Abstract

Implementation of Islamic values is necessary for the development of the organization today, in order to impact organizational commitment and employee performance. The purpose of this study is is to determine and analyze the influence of Islamic values and organizational commitment to the performance of marketing employees of Sharia Commercial Bank in West Java. The method used is a descriptive and explanatory survey, by taking 100 samples of marketing employees, with sample accidental sampling technique and data analysis using path analysis. The research findings show that the implementation of Islamic values and organizational commitment partially or together have an impact on the performance of marketing employees of Sharia Commercial Bank in West Java. that the application of Islamic values and organizational commitment partially or together has an impact on the performance of marketing employees of Sharia Commercial Bank in West Java. Furthermore, the determinant value obtained is worth 0.892, this gives the meaning that Islamic values and organizational commitment are able to explain the performance of marketing employees worth 89.2%. Meanwhile, 10.8% was due to other factors.Penerapan nilai-nilai Islami diperlukan dalam perkembangan organisasi saat ini, agar berdampak terhadap komitmen organisasional dan kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh nilai-nilai Islami dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan pemasaran Bank Umum Syariah di Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah descriptive dan explanatory survey, dengan mengambil sampel 100 orang karyawan pemasaran, teknik sampel accidental sampling dan analisis data menggunakan path analysis. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan hasil bahwa penerapan nilai-nilai Islami dan komitmen organisasional secara parsial maupun bersama-sama mempunyai dampak terhadap kinerja karyawan pemasaran Bank Umum Syariah di Jawa Barat. Selanjutnya, nilai determinan diperoleh senilai 0.892, hal ini memberikan makna bahwa nilai-nilai Islami dan komitmen organisasional mampu menjelaskan kinerja karyawan pemasaran senilai 89,2%. Sementara itu, senilai 10,8% disebabkan oleh faktor lainnya.

Abstract

Halal tourism potential in West Java, especially for sharia hotels is very high so that West Java is a potential area for developing halal tourism. To realize West Java as a halal tourism development area is not easy there are obstacles faced such as the lack of consumer interest in sharia hotels and not many people understand the difference between sharia hotels and conventional hotels. Therefore, this study will examine the development strategy of halal tourism in West Java.The purpose of this study is 1) to identify internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) in the development of sharia tourism in West Java, 2) to identify external factors (opportunities and threats) in the development of sharia tourism in West Java, 3) for knowing the positioning of West Java in the development of sharia tourism and 4) to find out the development strategy of sharia tourism in West Java.The research method used is qualitative descriptive. The study was conducted on 8sharia hotels in the West Java region. The data analysis technique used is SWOT analysis using internal factors and external factors of the company.The SWOT matrix calculation results produce ten alternative strategies, namelyencouraging and providing halal certification facilities for sharia hotels, conductingassessment of facilities and infrastructure, halal tourism needs and other supportingelements in West Java, increasing the promotion of sharia tourism through various mediaand providing tourism information based on information technology that suits the needs of tourists, conducts an inventory of data in collaboration with the city or district government to hotels that implement the concept of sharia in West Java, develop uniqueness as excellence found in sharia hotels in West Java, Cooperate with various parties including the tourism ministry, the community and other stakeholders, equating the perception of the concept of sharia tourism between the government and business actors through halal tourism discussions and seminars, Developing various tourism products Halal with the aim of attracting tourists, conducting training and coaching Islamic tourism HR in accordance with the standards of the MUI, providing a place of worship complete with other worship facilities and infrastructure. The results of this study are expected to be a recommendation to the government of West Java Province and sharia hotels in the development of halal tourism in West Java.

Abstract

AbstractSyariah Pawnshop Cinunuk certainly competes with other companies, especially conventional pawnshops. Thus the sharia pawnshop is strived to have quality resources. In an effort to develop the quality of human resources and seek professionalism to develop employee performance, Islamic pawnshop companies have conducted various programs, one of which is orientation. Considering the performance of employees is very influential on the sustainability of the company and enhance the compe­ti­tive­ness of the company, then orientation becomes one of the pawnshop's choices in an effort to improve the performance of its employees. The training program implemented by the company has been planned, directed and dynamically sought to develop competen­cies, skills, dedication and strong commitment from employees at the company in developing employee performance now and in the future. HR development can be viewed from two aspects, namely the quantity related to the number of HR, and the quality associated with the quality or level of good or bad things and quality. A huge quantity without being accompanied with good quality of human resources will become a burden for the company.AbstrakPegadaian Syariah Cinunuk tentunya bersaing dengan perusahaan lainnya terutama pegadaian konvensional. Dengan demikian maka pegadaian syariah diupayakan bisa mempunyai sumber daya yang bermutu. Dalam upaya mengembangkan mutu sumber daya manusia dan mengupayakan profesionalisme guna mengembangkan kinerja pegawai, perusahaan pegadaian syariah telah melakukan berbagai macam program, salah satunya orientasi. Mengingat kinerja pegaawai sangat berpengaruh terhadap keberlangsungan perusahaan dan me­ning­­­katkan daya saing perusahaan, maka orientasi menjadi salah satu pilih­an pihak pegadaian dalam usaha mening­katkan kinerja pega­wai­nya. Program training dilaksanakan oleh perusahaan telah diren­­cana­kan, diarahkan dan bersifat dinamis diupayakan bisa mengem­bangkan komptensi, skill, dedikasi dan komitmen yang kuat dari karyawan pada perusahaan dalam mengembangkan kinerja karyawan pada saat seka­rang maupun di masa depan. Pengembangan SDM bisa ditinjau dari dua segi, yaitu kuantitas yang berkaitan dengan jumlah SDM, dan kualitas yang berkaitan dengan  mutu atau tingkat baik buruknya sesu­atu dan kualitas. Jumlah SDM tanpa disertai dengan mutu SDM yang baik akan menjadi beban bagi perusahaan.
