Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, work environment, and leadership style on employee performance. This research is a quantitative descriptive study and included in the populative study, because the total population is less than 100 people. Based on the partial regression test results it was concluded that each variable, namely the variable work motivation (X1), work environment (X2) and leadership style (X3) have a strong relationship and influence with the performance variable (Y). Meanwhile, based on the results of the simultaneous regression test, that motivation variables (X1), work environment (X2) and leadership style (X3) together have a significant relationship to work performance variables (Y) with a contribution of 0.971, and have an influence which is significant with a contribution of 94.3%. From the regression equation every one point increase in the motivation variable (X1), work environment (X2) and leadership style (X3) will affect the increase in the performance variable (Y) of 0.943. Furthermore, based on testing the hypotheses that have been stated in the results of the study, it can also be concluded that there is a significant influence and relationship between motivation variables (X1), work environment (X2) and leadership style (X3) on performance variables (Y). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dan termasuk ke dalam penelitian populatif, karena jumlah populasi kurang dari 100 orang. Berdasarkan uji hasil regresi secara parsial diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa masing-masing variabel, yakni variabel motivasi kerja (X1), lingkungan kerja (X2) dan gaya kepemimpinan (X3) memiliki hubungan dan pengaruh yang kuat dengan variabel kinerja (Y). Sedangkan, berdasarkan hasil uji regresi secara simultan, bahwa variabel motivasi (X1), lingkungan kerja (X2) dan gaya kepemimpinan (X3) secara bersama-sama memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap variabel prestasi kerja (Y) dengan kontribusi sebesar 0,971, dan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan kontribusi sebesar 94,3%. Dari persamaan regresi setiap kenaikan satu point variabel motivasi (X1), lingkungan kerja (X2) dan gaya kepemimpinan (X3) akan berpengaruh terhadap kenaikan variabel kinerja (Y) sebesar 0,943. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis yang sudah dikemukakan di hasil penelitian , juga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dan hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel motivasi (X1), lingkungan kerja (X2) dan gaya kepemimpinan (X3) terhadap variabel kinerja (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the future educational leadership model with a review of the foundations of religion, philosophy, psychology and sociology. The locus of this research is the Prince Dharma Kusuma Segeran Indramayu Islamic High School. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method. Interviews were conducted directly with informants, consisting of the Dean, Deputy Dean, Heads of the Program Study and Educational Staff and Non-Educational Personnel involved in the educational institution. The results of observations and documentation were obtained from various studies of documents, manuscripts, and archives related to the implementation of educational leadership at the Prince Dharma Kusuma Segeran Indramayu Islamic High School. The results of the study indicate that the educational leadership model for the future in the Segeran Indramayu Islamic High School after direct interviews with all parties involved in educational institutions can be explained in the discussion of this study. Abstract

Miftahul Huda Islamic Boarding School Soon Juntinyuat Indramayu is a non-formal educational institution that combines traditional systems with modern systems. In its implementation, the Miftahul Huda Pesantren Soon Juntinyuat Indramayu uses learning management that is centered on kyai. Learning management in Islamic boarding schools is seen as a necessity in order to survive amidst competition and globalization, as well as as a foundation for future development. The success of learning management in Islamic boarding schools is a benchmark in the management of Islamic boarding school education. There are three problems in this research, namely: (1) how to plan learning at the Miftahul Huda Pesantren Selamatn Juntinyuat Indramayu, (2) how to implement learning at the Miftahul Huda Pesantren Selamatn Juntinyuat Indramayu, (3) how to evaluate learning at Miftahul Huda Islamic Boarding School Soon Juntinyuat Indramayu. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects were the founding ustad, managing ustad, and santri. The object of this research is the learning management of the Miftahul Huda Islamic Boarding School, Pesantren Juntinyuat Indramayu. The data collection method uses interviews, observation and documentation methods. The results of the research show that the Miftahul Huda Pesantren Soon Juntinyuat Indramayu has implemented learning management starting from planning, organizing, preparing personnel, directing and supervising learning activities. It's just that planning and determining teaching materials (books) and evaluation are still centered on kyai policies. Learning management at Islamic boarding schools can be carried out according to correct procedures, but it still requires the "blessings" of the Kyai so that Islamic boarding school education can be successful in accordance with the goals set by the Islamic boarding school. As a suggestion for the implementation of learning management, Islamic boarding schools can create syllabi and lesson plans in accordance with their principles and needs by training teachers/clerics. Islamic boarding school administrators need to prepare standard and systematic lesson schedules for each generation, so that the teaching and learning process takes place well. Abstract

Humans in their lives always need other people, because apart from being individual creatures, humans are also social creatures. As individual creatures, they are able to develop themselves, while as social creatures, humans in their lives are gifted with the ability to interact. One effective forum for mutual interaction is an organization. In an organization, interaction will certainly occur, one of which is through communication. This aims to achieve the goals to be achieved. Communication is a basic human need, and is an important element in the success of an organization. In educational organizations, for example, they cannot function without communication support. Because, how is it possible to educate humans without communication, and teach humans without communication. In general, educational leadership plays a very important role in directing and moving educational organizations to achieve the expected goals. The various roles that must be carried out by a leader are impossible to realize without communication. The nature of an organization really depends on how the personnel in the organization communicate. The better the quality of communication, the better the quality of the organization. An important aspect of communication is the potential of communication itself as a tool that management can design to achieve organizational goals. The importance of communication can also be seen from the benefits for the organization including the functions of control, motivation, emotional disclosure and providing information for decision making.

Abstract

Human Resources are the most important asset that every company has, because every activity and activity involves Human Resources. However, the ability and knowledge of Human Resources is basically limited, so a strategic concept is needed in managing Human Resources, one of which is through a Human Resources development strategy, by assessing the education and training aspects of employees. This research is descriptive qualitative in nature, trying to describe the research results as they are. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained is then processed in the form of words or text which is then put into the form of a description or narrative. The subjects in this research are the director, personnel department and employees of BUMDes Tunas Abadi Waru Lohbener Indramayu, while the objects of this research are all activities related to the Human Resources development strategy at BUMDes Tunas Abadi Waru Lohbener Indramayu. Based on the results of research conducted by the author regarding Human Resource Development Strategies in Improving Employee Performance at BUMDes Tunas Abadi Waru Lohbener Indramayu, it can be concluded that in order to increase employee abilities or potential, a Human Resource development strategy is needed, starting from the recruitment, selection, placement process. , training, career development, and Islamic guidance. Even though in its implementation there are still several obstacles, such as participants who have different educational backgrounds, expert and professional trainers are still relatively rare, facilities are still limited, and the curriculum presented in training activities is still not in line with the company's expectations, but BUMDes Tunas Abadi Waru Lohbener Indramayu, remain enthusiastic and continue to strive so that in the future efforts to develop Human Resources run better.

Abstract

This paper aims to find alternative solutions towards superior educational institutions by applying the concept of Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS). Blue Ocean Strategy is defined as a blue ocean strategy by Kim & Mauborgne (2014): “Blue oceans strategy are defined by untapped market space, demand creation, and the opportunity for highly profitable growth”. Blue Ocean Strategy is how to create unexplored market space, which can create demand and provide highly profitable growth opportunities. In essence, how to compete with agile in the competition; how to cleverly read the competition, develop a systematic strategy and framework to create an unlimited market. The method used in the implementation of this research is a qualitative method and is a photo shoot of phenomena that occur in the field, through observation, documentation studies and interviews with interested parties in the STAIS Dharma Segeran Indramayu environment. Based on the results of data capture in the analysis of the implementation of the blue ocean strategy using the erase-reduce-increase-create scheme and the strategy canvas, based on the principle of the blue ocean strategy, namely to innovate value by increasing the value of benefits while reducing costs. In this case, STAIS Dharma Segeran Indramayu creates a value curve by innovating by improving the quality of good service and improving product quality with the support of a strong reason, namely eliminating the high price aspect. The brand image of STAIS Dharma Segeran Indramayu itself also supports the creation of a value curve. The results of the study also looked at the position of STAIS Dharma Segeran Indramayu in the blue ocean area where STAIS Dharma Segeran Indramayu was carrying out a blue ocean strategy based on analysis using a strategy canvas.
