Abstract

ABSTRACT  Determination of fair replacement value in land acquisition for public interest in Lhokseumawe City is carried out by the appraisal team with due regard to physical values and non-physical values in accordance with Law No. 2 of 2012 and Indonesian Assessment Standards. The obstacles in implementing compensation for land acquisition for the construction of the Lhokseumawe City railroad are barriers originating from communities holding rights to land, buildings and plants as well as objects related to land are a lack of public awareness to participate in development and lack of understanding of the meaning of public interest, social function of land rights.Keywords                   : Land Acquisition, Land Assessment, Fair Replacement ValueCorrespondence to       : dul.evi.07@gmail.com ABSTRAK  Penetapan nilai pengganti wajar dalam  pembebasan tanah untuk kepentingan umum di Kota  Lhokseumawe dilakukan oleh tim appraisal dengan memperhatikan nilai fisik dan nilai non fisik sesuai dengan UU No 2 tathun 2012 dan Standar Penilaian Indonesia. Abstract

Produktivitas perusahaan dapat diwujudkan melalui peningkatan produktivitas tenaga kerja. Produktivitas tenaga kerja dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan kompetensi tenaga kerja, motivasi kerja, fasilitas kerja, dan pengalaman kerja. Hasil yang diperoleh dari perhitungan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji f dan uji t , diketahui faktor kompetensi (t hitung = 2.474) ,dan motivasi kerja (t hitung = 2.410) merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja. Berdasarkan analisis korelasi, regresi linier berganda dan analisa deskriptif untuk meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga kerja dapat dilakukan dengan strategi pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia melalui program peningkatan partisipasi tenaga kerja, merancang sistim pelatihan dan ketrampilan, merencanakan carier path tenaga kerja, dan pemberian reward.

Abstract

Demand Forecasting is essentials in making production decisions. Demand forecasting accuracy affects supply chain management and can reduce its costs. The development of information technology, especially artificial intelligence, has many benefits in many industrial sectors. The development of artificial intelligence is also applied to demand forecasting. The development of Artificial Intelligence technology in forecasting can produce better accuracy than conventional methods that do not use Artificial Intelligence. The use of machine learning in demand forecasting is in various industrial sectors ranging from small-scale industry to large-scale industry. This article will discuss research on the use of machine learning in demand forecasting for the things discussed, including machine learning models, data processing methods, and research variables. The purpose of this review is to see a comparison of the accuracy of each model, method, and variable used in demand forecasting using machine learning. The results of the review show that the characteristics of different product fluctuations require a different demand forecasting model approach. An appropriate approach can produce higher forecasting accuracy.  Mistake in choosing a demand forecasting model can reduce the accuracy of demand forecasting. The demand forecasting model must also need to be updated to improve accuracy.

Abstract

As a company engaged in the field of social security for workers, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan carries out professionalism in providing services to all participants. Professional service is a major requirement for organizations in order to reach and retain their customers. In this case, one of the Employment BPJS customers is a participant. Even though it is mandatory for all workers in Indonesia, in reality the participation rate is still relatively low where data from 2016 – 2018 still shows unregistered workers at over 60% of the total workforce in Indonesia. The research was conducted using Path Analysis consisting of 5 independent variables (Reliability, Assurance, Tangibles, Empathy, Responsiveness), 1 dependent variable (Participant Loyalty) and 1 intermediate variable (Participant Satisfaction). The results showed that the direct effect of Service Quality had a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of participants in the North Medan Employment BPJS. Likewise, the indirect effect of showing Participant Loyalty through Service Quality as an intermediate variable has a positive and significant effect on Participants Satisfaction of the North Medan Employment BPJS. Of the 5 (five) independent variables, the variables Reliability, Tangibles, Empathy and Responsiveness have a positive and significant effect on Participant Loyalty through Participant Satisfaction as an intermediate variable. Meanwhile, the Assurance variable has no positive and significant effect on Participant Loyalty through Participant Satisfaction as an intermediate variable.
