Abstract

Abstrak – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun dan mengimplementasikan sistem penunjang keputusan dalam pemilihan peminatan pada platform android. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan android studio 2.0 dan basis data SQLite. Sistem penunjang keputusan merupakan sebuah sistem berbasis komputer yang membantu dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Sistem ini berfungsi untuk memberikan keputusan apa yang tepat dan cocok untuk peminatan yang akan diambil dari setiap mahasiswa, sistem ini menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process. Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan sebuah sistem penunjang keputusan menggunakan metode AHP diimplementasikan pada Android. Akurasi keputusan yang diberikan oleh Sistem Penunjang Keputusan yang dikembangkan adalah 81,2% untuk Program Studi TI dan 50% untuk Program Studi SI.Kata Kunci: SPK, Analytic Hierarchy Process, Platform AndroidAbstract – This study aims to build and implement decision support system in choosing specialization on android platform. This application was built using android studio 2.0 and SQLite database. Decision support system is a computer-based system that helps in the decision-making process. This system serves to provide what decisions are appropriate and suitable for the specialization that will be taken from each student, this system uses the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process. This study has resulted in a decision support system using the AHP method implemented on Android. Accuracy of decision given by Decision Support System developed is 81,2% for IT Study Program and 50% for SI Study Program.Keywords: DSS, Analytic Hierarchy Process, Android Platform

Abstract

Improper use on computer can cause a lot of damages especially on the hardware. Even though sometimes the damages are severe, there’s also simple damages. The goals of this study are to design and implement webbased expert system using Naïve Bayes method that can process the rules of computer condition to conclude final answer to the problem and then measure the performance. It begins with making data-flow diagram and entity-relationship diagram. Then, we implements that with PHP as programming language and MySQL as database. Based on research result, the author has managed to build expert system application to diagnose computer hardware problems with 100% accuracy based on 18 test samples with the average time of execution is 0.158845 seconds. With that, visitors can easily understand the nature of their computer problems and how to solve it.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of usability of the Tierra application on the user experience. Tierra is an application created as a communication media solution for ornamental plant lovers. Therefore, this study was conducted to measure the usability of the Tierra application with the aim of knowing the level of effectiveness, efficiency and user satisfaction in using the application. The method used in this study is a USE Questionnaire which has 4 parameters, namely usefulness, ease of use, ease of learning, and satisfaction. The results of usability measurements obtained the percentage of feasibility of each variable, namely usefulness with a percentage of 82.33%, ease of use with a percentage of 86.30%, ease of learning with a percentage of 87.17%, and satisfaction with a percentage of 70.76% from these results it is known that these variables are in the feasible category. The results of the calculation of all variables using a Likert scale obtained a percentage score of 84.57%, thus it can be concluded that the Tierra application has met the standards on the USE Questionnaire parameters.

Abstract

The selection of outstanding students can be an important factor in awarding scholarships at the university level. However, in some cases, the process of selecting outstanding students and awarding scholarships is considered to be less objective, resulting in scholarships being awarded to students who may not necessarily be the most deserving. To address this issue, a system for selecting outstanding students was developed at STMIK KHARISMA Makassar to help all stakeholders in the institution make a more objective selection. The system is web-based and can be accessed in real-time by all stakeholders. The prototype method was used to help stakeholders and software engineers describe the software's requirements and specifications. The implementation of the system showed that it can assist in the evaluation process objectively based on the criteria set by all stakeholders, and that all system specifications are relevant to the user requirements. In conclusion, the development of this system has the potential to improve the selection process for outstanding students and ensure that scholarships are awarded to the most deserving students. By providing a more objective and transparent process, this system can help ensure that awards and scholarships are awarded on target.
