Abstract

Beasiswa pemerintah daerah merupakan pemberian berupa bantuan keuangan pendidikan yang diberikan perorangan, mahasiswa, yang digunakan demi keberlangsungan pendidikan yang ditempuh bagi yang memiliki prestasi dibidang akademik, non akademik dan telah memenuhi syarat-syarat yang ditentukan oleh pihak penyelenggaraan pemerintah daerah setempat. Beasiswa pemerintah daerah merupakan salah satu program unggulan pemerintah daerah dimana terdapat beberapa kelemahan salah satunya yaitu pada proses registrasi, perlu kita ketahui bahwa tidak semua mahasiswa melanjutkan Pendidikan didaerahnya masing-masing ada yang melanjutkan di luar daerah maupun diluar negeri. Dalam hal ini salah satu kendala yang dirasakan mahasiswa yaitu mereka harus turun langsung ke kantor diknas masing-masing kabupaten untuk mengumpul berkas, Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, peneliti bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah sistem berbasis web yang mampu mempermudah mahasiswa dalam melakukan registrasi beasiswa dimanapun secara cepat. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini, jenis penelitian yang digunakan metode kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Metode perancangan yang digunakan adalah metode agile. Sistem ini berbasis website dan diuji dengan menggunakan metode pengujian blackbox.Hasil dari penelitian berupa aplikasi berbasis web sebagai salah satu media bagi mahasiswa dalam melakukan registrasi beasiswa Pemerintah Daerah (PEMDA), untuk mempermudah para mahasiswa dalam melakukan registrasi beasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian sistem blackbox dan pengujian kelayakan sistem yang telah dilakukan oleh penulis, dengan nilai presentase yang didapatkan adalah sebanyak 80%, yang artinya responden setuju dengan adanya sistem registrasi beasiswa pemda, dan sistem ini layak digunakan, berdasarkan pernyataan setuju responden.

Abstract

The development of technology is speedy and accurate, making us live side by side with information and technology itself. Many people have abandoned searching for information manually and switched to using computerized systems so that they can access information more quickly. The animal market is one of the regional assets in improving the community's economy. This animal market also distributes cattle. This distribution requires a fast, precise and accurate time. Animal markets also carry out the processing of animal feed which is used as its animal feed and for sale. In processing data on animal feed ingredients, there are also obstacles; for example, from the production side, errors often occur in recording data for feed ingredients and the amount of feed production and its processed products. This study aims to design and build an information system to distribute livestock products and data processing for animal feed in the animal market.

Abstract

Letter disposition is a response that a document received and read by work supervisor/leader as follow-up activity. Next step is to instruct the subordinate to finish remaining tasks flow. The process of this letter disposition is one of the activities at the Makassar City DPRD office which is still less effective processes. One obstacle in the disposition process is need more time to be completed, where the work supervisor is not always in place caused by bustle. Consequently affected to the distribution process of letters. This study aims to determine the implementation of the letter disposition system that occurs at the Makassar City DPRD office and then attempt a solution to a system to facilitate staff or employees in managing letters. This research is a type of qualitative research with data collection techniques used, namely by observation, interviews and documentation review. Then the data obtained were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The resulting system includes several features such as incoming and outgoing mail data, disposition processes, employee users, and reporting.

Abstract

Data collecting and mapping of criminal data have been carried out for a long time by recording criminal acts on paper (books). Otherwise, collecting data uses office applications, while mapping is done by marking on the map. The goal is to find out the highest crime rate in an area. The mapping results are a reference for the authorities to improve surveillance and education in areas with high crime rates. This method has many drawbacks, including the possibility of data being overwritten. System testing uses black box testing, while feasibility Testing uses the User Accepted Test (UAT) method. User Accepted Test testing is done by asking respondents to use the system and then giving responses to the questions given. Ten questions were asked with an assessment score using a Likert scale. After that, search for the percent value for each question to get the average score. The average score is the final result of the User Accepted Test. The results of this study are an average score of 89.88%. Based on the User Accepted Test score criteria, the average respondent strongly agrees with the developed application.
