The subjects were thirty children in group one and thirty children in groups of two. The object of research was a gross motor skills. Data collection techniques in this study was the observation. Data analysis technique used paired t-test and independent t-test. This study was conducted over three weeks to nine times with a population of 79 children with sampling technique sampling kuotaResults: The results used paired t-test showed Sig (2-tailed), namely that there were significant 0,001. Gymnastics fantasy stories and musical accompaniment to the development of gross motor kindergarten children in group B and the results of 0001, indicating the significance hypothesis testing more effective than the method of story accompanimentConclusion: The increase in the gross motor skills of kindergarten children can do with more teaching exploration stories and integrated gymnastic movements to the accompaniment of music

Efforts to reduced the anxiety one of them with progressive muscle relaxation therapy in which the body's response to anxiety will affect the mind and muscle tension. Then there is also an effort to decrease anxiety with music therapy to help express feelings and a positive influence on the condition and emotionsMethods : This research was conduct in March 2019, methods used quasy experimental design with time series approach. Instrument used to measure the level of anxiety with BAI (Beck Anxiety Inventory). Sampling technique using accidental sampling, with a sample of 40 respondents. Results : Statistical test results using independent t-test with p value 0,019 the first day, second day and third day 0.002 0.022 (p 0.05), which means there is a difference, then the average value obtained showed the lowest value between music therapy and therapy progressive muscle relaxation, which means no difference in effectiveness. Conclusion : There are differences in effectiveness where progressive muscle relaxation therapy is more effective than the classic music therapy in reducing anxiety levels in high school.

Abstract

Background: A hospital is a health service facility that allows nosocomial infections, namely phlebitis. Phlebitis is a complication of intravenous catheter placement that is characterized by redness, pain, swelling, and fever. The high rate of phlebitis in various countries is due to the risk factors that predispose to the incidence of phlebitis due to intravenous catheter placement. Objective: This study aims to determine the risk factors for phlebitis in intravenous catheter placement.Methodology: This study uses an observational analytic method with a cohort design. The study was conducted on 27 February - 14 March 2020 with 22 samples taken using purposive accidental sampling in the inward and RST surgery Dr. Soedjono Magelang. The instrument used was an observation sheet designed by researchers that had been tested by experts and a standard operational checklist for infusion. Data analysis uses a chi-square test and multiple logistic regression. Results: The incidence of phlebitis was 7 respondents (31.8%) and the associated risk factors were the type of infusion fluid (RR = 4.37 CI 95% 1.09-17.58; p-value 0.020). While the factors of age, sex, nutritional status, chronic diseases, types of injection drugs, insertion location, duration of installation, nurse skills, installation techniques, and catheter size were not related to the incidence of phlebitis (p-value 0.05).Conclusion: Although several factors are not related to the incidence of phlebitis, these factors can be a support for the incidence of phlebitis.

Abstract

Infants with LBW are one of the risk factors that have a large enough contribution to perinatal death. LBW babies can experience mental and physical disorders at a later age of development. Many conditions cause babies to be born with low birth weight. The main cause is premature birth, other factors are born to mothers who have health problems during pregnancy (preeclampsia, anemia, malnutrition), birth defects in babies, born to mothers with underweight, mother's age less than 17 years or more from 35 years, multiparous and twin pregnancies. Routine check-ups during pregnancy and meeting the nutritional needs of the mother are the best actions to prevent babies from being born with LBW (Setiaputri, 2021). Data from the Magelang District Health Office for 2021, there were 737 cases of LBW from 16,263 births. The Pakis Health Center is one of the areas that has high LBW cases, namely 44 out of 670 births and experienced an increase in 2022 as many as 52 (7.53%) LBW cases out of 690 birth. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the incidence of LBW in the Working Area of the Pakis Health Center. The method used is quantitative with a retrospective approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the slovin formula obtained 253 respondents. The analysis used is univariate using frequency distribution and bivariate using Spearman Rank. The results showed that there was a relationship between maternal age (0.001), parity (0.015), gestational age (0.000), ANC visits (0.003), nutritional status (0.000), anemia (0.000) and preeclampsia (0.000) with the incidence of LBW. Health workers are expected to improve early detection through ANC, one of which is by conducting screening so that treatment can be given earlier
