Abstract

Background : Anxiety occurs when a person has difficulty in dealing with situations, problems and goals. One example of anxiety's situation is the anxiety experienced by students who will face the exam, the exam itself is an evaluation to assess the learning that has given the teachers to its students, the evaluation been assessed through exams. Efforts to reduced the anxiety one of them with progressive muscle relaxation therapy in which the body's response to anxiety will affect the mind and muscle tension. Then there is also an effort to decrease anxiety with music therapy to help express feelings and a positive influence on the condition and emotionsMethods : This research was conduct in March 2019, methods used quasy experimental design with time series approach. Instrument used to measure the level of anxiety with BAI (Beck Anxiety Inventory). Sampling technique using accidental sampling, with a sample of 40 respondents.Results : Statistical test results using independent t-test with p value 0,019 the first day, second day and third day 0.002 0.022 (p 0.05), which means there is a difference, then the average value obtained showed the lowest value between music therapy and therapy progressive muscle relaxation, which means no difference in effectiveness.Conclusion : There are differences in effectiveness where progressive muscle relaxation therapy is more effective than the classic music therapy in reducing anxiety levels in high school.

Abstract

Background: Hallucination is a problem that appears in schizophrenia as a positive symptom that must be addressed immediately so as not to disturb the health status. Nursing therapy is the main alternative to resolve hallucinatory problems in schizophrenic patients who are treated at the Mental Hospital.Methods: The method used is literature review with a library of articles or journals from 2010-2019 by searching through Google Scholar, Pro Quest, GALE, EBSCOhost, and Ovid Journal.Results: The results of the synthesis show that nursing therapy can overcome the problem of hallucinations in schizophrenic patients.Conclusion: CBT and group activity therapy as nursing therapy are effective for hallucinations of schizophrenia

Abstract

There are around 20 million people worldwide suffering from schizophrenia. In Indonesia there is an increase in the number of schizophrenic clients, which were originally 1.7 per 1000 to 7 per 1000 population of Indonesia where Central Java is in the fifth position of mental disorders. The symptoms of schizophrenia are divided into 2 categories, positive and negative. Positive symptoms that can appear in schizophrenic clients, one of which is the risk of experiencing behavioral disorders, namely violent behavior. Violent behavior can result in loss of individual control so that it has the potential to hurt oneself, attack others and damage the environment. The purpose of this study is to describe nursing care from assessment to evaluation of schizophrenic clients with a focus on the study of the risk of violent behavior through interventions to control spiritual anger with murrotal ayat kursi. This research includes field research using descriptive analytic methods through case exposure with the nursing process approach. Research subjects are schizophrenic clients with risk of violent behavior. In this study using the instrument aggression questionnaire to measure the level of client aggression. The results showed the provision of nursing care to schizophrenic clients with the risk of violent behavior through intervention to control spiritual anger with murrotal ayat kursi showed improvement in the condition of the client which has a significant influence on mental status decline and aggression scores.

Abstract

Background: risk of Violent Behavior (RPK) is an angry response or vulnerable behavior carried out by someone where the behavior is at risk of endangering oneself, others, and the surrounding environment. There are two factors that influence the risk of violent behavior, namely predisposing factors and precipitation factors.Purpose: this study aims to describe how nursing care risks violent behavior.Methods: this study uses a qualitative method using a nursing process approach. The subjects in this study were 1 client at Risk for Violent Behavior.Results: the results of this study are the result of mental nursing care at the risk of social behavior through interventions to build a trusting relationship, help clients express their angry feelings, help clients reveal signs of violent behavior they experience, discuss with clients violent behavior committed, discuss with clients the consequences negative consequences of the act, discuss how to express healthy anger. Conclusion: the provision of nursing care to clients is adjusted to the client's problems and responses.

Abstract

Background - Teenager is one phase that is traversed by humans. Nowadays, teenagers facing technological developments rapidly that can make it easier to access the internet, one of them is Korean culture. The tendency to follow K-Pop idols causes fans to have celebrity worship. The impact of celebrity worship such as being extra vagant, willing to do anything for their idol, has a crisis of identity, and following the style of their idol. Objective - This study was conducted to determine the relationship between celebrity worship and the self-identity of teenagers K-Pop fans. Methods - The approach of this study used a quantitative method by correlation study design. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling that involved 80 teenage respondents aged 12-20 years. The data was taken by using the questionnaire method. Results - The results of this study indicate that there is no relationship between celebrity worship and the self-identity of teenagers K-Pop fans because the results of the Pearson test in p value of 0.837 (p value 0.05). Conclusion - There is no relationship between celebrity worship and the self-identity of teenagers K- Pop fans.

Abstract

Salah satu masalah keperawatan harga diri rendah yang banyak dijumpai pada klien skizofrenia adalah harga diri rendah. Harga diri rendah adalah suatu perasaan dalam diri seseorang yang menganggap bahwa dirinya itu negatif. Harga diri yang tinggi dapat ditunjukkan dengan seseorang mampu menghadapi lingkungan secara aktif, beradaptasi secara efektif untuk berubah dan cenderung merasa aman. Tujuan penelitian menggambarkan pengelelolaan asuhan keperawatan dari pengkajian sampai evaluasi pada klien skizofrenia dengan fokus studi harga diri rendah dengan intervensi mengidentifikasi aspek dan kemampuan positif melalui afirmasi positif. Afirmasi positif merupakan penguatan dalam diri secara positif dengan cara mengungkapkan kalimat yang positif seperti sedang berdoa. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analitik, langkah-langkah yang dilakukan peneliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan mencari data pada rekam medik. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 1 responden berumur 27 tahun. Instrument yang digunakan adaalah dengan Rosenberg’s Self-Esteem Scale untuk mengukur tingkat harga diri klien sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan tindakan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan skor harga diri dari kategori rendah menjadi kategori normal.

Abstract

Latar Belakang :halusinasi merupakan salah satu dari gejala gangguan jiwa yaitu dimana klien mengalami perubahan persepsi sensori : merasakan sensori yang tidak nyata berupa suara, penglihatan, pengecapan, perabaan, atau penghiduan. Intervensi pada halusinasi yaitu untuk mengontrol gejala pada halusinasi diantaranya dengan melakukan aktivitas menggambar. Tujuan : tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui asuhan keperawatan jiwa dengan perubahan persepsi sensori : hausinasi pendengran dengan intervensi aktivitas menggambar Metode : penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskritif dengan menggunakan pendekatan proses keperawatan yang dilakukan selama 5 hari pada klien rawat inap di RSJ Prof. dr. Soerojo Magelang, yang telah didiagnosa skizofrenia dengan fokus perubahan persepsi sensori halusinasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dokumen,. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan format PSYRAT (Psychotic Symptom Rating Scale) yang terdiri dari 11 pertanyaan dan format asuhan keperawatan jiwa. Hasil : dari penelitian terdapat penurunan gejala halusinasi setelah dilakukan aktivitas menggambar yang diukur dengan PSYRAT (Psychotic Symptom Rating Scale). Kesimpulan : dalam menerapkan aktivitas gambar efektif untuk mengontrol gejala halusinasi, namun terdapat faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi aktivitas menggambar
