<![CDATA[This article aims to describe: (1) Student research trends in terms of themes, fields of study, and methodology; (2) Suitability between research and the student's field of science; and (3) The basis for determining the field of research of students of the Master of Islamic Education Management Study Program at UIN Alauddin Makassar. This research is quantitative descriptive. The samples were determined based on the purposive sampling technique, namely students who had completed their studies were 85 people. The data techniques used were documentation and interviews. Then the results were analyzed through descriptive statistics and supported by interview results. The results showed that: (1) Student research trends, including: (a) tended to be on the theme of schools, madrasah and boarding school; (b) tends to organizational behavior, SBM, and leadership; (c) tends to use a qualitative approach; (2) Students have adjusted their research studies to the field of educational management; and (3) The basis for determining the student's field of study is motivated by its suitability with the field of work, experience in lectures and the work environment, as well as that of a general nature.]]>

<![CDATA[Hotel syariah adalah suatu usaha di bidang perhotelan dengan kriteria penyelenggaraannya memiliki syarat khusus dalam perhotelan syariah. Di Indonesia sendiri sudah banyak hotel syariah didirikan, akan tetapi pengelolaannya yang merujuk pada Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Hotel Syariah tersebut masih banyak yang belum sesuai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan bisnis hotel JL Star dan untuk mengetahui apakah hotel JL Star sesuai dengan kriteria hotel syariah dalam PERMEN Nomor 2 Tahun 2014 mengenai Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Usaha Hotel Syariah. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif digunakan sebagai metode penelitian ini. Penganalisisan data berupa penyajian, koleksi, pengolahan data, kemudian menarik kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian hotel JL Star telah menerapkan prinsip syariah pada pengelolaannya, akan tetapi hotel JL Star masih belum mendapatkan sertifikat sistem jaminan halal. Sehingga hotel tersebut masih belum memenuhi kriteria mutlak dari DSN-MUI mengenai Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Usaha Hotel Syariah.]]>

<![CDATA[Many factors prevent Muslims from accessing Islamic banking or banking that adheres to Qur'anic principles including a lack of university research, support from Islamic organizations and public knowledge of the practice. One of these factors is the fact that most people are not aware of Islamic banking, which prevents them from seeking out this financial institution. Moreover, most people have no knowledge of sharia law also known as Islamic finance although it is practiced by many banks around the world. This study explores public opinion about the existence of Islamic banks in Indonesia and their investment choices. It also investigates future investment prospects and Islamic banking products. This study uses qualitative data analysis methods derived through inductive and deductive methods. Furthermore, participants were found to have substantial knowledge about Islamic banks in Makassar. People are attracted to Islamic banks because they are implemented according to sharia principles. Many respondents stated that one of the reasons they like Islamic banking is because it is safer and more secure. Other reasons include avoiding usury and feeling proud to be a Muslim which some consider an advantage from an Islamic perspective. Keywords: Sharia, Sharia Bankin, Understanding]]>

<![CDATA[Islam does not only teach how to worship rituals alone, but Islam also teaches how to deal with others, including buying and selling in installments or credit. This study aims to find out how the implementation of murabahah contracts on Al-Fazza Islamic credit. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, namely research that seeks to provide an overview of the phenomena and conditions occurring at the research location based on natural conditions. Sources of data in this study are divided into two, namely primary data and secondary data. This primary data was obtained through direct observation and interviews with related parties, while secondary data was data obtained from sources other than the respondents in the form of documents or archives. The results of this study indicate that AL-fazza mummy uses a sale and purchase contract or a murabahah contract. Islam tidak hanya mengajarkan bagaimana ritual ibadah semata, tetapi islam juga mengajarkan bagaimana tatacara bermuamalah dengan sesama termaksud dalam jual beli secara angsuran atau kredit. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi akad murabahah pada Al-Fazza kredit syariah. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yaitu penelitian yang berupaya memberikan gambaran mengenai fenomena dan keadaan terjadi di lokasi penelitian berdasarkan kondisi alamiah. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terbagi menjadi dua yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer ini diperoleh melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan pihak-pihak yang terkait, sedangkan data sekunder data yang diperoleh dari sumber lain di luar responden berupa dokumen atau arsip. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa AL-fazza murni menggunakan akad jual beli atau akad murabahah.]]>

<![CDATA[Along with people's desires that are increasingly complex in almost all aspects of life without being related to entertainment or musical performances but are limited to time and energy management, event organizers are an alternative that answers this, where event organizers are committees that work professionally with the aim of design, implement and be responsible for the implementation of these activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the mechanism of the cooperation contract at the event organizer project 13 with service tenants and related to the implementation of the ijarah contract in the cooperation contract agreement in the view of Islamic economics. The research method used is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, and the data collection methods used in this study are interviews and documentation. The results of this study showed that the project 13 system in which it complied with the applicable sharia provisions of the contract and there was a binding written cooperation contract, and based on the observations of the cooperation contract carried out by the event organizer project 13 included in the ijarah contract which in harmony and the terms are in accordance with the provisions of sharia. <![CDATA[In 2022, the emergence of a scandal revealed by the media related to social donation collection institutions, namely the rapid response action (ACT) has shocked the public regarding the poor management of the social funds they manage. This phenomenon indicates a failure of integrity. As a result, the image is negative to similar institutions including amil zakat institutions. This research was conducted to determine the influence of audit opinions, transparency, and accountability on the interest in paying zakat with awareness as an intervening variable in BAZNAS Makassar City. This research method is quantitative with a sample of 196 respondents. Data processing using the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The results of the study concluded partially transparency, and accountability directly has a positive and significant influence on the interest in paying zakat in Baznas Makassar City. Meanwhile, Audit Opinion and Awareness do not influence the interest in paying zakat. The influence of awareness variables in this study was unable to mediate Audit Opinion, Transparency, and Accountability on the interest in paying zakat at the National Amil Agency (Baznas) Makassar City.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui masalah pelaksanaan jual beli sarang burung walet di Desa Tarailu Kecamatan Sampaga Kabupaten Mamuju, implementasi akad murabahah pada transaksi jual beli sarang burung walet di Desa Tarailu Kecamatan Sampaga Kabupaten Mamuju. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan Fenemenologis. Dengan memaparkan hasil penelitian secara objektif sesuai yang ditemukan di lapangan, pengusaha sarang burung Walet di desa tarailu kecamatan sampaga kabupaten mamuju. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dokumentasi dan referensi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dan dianalisis melalui tiga tahap yaitu: Reduksi data (seleksi data), penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan jual-beli sarang burung walet di desa tarailu terdapat beberapa transaksi yang digunakan yaitu, ada yang melakukan transaksi secara langsung dalam artian betemu edua belah pihak dan melakukan transaksi berdasarkan kesepakatan yang dibuat. Serta ada yang memberikan uang panjar walaupun belum ada barang. Kemudian implementasi akad murabahah pada prakteknya bersesuian dengan rukun serta syarat- syarat akad murabahah. Namun jika ditinjau berdasarkan akad murabahah yang sering digunakan pada perbankan syariah, terdapat syarat yang tidak terpakai.]]>

<![CDATA[Meningkatnya total penanam modal capital market disebabkan antusiasme angkatan millenial juga semakin gampangnya masyarakat umum mendapatkan akses ke pasar modal bersamaan dengan kemajuan teknologi. Namun penelitian selanjutnya diterbitkan oleh BPS atau Badan Pusat Statistik tahun 2010 ada 237.000.000 jiwa lebih menetap di Indonesia. Perbandingannya dengan total investor yang hadir sekarang, industri pasar modal masih sepi peminat. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh teori perilaku terencana dan religiusitas terhadap minat mahasiswa berinvestasi di pasar modal syariah. Objek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Islam dan Bisnis (FEBI) UIN Alauddin Makassar. Pemilihan sampel ini didasarkan pada mahasiswa FEBI UIN Alauddin Makassar yang tertarik dan telah terjun ke dunia investasi serta telah bertransaksi di pasar modal syariah. Melalui pengujian Structural Equation Model Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh variabel sikap, norma subjektif, kontrol perilaku dan religiusitas terhadap minat investasi mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa sikap tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat investasi. <![CDATA[The enthusiasm of the millennial generation, as well as the simplicity with which the general public can acquire access to the capital market, are driving the expansion in total capital market participants. However, according to an additional study published by the BPS or the Central Statistics Agency in 2010, Indonesia had a population of about 237 million people. In comparison to the entire number of investors now present, the capital market business remains uninterested. This study investigates the impact of planned behavior theory and religiosity on student interest in participating in the Islamic capital market. The students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business (FEBI) at UIN Alauddin Makassar are the subjects of this study. The students of FEBI UIN Alauddin Makassar who are interested in and have entered the realm of investment and have transacted in the Islamic capital market were chosen for this sample. The Structural Equation Model Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method was used to examine the impact of attitude, subjective norm, behavioral control, and religion on student investment interest. According to the findings of this study, attitudes do not affect investment interest. However, this study backs up prior findings that there is a strong influence of subjective norm variables, behavioral control, and religion on investment interest.
