Abstract

ABSTRACTPT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk, is a manufacturer of car and motorcycle tires that always tries to increase production productivity to meet customer-customer demand from automotive companies. Based on data obtained from PT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk., The problem that most affected this year's production productivity was the problem defect, and there was an increase in defects exceeding the monthly defect target this year in March to May 2018. In this study quality improvement efforts were carried out using Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method . The analysis is carried out using several tools from seven tools namely fishbone diagram, pareto diagram, and P control chart (P-Chart). Based on the Pareto diagram, it is known that the most dominant defect that occurs in March-May 2018 is the type of dedect Under Cure. Then the causes of the product defect were analyzed using Fishbone diagramming tools. After the cause of the defect is known, then a repair recommendation is made using the 5W + 1H concept. then made a P control chart for the proposed standard defect per day. Keywords: SQC, Quality Control, Defect, Seven Tools, Production Productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the evaluation of Thematic learning of low class in knowing the evaluation of thematic learning in applying Thematic in SDN Belendung Tengah 01 and knowing how the teacher understood Thematic Middle Belendung 01 SDN 2013. The research method used in this study used the results of interviews between researchers and resource persons, with the determination of the resource persons in the Thematic section of SDN Belendung Tengah 01, according to the information we needed. Regarding how the evaluation of teachers in dealing with the 2013 thematic then the data is processed through a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Conclusions from the results of research on teacher issues in applying Thematic 2013 and evaluations used by teachers in dealing with Thematic 2013 applications at Belendung Tengah Elementary School 01.

Abstract

PT. Selamat Sempurna, Tbk is a company that manufactures  automotive parts, namely car filters. This filter product has many part numbers. In this company has one of the production lines, namely Line Seat Press Shop, this line produces components from filters, namely seat components. Seat is the main part of the filter component that functions as a filter holder to the engine. This Seat component consists of several part numbers (shapes or variations) following the filter product, and some part numbers handled by the manual engine B070 & L224 will affect the changes in the production engine settings. This production machine includes machines that require time in a slow setup process for switching dies when switching from one part number to another part number compared to other machines, because the element of the process setting is long. With a fishbone diagram, the root cause of the Change Over Part long problem on the machine is from the method category (there is no preparation desk dies and there is not separation of external setup and internal setup). Previously the time needed for Change Over Part was 1961 seconds. After knowing the root cause of the problem and the improvement of the time needed is only 866 seconds. The time difference is 1067 seconds, so save on average time 1095 seconds or 18 minutes / setup. Keywords: Filter product, Change Over part (COP), Fishbone Diagram, Setup, Process Elements.

Abstract

The basic knowledge and strategies of microenterprise actors are important to help them manage and develop their businesses more effectively. The following section presents basic knowledge and strategies that may be useful for microentrepreneurs. Knowledge of the concepts, characteristics and challenges facing microenterprises, including resource constraints, access to capital and scale of operations. Understanding the local market, competitors, consumer trends and purchasing behavior can help determine the right marketing strategy. Basic issues of financial management, Hopefully, SWOT analysis can help business stakeholders reassess the internal and external factors of the business.
