, sea time, on fish production. Population in the study were 5345 people and 98 people were sampled. This research uses interview methods and analyzed with quantitative descriptive analysis method which is done by describing all data in percentage numbers and frequency tables. The results showed that there was an effect of capital, labor, and sea fishing variables on fish production in Pulau Ende District. The test results obtained from the capital score indicator obtained at 3.24 which can be interpreted that the amount of capital that must be spent on fishing operations is expensive. Labor Indicator score obtained by 2.7 which means that the workforce needed is relatively much in fishing activities. For the old indicator of fishing the score obtained is 2.1 which can be interpreted as the time required for fishing activities takes a long time. Suggestions that can be taken by the Ende Regency Government should be more counseling and assistance in the form of nets, engines and motor boats. Fishermen don't wait for help, don't over-exploit fishing that is still too close to the beach and longer at sea.

Abstract

This research is the result of research on SMEs in Ende Utara District, Ende Regency with 80 respondents. The research method was carried out with descriptive statistics with the SPSS analysis tool. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze whether the difference that occurs is a favorable difference for the Janction Kelimutu Ende road project and to determine the function of the project budget plan as a cost control tool for the Janction Kelimutu Road project at the Regional National Road Implementation Unit Office IV East Nusa Tenggara Province. The method used in this research is quantitative research which emphasizes on resting the project method. The analytical method used in this research is variance analysis. The results in this study, namely (1) there is a difference between the  budget and the realization of the cost of the road widening project at the  Kelimutu Ende Junction; (2) the function of the protection budget made by the company has not functioned properly as a control tool,; and (3) the form of control carried out by the management as a result of an unfavorable difference between the budget and the realization of project costs, namely by conducting periodic supervision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pemahaman dan pengetahuan mahasiswa pada program studi manajemen Universitas Flores tentang Kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka. Data responden diperoleh secara keseluruhan dari Jumlah Mahasiswa Prgram Studi Manajemen Universitas Flores sebanyak 456 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pemahaman Mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen hanya mengetahui sedikit tentang Kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) atau sebesar 56,9 persen dengan sumber informasi yang diperoleh 28 persen dari media massa. Kegiatan pembelajaran yang diluar program studi yang paling dominan dipilih oleh mahasiswa manajemen adalah magang atau praktik kerja sebesar 44,08 persen, dan mahasiswa yang menyatakan kesiapan mengikuti Kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) sebesar 63,6 persen. Hasil survey juga menunjukan mahasiswa merasa kegiatan MBKM dalam pengembangan kompentensi/keterampilan sebagai bekal bekerja setelah lulus 69 persen. Mahasiswa juga merasa tertarik program MBKM yang diadakan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi, Riset, dan Teknologi 67,54 persen dan merekomendasikan program sebesar 65,57 persen. Dampak Peneltian ini menunjukan bahwa mahasiswa menjadi lebih fleksibel tehadap proses perkuliahan, pengalaman bersama masyarakat dan bekal untuk pekerjaan setelah lulus kuliah.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan tujuan memberikan pemahaman tentang pendidikan manajemen kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan perekonomian dan bagaimana mengelola unit-unit usaha yang baik yang didukung oleh tranparansi, keterbukaan dan profesionalisme, baik personil maupun seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Kegiatan sosialisasi dengan pemaparan materi dan diskusi oleh dosen Universitas Flores dan Dinas Koperasi. Pemerintah kecamatan mendukung kegiatan dan memberi kesempatan dari pihak perguruan tinggi untuk mendampingi pelaku wirausaha terkait tentang strategi unit usaha yang dikelolah. Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh 15 peserta yang terdiri dari pelaku usaha yang berada di Kecamatan Kota Baru. Pelaku usaha di Kecamatan Kota Baru sudah menjalankan usaha bisnisnya antara lain usaha simpan pinjam, perkiosan, rumah makan dan pembayaran listrik serta pengelolaan ikan asap namun tidak berjalan maksimal. Unit usaha yang sudah dibentuk diharapkan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian kelurga maka diperlukan pendampingan dari perguruan tinggi, pemerintah daerah dan lembaga swadaya masyarakat.  Abstract. Community service activities are carried out with the aim of providing an understanding of entrepreneurial management education in improving the economy and how to manage good business units supported by transparency, openness and professionalism, both personnel and all levels of society. Socialization activities with material presentations and discussions by lecturers at the University of Flores and the Department of Cooperatives. The sub-district government supports activities and provides opportunities for universities to assist entrepreneurs regarding the strategies of the business units they manage. This activity was attended by 15 participants consisting of business actors in Kota Baru District. Business actors in Kota Baru Sub-district have been running their business businesses, including savings and loan businesses, kiosks, restaurants and electricity payments as well as smoked fish management but are not running optimally. The business units that have been formed are expected to improve the family's economy, so assistance from universities, local governments and non-governmental organizations is needed.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and cooperative image on the loyalty of cooperative members at the Sangosay Bajawa credit cooperative. This research is quantitative research. This study uses a causal approach. Research to examine the relationship between the variables that exist in the hypothesis. The population in this study was 16,868 people with a sample of 100 members in 2020. The analysis used was SPSS version 25. The results showed that service quality had a significant effect on customer loyalty with a significant value of 0.189 and cooperative image had a significant effect on member loyalty with a significant value of 0.003. From the results of developing and testing the instrument, a good questionnaire set has been produced and meets the validity and reliability requirements. This shows that the variables of service quality and cooperative image have a significant effect on member loyalty. For the adjusted R square value of 0.142, this shows that the percentage of service quality variables and the image of the cooperative on member loyalty is 142% at the Sagos Credit Cooperative. While the remaining 85.8% is influenced by other factors not described in this study.
