Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compost types and doses of compost fertilizer and their interactions on the growth and yield of mustard greens. To find out the dosage of compost suitable for mustard plants.The study was conducted in Bukit Makmur Village, Kaliorang District, East Kutai Regency. The research was conducted from May to June 2015. Starting from May 1, 2015 to June 15, 2015.The study used a Factorial 3x4 Complete Randomized Design (RAL) pattern which was repeated 4 (four) times. The first factor is the type of compost fertilizer (K) which consists of 3 (three) levels, namely: cow manure compost (k1), chicken manure compost (k2), and goat manure compost (k3). The second factor was the dose of compost (D) which consisted of 4 (four) levels, namely: without giving doses of compost fertilizer (d0), 35 g / polybag compost (d1), 52.5 g / polybag compost (d2) and 70 g / compost poly bag (d3).The treatment of compost types was significantly different from the wet weight of mustard plants, but it was not significantly different from plant height, number of leaves aged 2, 4 and 6 weeks after planting, and dry weight of mustard plants.The treatment of compost dosage was significantly different for plant height, but it was not significantly different from the number of leaves aged 2, 4 and 6 weeks after planting, wet weight and dry weight of mustard plants.The interaction between types of compost and the dosage of compost differed significantly from plant height, number of leaves aged 2, 4 and 6 weeks after planting, wet weight and dry weight of mustard plants

Abstract

The objective the research was to study the effect of NPK Mutiara YaraMila fertilizer and Nasa foliar fertilizeras well as their interaction on the growth and yield of stringbean, and to find proper dosage of NPK Mutiara YaraMila fertilizer and concentration of Nasa foliar fertilizer for optimal yield of stringbean.The research was conducted in the village of Rantau Panjang, sub district of Telen of East Kutai Regency.  It carried out from March until June 2016.   It applied Completely Randomized Block Design with factorial experiment 4 x 4 and three replications.  The first factor was the dose of NPK Mutiara YaraMilafertilizer (P) consists of 4 levels, namely: no NPK Mutiara YaraMilafertilizer (p0), 100 kg ha⁻¹ equals to 25,6 g plot-1 (p1), 200 kg ha⁻¹ equals to 51,20 g plot-1(p2), and 300 kg ha⁻¹ equals to 76,80 g plot-1 (p3).  The second factor was the concentration of Nasa foliar fertilizer (B) consists of 4 levels, namely: no Nasa foliar fertilizer (b0), 2 ml l-1 water (b1), 4  ml l-1 water (b2), and ), 6 ml l-1 water (b3).Result of the research revealed that : (1) the NPK Mutiara YaraMila fertilizer treatment affected very significantly on the plant lenght at 10, 20, and 30 days after planting, days of plant flowered, days of plant harvest, number of pods, weight of pods, and production of pods; (2) the Nasa foliar fertilizer was affected significantly to very significantly on thethe plant lenght at 10, 20, and 30 days after planting, days of plant flowered, days of plant harvest, number of pods, weight of pods, and production of pods; (3) interaction between NPK Mutiara YaraMila fertilizer and Nasa foliar fertilizer was affected significantly to very significantly on the plant lenght at 10 and 20 days after planting, days of plant flowered, but no significantly on the plant lenght at 30 days after planting, days of plant harvest,  number of pods, weight of pods, and production of pods; (4) the highest pods production is attained by the 300 kg ha-1 NPK Mutiara YaraMila fertilizer (p3), namely 38,38 Mg ha-1 or by the 6 ml l-1 water Nasa foliar fertilizer (b3), namely 38,55 Mg ha ̵ ¹.

Abstract

Kegiatan ekstra kurikuler adalah kegiatan pendidikan diluar mata pelajaran dan di luar pelayanan konseling untuk membantu pengembangan peserta didik sesuai dengan kebutuhan, potensi, bakat, dan minat mereka melalui kegiatan yang secara khusus diselenggarakan oleh sekolah. Cara yang dapat dilakukan guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam  membantu peserta didik menentukan pemilihan ekstrakurikuler adalah melalui pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan  untuk  mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler peserta didik, bagaimana pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok dalam pemilihan ektrakurikuler peserta didik dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok dalam pemilihan Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang dilakukan terhadap guru bimbingan dan konseling di SMP Negeri 1 Rantau, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa teknik wawancara mendalam,observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi.Dari hasil analisa data, diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler peserta didik di SMP Negeri 1 Rantau dilakukan pada sore hari diluar jam pelajaran sekolah dengan jenis kegiatan ekstrakurikuler meliputi pramuka, silat, basket, futsal, menari, jurnalistik, KIR, PMR, melukis, sanggar sastra dan Habsyi. Pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok dalam pemilihan ekstrakurikuler peserta didik di SMP Negeri 1 Rantau dilaksanakan sesuai program yang telah dibuat dan sesuai dengan waktu yang telah ditetapkan, didalam program dan dilaksanakan di ruang bimbingan dan konseling. Adapun, bimbingan kelompok dilaksanakan sesuai dengan tahapan-tahapan kegiatan pada bimbingan kelompok. Namun, kendala yang dihadapi guru bimbingan dan konseling pada pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok dalam pemilihan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler peserta didik di SMP Negeri 1 Rantau adalah beberapa anggota kelompok malu mengungkapkan pendapatnya.
