Abstract

This research aims to develop a scoring system awarding financial cooperation that existed at Syariah Banking using various contract in it. The development of this system will replace the performance of the analytical assess and decide on the granting of the contract to mudhārib. With this system will streamline the performance of the analysis in maximizing profits at BMT. Given the increased profitability for the results to be obtained by sahib al-mal will also increase. The methodology in this research is to analyze the process towards a needs assessment, process analysis and counting processes are the priorities of the system. This study resulted in a system that will be applied in analyzing the Mudharabah where deemed profitable or have a larger revenue share.

Abstract

Implementation of Government Regulation No. 60 of 2008 concerning the government's internal control system, which requires an evaluation of the implementation of the budget for each business unit in each government agency. This assessment will be carried out by the Internal Control Department (SPI), which in this case concerns the use of the monthly budget by units and universities at UIN Walisongo Semarang. This audit will advise the consultant on the implementation of the relevant unit budget. An online budget audit program needs to be developed to ensure accurate information. This information system helps SPI auditors determine the performance of absorption of the unit and faculty budget. Audit software development by adopting research and development (R&D). The program developed on the web goes through the planning, system analysis, system model, and system design phases. Tools that include context diagrams and flowcharts are used to illustrate the course of a series of operations in this program. Testing the feasibility of the software using the black box method and the result is an information system that is applied to the budget audit implementation at Walisongo Islamic University in Semarang. Abstract

Masyarakat pondok pesantren moderen, modal sosial dan modal spiritual adalah hal yang dapat menyebabkan perubahan pada setiap sendi kehidupan. Pengaruh diantara keduanya dapat mengubah posisi pondok pesantren terutama dalam hal kinerja keuangannya. Dengan RBT sebagai dasar untuk menjadi sentral dalam mengelola jaringan sosial dan kepercayaan pada kinerja keuangan pondok pesantren moderen. Populasi pondok pesantren 80% ada di Jawa Tengah, sehingga pengambilan sampel sebanyak 40 pondok pesantren dapat mewakili aspek pengukuran dalam penelitian ini. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan indikator yang terdapat dalam variabel jaringan sosial, kepercayaan, modal spiritual, dan kinerja keuangan. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software WarpPLS 5.0 dengan tipe sampel yang kecil. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah variabel jaringan sosial dan kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja keuangan dengan nilai pengaruh sebesar 23% dan 33%. Sementara jika di moderasi dengan modal spiritual memiliki pengaruh pada hubungan variabel jaringan sosial dan kepercayaan terhadap kinerja keuangan sebesar 28% dan 21%. Dengan demikian modal spiritual akan memperkuat pada kedua hubungan tersebut.Kata Kunci :  jaringan sosial, kepercayaan, modal spiritual, kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the formulation of variables that influence between differentiation, promotion, and zakat interest in forming spiritual capital in muzakki. Differentiation, promotion, and interest in this study use a religious approach in developing indicators that are used to explain the spiritual capital in muzakki. Purposive sampling is a technique used in this study, namely as many as 100 muzakki people who channel zakat through the National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS) in Indonesia. Testing of research data using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that differentiation and promotion leads to increased zakat interest, but differentiation and promotion does not lead to an increase in spiritual capital in muzaaki. The formation of spiritual capital in muzakki is explained through interest formed from the differentiation and promotion that has been carried out by the Amil Zakat Agency in Indonesia (BAZNAS). From the results of PLS testing shows that the influence of differentiation mediated by promotion has a greater influence on the interest of muzakki to tithe. Promotion plays a role as a link between differentiation and the formation of zakat interests to become a spiritual capital in muzakki.
