Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Cash Flow and Leverage on Cash Holding, an Empirical Study on Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2020. This type of research is quantitative where to get a sample of 66 data using the purposive sampling method. This study uses secondary data from the annual report on the idx.go.id web which is then processed by panel data regression analysis using EViews 10. The results of this study are simultaneously that cash flow and leverage have a significant effect on cash holding. Partially, cash flow has no effect on cash holding. However, partially leverage has a negative effect on cash holding

Abstract

Direct marketing is one form of marketing that companies choose to be able to reach potential clients more quickly. This study describes the Direct Marketing Strategy of Outdoor Media Advertising Services at PT Warna Warni Media Jakarta. The research was conducted from February to April 2017 using qualitative research methods. PT Warna Warni Media, as a company engaged in outdoor media advertising services, markets its products directly. PT Warna Warni Media Jakarta has two direct marketing channels in marketing the company's products, namely through face-to-face contact with an Account Executive assisted by direct mail by Marketing Support. Over the past three months, the Direct Marketing Team has succeeded in closing deals 67 times out of 132 negotiations that have been conducted. The success of the company's direct marketing cannot be separated from the form of promotion it provides, in the form of discount, bartering and sponsorship programs

Abstract

This research is descriptive qualitative with the aim of describing the Empowerment and Development of Community Resilience Activities in Disaster Resilient Villages in Riau Province. To get a complete picture and to be able to provide evaluations on several aspects of the assessment, monitoring of the implementation of activities is carried out through direct interviews with activity actors and reading literature through documents and reports on the implementation of activities. In general, all stages of Activities Empowerment and Development of Community Resilience in Disaster Resilient Villages has been carried out in Riau Province, namely in Siak Regency and Kampar Regency. In Siak Regency, activities were carried out in 3 (three) sub-districts and 3 (three) villages/kelurahan. Meanwhile in Kampar Regency, activities were carried out in 2 (two) sub-districts and 2 (two) villages/kelurahan. Empowerment and Development of Community Resilience in Disaster Resilient Villages in Riau Province. In general, it has achieved its objectives, but during the implementation of the activity stages, it has faced several problems. One suggestion for improving activities is to provide a budget for training (continuity) in forest fire control for government officials, village volunteers and forestry companies as well as communities around the forest.

Abstract

Human resource development must be carried out seriously and consistently, one of which is through coaching activities. Coaching is an HR development activity through internal qualitative actions, namely helping employees to identify their potential, goals in their careers, identify potential problems, and find ways to solve them, to get optimal performance. This research was conducted on employees of PT. Hutama Karya Infrastructure with a qualitative method. In collecting data, field observations were carried out through coaching activities. The analysis technique was carried out descriptively, namely explaining the actual conditions during the Coaching activity. The results of the activities carried out indicate that, employees of PT. Hutama Karya Infrastruktur gains self-reinforcement regarding its existence in the company, namely realizing career needs, occupying positions, and getting opportunities for self-development as well as increasing income / awards.

Abstract

Penelitian mengenai prosedur rekrutmen karyawan PH Bale Productions Jakarta dilakukan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman bagaimana sebuah rumah produksi atau production house memenuhi kebutuhan karyawannya. Penelitian dilakukan berdasarkan konsep kualitatif deskriptif pada tahun 2021 di Tangerang Banten. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan melalui kegiatan observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan Kepala Administrasi dan penanggung jawab bagian rekrutmen di perusahaan. PH Bale Productions Jakarta mendapatkan karyawan melalui proses rekrutmen yang sudah ditetapkan menjadi sebuah prosedur baku yang wajib ditaati semua pihak yang menjadi pelaksana kegiatan pengadaan karyawan, yaitu kepala lapangan, kepala kantor, bagian administrasi, dan pelamar itu sendiri. Dalam pelaksaan rekrutmen terdapat permasalahan kurangnya kandidat yang melamar serta banyaknya kandididat yang diproses tetapi tidak memenuhi kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan. PH Bale Productions Jakarta disarankan untuk memperluas media penyebaran info lowongan pekerjaan, baik media online maupun media konvensional seperti surat kabar.
