Abstract

Quality educational institutions have a vision to produce graduates who are competent and able to compete in the future. To achieve the vision of educational institutions, various programs are needed to produce graduate competencies. Academic culture is a supporting factor to produce quality graduates. Meanwhile, in the application of academic culture there are various obstacles that occur. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to describe how to plan the development of academic culture in schools. How to implement academic culture according to plan. and how the influence of academic culture on the competence of graduates. Qualitative Method Case studies are used to examine quality improvement through academic culture at Sabilurrosyad Islamic Junior High School. Collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that planning for the development of academic culture is carried out by developing several factors that influence academic culture and the management of academic culture. Implementation is used in an academic culture with school review and benchmarking in all programs. Meanwhile, quality assurance and quality control are carried out in most programs. The impact on graduate competence from the application of academic culture is that students can play a very good role in critical, creative, constructive, dialogical, partnership, productive aspects and appreciate achievements.

Abstract

Indonesian society is currently experiencing humanitarian problems. In the era of globalization where technology is increasingly sophisticated which results in ease in many fields but also has a negative impact on the other side. Temporary problems encountered in the community, namely Research originated from concerns about the phenomenon of violence that occurred in the educational environment in East Java. The act of bullying in school is a disturbing thing to social values. As a description of a phenomenon, this study uses a qualitative descriptive design. Data collection was carried out in this study by observation, interviews, and documentation. The strategy for implementing humanist education at MTs Wahid Hasyim Dau is done by planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs in schools and management. Implementation strategies for implementing character education in schools, with 4 forms, namely: 1. Integration of values and ethics on subjects. 2. Internalization of the positive values instilled by all school members. 3. Habit and training, giving examples and role models. 4. Creation of atmosphere in school and culture. While efforts to minimize dehumanization are carried out by establishing the principle of family, cooperation, and intimacy and providing self-awareness / self-introspection, tausiah. The implementation of humanist education in learning forms integration with learning, school management, and extracurricular activities. The implementation of humanist education at Dau carries out some aspects of the theory of Paul Freire, but efforts to realize humanist education with consideration to the problems and needs of the era are good.  Keywords: Strategy, Implementation, Education, Humanism

Abstract

AbstractVarious problems related to SMP students still occur in the East Java region. Among these problems is the brawl between students. Teachers are instrumental in preventing juvenile delinquency. In choosing forward learning materials related to the values of peace and positive attitudes of students. The learning strategies used by teachers in those processes can use problem-based learning strategies. Research discussion with the type of library research or research library related to problem-based learning strategy. In research studies and analysis of content on documents and books and scientific works. One way to be aware and prevent students from negative behaviors by drafting a problem-based learning strategy. With the use of problem-based learning strategies students can understand the role that can be taken when there are problems. The result of learning from a problem-based learning strategy students can realize what the cause of the fight and what the must is doing to prevent the fight.Keywords: Strategy, Problem-Based Learning, Fights AbstrakBerbagai permasalahan terkait pelajar SMP masih terjadi di wilayah jawa timur. Diantara permasalahan tersebut yaitu tawuran antar pelajar. Guru berperan penting dalam mencegah terjadinya kenakalan remaja. Dalam memilih materi pembelajaran dikedepankan yang berkaitan dengan nilai-nilai perdamaian dan sikap positif siswa. Strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru dalam proses tersebut dapat menggunakan strategi pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Pembahasan penelitian dengan jenis library  research  atau  penelitian pustaka terkait objek strategi pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Dalam penelitian dilakukan kajian dan analisis isi terhadap dokumen maupun buku serta karya ilmiah. salah satu cara untuk menyadarkan dan mencegah siswa dari perilaku negatif dengan menyusun strategi pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Dengan penggunaan strategi pembelajaran berbasis masalah siswa dapat memahami peran yang bisa diambil ketika terjadi permasalaha. Hasil belajar dari strategi pembelajaran berbasis masalah siswa  dapat menyadari apa yang menjadi sebab terjadinya perkelahian dan apa yang ahrus dilakukan siswa untuk mencegah tejadinya perkelahian.Kata Kunci: Strategi, Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah, PAI, Perkelahian

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to identify obstacles in the teaching and learning process carried out online in MTs NU Ngantang, where the teaching and learning process is carried out at home due to the Covid-19 epidemic. An obstacle to the teaching and learning process carried out at home is not only experienced by students, but also by educators and parents alike. There are obstacles for students because some students still do not understand using internet technology including facilities that are not available. There is an obstacle that is troubling parents, namely the increased expense of expenses due to internet quota costs. Abstract

Islamic Education (PAI) is given by following the guidance that religion is taught to people with a vision that is to produce a man who is godfearing to Allah SWT and noble, and aims to realize an honest, just, ethical, respectful, disciplined, harmonious and productive human being, both individual and social. The demands of this vision encourage the establishment of PAI laboratories in accordance with the level of education. This research aims to evaluate the condition or benefits of PAI laboratories in schools judging by the standard level, utilization, assessment of students and determining factors of PAI laboratory management. The method in this study is qualitative evaluative, with case studies at SMK Modern Al-Rifa'ie Malang. The results showed that the laboratory of SMK Modern Al-Rifa'ie has not reached the standard level, because of the new formation of pai laboratory but the management of PAI laboratory has been at an adequate utilization stage. It can be understood by the positive assessment given by students and support for the laboratory management factor pai SMK Modern Al-Rifa'ie.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how students' learning motivation, the teacher’s role in motivating student learning and the inhibiting factors of teachers in motivating class X student learning in Al-Qur’an Hadith subjects at MAU Amanatul Ummah Pacet Mojokerto. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Observation is used to the research location to see directly the object of research regarding matters that have to do with the problem being studied while learning is in process. This study uses an interview technique that is direct question and answer to respondents to obtain the necessary data, namely with the deputy coordinator of the MAU Amanatul Ummah, teachers and class X students. The object of this research is the teacher’s role in motivating the learning off class X student in the subject of Al-Qur’an Hadith at MAU Amanatul Ummah Pacet Mojokerto. The data processing techniques are data collection techniques in the form of written interview guidelines, etc. as well as data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive methods. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the teacher’s role in motivating the learning of class X students in the Al-Qur’an Hadith subject at MAU Amanatul Ummah Pacet Mojokerto has been carried out well and has a very important role. While the obstacles experienced by Al-Qur’an Hadith teachers are various levels of understanding, weakness, and student fatigue.

Abstract

Masalah siswa yang melakukan pelanggaran aturan sekolah sering terjadi yaitu bolos dari kegiatan pembelajaran. siswa membolos dari sekolah juga terjadi di daerah jawa timur. Media berita online telah memberitakan terjadinya siswa bolos sekolah. Putra Ramadhani Astyawan dalam berita https://megapolitan.okezone.com/read/2018 beberpa siswa melakukan bolos sekolah karena bermain di warnet. Tentu menjadi perhatian pemerintah khususnya dinas lembaga pendidikan. Pelanggaran yang dilakukan siswa perlu perhatian dan upaya penyelesaian. Pembahasan penelitian dengan jenis library  research  atau  penelitian pustaka terkait objek strategi pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Dalam penelitian dilakukan kajian dan analisis isi terhadap dokumen maupun buku serta karya ilmiah. Permainan ice break dapat digunakan guru untuk menciptakan suasana yang menyenangkan bagi siswa. dengan suasana pembelaqjaran yang menyenangkan siswa dapat termotivasi untuk tetap berada di sekolah. Dengan suasana sekolah yang tidak menyeramkan bagi siswa akan mengurangi kejenuhan dan rasa stress siswa di sekolah. Sehingga permainan ice break dalam pembelajaran dapat menjadi motivasi bagi siswa dan menciptakan pembelajaran yang humaniskata kunci : ice break, motivasi, pembelajaran humanis

Abstract

The development of teaching materials based on 21st century learning is based on Islamic Cultural History at MTs Mu'alimin Mu'alimat Manyar Foundation. This is due to the limitations of the teaching materials used are less clear, too long, and less interesting. Based on this background, it is necessary to develop teaching materials that can improve students' communication skills. The purpose of this study was to describe the development of teaching materials, to describe the level of effectiveness and to describe student responses to 21st century learning-based teaching materials. This study uses research and development methods with the ADDIE model. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and tests. The subjects of this study were students of class IX. The development of teaching materials based on 21st century learning gets the percentage of validity from material experts 91%, design experts 82%, and learning experts 92%, student responses experts 92%, pre-test results were 57.8 and post-test of 78.28 which shows the post-test results have increased by 20.48. The results of the t-test analysis show that t_(count ) = 4.58 > t_table = 2.0796 so that there is a significant difference in average, then  is rejected and  is accepted.
