Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada tata usaha sebagai pusat pengolahan data elektronik (PDE) di SMKN 24 dengan tujuan untuk menilai pengendalian umum apakah mampu memenuhi tujuannya dan melakukan pemetaan terhadap tahap audit TI beserta keamanannya yang kemudian diaplikasikan pada sebuah organisasi yang bergerak dibidang pendidikan, yaitu SMKN 24 Jakarta untuk melihat kinerja TI yang ada. Kerangka kerja yang digunakan sebagai acuan adalah framework CobIT 4.1 pada Control Objective ke-5 dari Domain Delivery and Support (DS), Ensuring System Security (Memastikan Keamanan Sistem) untuk menjamin integritas informasi di PDE. Bukti (evidence) digunakan untuk menentukan apakah data yang diaudit sesuai dengan kriteria dan tujuan audit dengan cara : peninjauan terhadap struktur organisasi, wawancara kepada personel yang tepat dan pengisian kuesioner. Penentuan Maturity level (tingkat kedewasaan), merupakan bagian dari pengujian kepatutan terhadap aktivitas yang ada atau dilakukan di tiap proses TI berdasarkan kerangka kerja COBIT sesuai dengan tingkatan levelnya

Abstract

Salah satu faktor penting dalam keberhasilan layanan berbasis teknologi informasi adalah penerimaan dalam menerapkan Mobile JKN tentunya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menerapkan metode UTAUT 3 untuk mengukur penerimaan mobile JKN BPJS Kesehatan di Kabupaten Tuban. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 213 responden. Responden adalah pengguna aplikasi Mobile JKN di Kabupaten Tuban yang disurvei menggunakan kuisioner. SEM-PLS merupakan metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini.  Hasil uji hipotesis menghasilkan effort expectancy, social influence, dan personal innovativennese berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. Facilitating condition, habit, personal innovatinnese, dan behavioural intention berpangaruh secara signifikan terhadap use behaviour. Sedangkan performance expectancy, facilitating condition, hedonic motivation, dan price value tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap behaviour intention. Hal ini menandakan bahwa perlu adanya sosialisasi terus menerus dan menyeluruh kepada masyarakat terkait penggunaan dan kemanfaaatan dalam menggunakan aplikasi mobile JKN. Dari segi aplikasi perlu adanya peningkatan kualitas, tampilan ataupun fitur, agar minat pengguna semakin meningkat.

Abstract

The signature is a fully reliable proof of identity to explain the authenticity of a document, which becomes a serious problem that the acceptance of a signature as evidence of a person's recognition, in this case, is not accompanied by its identification, this causes great danger to the possibility of forgery and various other crimes related to signatures. The lack of experts and the lack of application of knowledge about this, and the development of crimes in this field, it is necessary to overcome using investigations based on science and technology as a tool for the prevention and prosecution of crimes, especially in the field of signature examination. The design of the expert system in this study is designed to assist signature examiners in anticipating the increasing crime of signature forgery, with restrictions on the dimensions and direction of the signature.

Abstract

Technological developments facilitate state and regional authorities in providing public services through web and smartphone applications called e-Goverment. This application is also applied by the Communication and Informatics Service Pasuruan, that is the application of e-Sambat for its community. This research aims to provide an understanding of the quality of e-Sambat services based on the e-GovQual dimension approach, to find out the gap between e-Sambat service quality and the community's expectations in using the app properly, and to determine which items will be prioritized for immediate improvement in the e-Sambat app. This research method used a quantitative method with a descriptive approach that used questionnaires and books as research instruments. The method used to analyze the feasibility of applications using GAP and the Important Performance Analysis (IPA) method is used to analyze items that are prioritized for improvement. There were 445 respondents in this research. Based on the research results, the service quality of the e-Sambat app is highly feasible with a feasibility percentage value of 100%; the GAP of application performance and community expectations for the ease of use variable is 0.08; the trust variable is -0.04; the functionality of the interaction environment variable is 0.02; the reliability variable is -0.03; the content and appearance of information variable is 0.01; and the citizen support variable is 0.00. The overall average gap is 0.01, which means that the public is satisfied with the e-Sambat application service. There are six items that are prioritized for improvement, such as TR 1 (security of e-Sambat users' personal data), TR 6 (access control of e-Sambat users), RLB 1 (speed in downloading the e-Sambat form), CAI 7 (use of colors in the e-Sambat application), CAI 8 (graphics in the e-Sambat application), and CS 5 (user questions are responded quickly).
