<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Dalam proses penerapan konsep industri 4.0, optimalisasi harus dicapai dalam segala aspek di industri. Proses pengadaan suku cadang peralatan produksi dapat mempengaruhi proses optimalisasi perusahaan. PT. XYZ merupakan produsen dan eksportir logam timah. Salah satu kegiatan utama dari PT. XYZ adalah pengadaan Suku Cadang mesin produksi lepas pantai, Housing Bowl for Gravel Pump Warman yang termasuk dalam suku cadang level A. Pada kondisi rill, suku cadang ini sering mengalami kelebihan persediaan dengan permintaan yang fluktuatif (probabilistik). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengendalian persediaan Suku Cadang Housing Bowl for Gravel Pump Warman setiap tahun untuk meminimumkan biaya persediaan. Metode pengendalian persediaan yang digunakan Periodic review (R,S), Periodic Review (R,s,S), Continuous Review (s,Q) dan Continuous Review (s,S). Ke empat metode ini dibandingkan dengan metode perusahaan dan dipilih metode dengan total biaya yang minimum. Berdasarkan hasil analisa didapatkan Metode Continuous Review (s,Q) dipilih dengan penghematan total biaya pengendalian persediaan sebesar Rp. 56.001.160.670,- atau sebesar 6,99%. Setelah dilakukan peramalan untuk tahun 2020 maka total biaya pengendalian persediaan sebesar Rp. 54.917.824.070,- dengan lot pemesanan sebesar 17 unit dan titik pemesanan kembali pada 45 unit. The process of procuring parts for production equipment can affect the company's optimization process. PT. XYZ is a producer and exporter of tin metal. One of the main activities of PT. XYZ is the procurement of offshore production machinery Parts, Warman Housing Bowl for Gravel Pump which is included in level A spare parts. In real conditions, these parts often experience excess supply with fluctuating (probabilistic) demand. This study aims to determine the inventory control of Warman Housing Bowl Parts for Gravel Pump every year to minimize inventory costs. Inventory control methods used are Periodic review (R, S), Periodic Review (R, s, S), Continuous Review (s, Q) and Continuous Review (s, S). These four methods are compared with the company method and the method chosen with a minimum total cost. Based on the analysis results obtained Continuous Review Method (s, Q) was chosen with a total savings in inventory control costs of IDR 56.001.160.670,- or 6.99%. After forecasting for 2020, the total cost of inventory control is IDR 54,917,824,070,- with an order lot of 17 units and a reorder point at 45 units.
