Abstract

Campus or college is a place of education for people to seek knowledge. One of the essential components of campus sustainability is the existence of students. For this reason, each campus must have the right strategy in carrying out promotions, especially during the Covid-19 Pandemic as it is today. Because in a pandemic like this, many people are inevitably aware of the economy and health. So, the campus must have a strategy where the community continues to respond to the campus's promotions. Among the several promotional strategies to be right on target in this pandemic are conducting webinars, television broadcasts, radio broadcasts, advertisements on social media, placing banners, distributing pamphlets, and distributing campus marches. In carrying out promotions, wherever possible, keep prioritizing health by reducing the risk of covid-19 transmission. The promotion strategy in this pandemic must also pay attention to several factors for its implementation including available costs, human resources involved, the location of the activity implementation, the number of activities, and the risks associated with covid-19. From several promotional strategies and factors that support the smooth running of activities, a decision support system can be made that can help determine the campus promotion strategy. Decision Support Systems made using the TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method approach.Furthermore, the developing of decision support systems using the waterfall system development method. Based on the results and discussion of this study, it concluded that the TOPSIS method could be used to determine campus promotion strategies during the Covid-19 pandemic by building a decision support system. The results of determining the promotion strategy with a decision support system obtained the greatest value lies in V4, which means that the strategy for using social media is the most suitable for campus promotion during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Abstract. The era of information technology makes all aspects of life move from conventional to computerised. In Indonesia, where the majority of the population make a living as farmers have applied information technology to solve several problems. One of the issues faced by farmers is a pest attack on rice plants. As a result of pest attacks, farmers' crops become less than optimal. In this study, developed an Android-based application can be used to detect early attacks of rice pests. Development of Android-based rice pest attack applications using the Build And Fix method. The Build and Fix method choose because it is considered suitable for developing applications that are not too large. As for testing applications using the Black Box method. By using the Build And Fix method, an early detection application for Android-based rice pest attacks has been successfully created. The system built has an application capability level of 100% after being tested using the Black Box method.Keywords : Rice, Farmer, Pest, Android-Based Application Abstrak. Era teknologi informasi membuat semua aspek kehidupan beralih dari konvensional ke komputerisasi. Di Indonesia yang mayoritas penduduknya bermata pencaharian sebagai petani telah menerapkan teknologi informasi dalam menyelesaikan beberapa permasalahan. Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi petani adalah serangan hama terhadap tanaman padi. Akibat serangan hama, hasil panen petani menjadi kurang maksimal. Pada penelitian ini dikembangkan sebuah aplikasi berbasis android yang dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi dini serangan hama padi. Pengembangan aplikasi serangan hama padi berbasis android menggunakan metode Build And Fix. Metode Build and Fix dipilih karena dianggap cocok untuk pengembangan aplikasi yang tidak terlalu besar. Sedangkan untuk pengujian aplikasi menggunakan metode Black Box. Dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem Build And Fix, telah berhasil dibuat aplikasi deteksi dini serangan hama padi berbasis android. Sistem yang dibangun memiliki tingkat kemampuan aplikasi sebesar 100% setelah diuji menggunakan metode Black Box.Kata Kunci: Padi, Petani, Hama, Aplikasi Berbasis Android

Abstract

Universitas Merdeka Madiun (UNMER Madiun) is a private campus in Madiun, East Java, led by a Chancellor. The Chancellor served for four years. Prospective Chancellors choose through Senate consideration. The selection parameters include Curriculum Vitae, Vision and Mission, and Feasibility Test. In giving attention, debates often occur in Senate meetings. Based on this, this study created a system based on information technology that can help in making decisions. Decision Support System made using the Weighted Product method. Because in terms of computing time is faster than other SPK methods, so it is faster in making decisions. The criteria used to determine decisions using the assessment parameters used in the 2019 Chancellor election. The flow of this research starts from the stage of data collection, library research, making a decision support system, and testing the system. At the stage of data collection, it was done by collecting secondary data such as the parameter parameters in the selection of the Chancellor, which then is used for the criteria data. Furthermore, in making decision support systems using prototyping system development methods. After the system is created, the system tested. For the results of this study have been successfully applied Weighted Product method to support the decision of the Chancellor selection. Furthermore, the system that has tested using the BlackBox method evaluates the success of the system. Based on the results of system testing, the success rate of SPK that has made 100% successful results.

Abstract

Beasiswa merupakan dana bantuan yang diperuntukkan bagi anak yang berprestasi atau kurang mampu. Universitas Merdeka Madiun (Unmer Madiun) adalah salah satu Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Jawa Timur yang memiliki program beasiswa lokal pada program studinya. Salah satu program studi di Unmer Madiun yang memiliki program beasiswa lokal adalah Manajemen Informatika. Beasiswa lokal diperuntukkan khusus mahasiswa Manajemen Informatika yang memiliki prestasi di bidang akademik. Untuk pemilihan mahasiswa yang menerima harus memenuhi beberapa kriteria, antara lain mahasiswa harus memiliki IPK di atas 3,00 , mahasiswa harus pernah menulis karya ilmiah, dan mahasiswa harus aktif dalam organisasi.  Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang berbasis teknologi informasi dapat digunakan untuk membantu pemilihan mahasiswa yang berhak menerima beasiswa lokal, Kriteria yang digunakan untuk pemilihan juga diterapkan dalam SPK pemilihan mahasiswa penerima beasiswa lokal. Untuk metode yang digunakan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan adalah Weighted Product. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dibangun menggunakan metode Build and Fix, yang dianggap mampu membangun sistem secara cepat. Pada penelitian sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan mahasiswa penerima beasiswa lokal program studi Manajemen Informatika, didapatkan hasil tingkat keberhasilan sistem sebesar 100% dengan pengujian Black Box. Berdasarkan keberhasilan yang dicapai, sistem dapat digunakan dalam membantu pemilihan mahasiswa yang berhak menerima beasiswa lokal.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the largest rice producing countries in the world. In rural areas, the majority of the population has a livelihood as rice farmers. Being a farmer also has several obstacles, one of which is the attack of planthopper on rice plants. This makes the yield less optimal. Farmers must be vigilant from the outset against planthopper pests. Onward with the development of technology, farmers can use information technology as a learning tool to detect planthopper pests early and control them. The result of the development of information technology that every community uses and owns is an Android-based smartphone. For this reason, with the socialization of the application of early detection of planthopper pests and their control using biological agents can help farmers in managing rice plants. The app is made based on Android, so farmers can install the application into a smartphone to detect planthopper pests. Whereas for the control of planthopper pests selected using Biological Agent, because Biological Agents are a safer way to control planthopper pests than using pesticides. By utilizing Android applications and biological agents, farmers are expected to get maximum yields.Keywords—: Rice; Wereng Pest; Socialization;  Biological Agents.

Abstract

In Indonesia, rice is still an essential commodity. Besides as a crop producing staple food for rice, also as a source of eyes the primary search for farmers. Problems that are often experienced by farmers are the threat of pest attacks. If not handled quickly and correctly suffered a massive loss, it can even cause a failed harvest finally harming farmers. In Madiun Regency, the total rice fields are planted hopper infestation before the 2017 rainy season harvest reaching 223 hectares covering Pilangkenceng Subdistrict, Wonoasri, Balerejo, Sawahan, Mejayan, Saradan, and Wungu. So far to suppress attacks Planthopper pests, farmers, give stimulant pesticides to plants that if Improper handling will interfere with health. The best solution is to recognize the initial attack of pests so that the level of attack on plants can be minimized. The limited knowledge and skills of partner farmers in identifying their paddy plants early makes farmers prefer the fast way by spraying pesticides. This Community Service aims to motivate farmers to avoid using pesticides by providing quick and easy and attractive solutions in early detection rice crop pests. To facilitate farmers in detecting pest attacks, a website was developed which contained information about planthopper pest attacks and how to overcome them by using biological agents. Website developed can be used by farmers by accessing it through a browser on a computer device or smartphone device.Keywords : Website, Pest, Rice, Farmers.

Abstract

Perumahan Green Kedaton adalah sebuah kompleks perumahan yang terletak di Desa Bantengan Wugu, Kabupaten Madiun, dengan total 200 rumah, dan saat ini dihuni hingga 100 kepala keluarga. Dalam kegiatannya sehari-hari, warga di lingkungan Perumahan Kedaton Hijau memiliki beberapa sumber dana yang berasal dari iuran masyarakat, antara lain Dana Kas Arisan, Dana Kas Jimpitan, dan Dana Kas Pengelolaan Sampah. Hingga saat ini pengelolaannya masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan buku catatan. Untuk membantu pengelolaan dana kas dapat digunakan Teknologi Informasi. Sistem berbasis komputer yang dapat menyimpan data keuangan kas juga dapat mempermudah seorang pengelola kas untuk melaporkan keadaan kas secara bulanan. Pada penelitian ini dibangun Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan keuangan warga berbasis teknologi informasi di Perumahan Green Kedaton Kabupaten Madiun. Pengembangan sistem informasi manajemen kas keuangan ini menggunakan metode Waterfall. Proses Waterfall meliputi analisis, desain sistem, pengkodean, pengujian, dan manajemen. Sistem informasi manajemen keuangan juga telah diuji dengan metode Blackbox dengan tingkat keberhasilan sistem 100%.

Abstract

Government infrastructure development is growing rapidly, starting from the central and provincial levels. One of the infrastructures currently being pushed by the government is road infrastructure. Both toll roads, regional roads, and district/city roads. Road infrastructure that has been built requires maintenance and repair. Road damage maintenance and repair in urban districts, especially Madiun Regency, Existing Road damage data is still recorded manually using paper, where the government needs help knowing data on road damage that has been recorded, which road conditions have not been repaired, and which have been fixed immediately. Because manual data is prone to wear and loss, tucked in with other manual files. So, the road improvement priority in Madiun Regency still needs to be put on target. For this reason, an information system is required to record the damage to road infrastructure in Madiun Regency. This information system was built using the web development life cycle (WDLC) method. We chose this method because it can be used in all web application development processes and can be modified or added to prototyping and looping to maximize results. The information system for road damage in Madiun Regency was developed using the PHP & MySQL programming languages. The result of this study is a road damage information system that contains updated data on road damage conditions in the Madiun district. Apart from being paperless, digitized data has the advantage of minimal damage and expected data loss and can help decision-makers prioritize repairs by looking at the data in the road damage information system.

Abstract

The study investigates the impact of website utilization in advertising and information distribution, focusing on the case of Frodz—a company utilizing its website as a marketing vehicle and information medium. Employing the Waterfall model, a widely used sequential linear approach in system analysis, the website's development process was analyzed. The goal was to explore how the website effectively and efficiently serves as a promotional and informational platform for Frodz. Results indicate that the website successfully facilitates marketing and publicizing information, products, and promotions, thus enhancing Frodz's outreach and communication with the target audience. Highlights: The utilization of the website as a marketing tool and information medium positively impacted Frodz's promotional efforts, resulting in enhanced reach and effectiveness. Through the Waterfall model approach, the website's development process was systematically analyzed, ensuring a well-structured and efficient platform for advertising and information dissemination. The website played a crucial role in showcasing Frodz's product quality, utilizing promotions and advertisements to engage the public effectively.

Abstract

Kesehatan adalah salah satu poin penting bagi kehidupan. Tetapi beberapa wilayah sering memiliki kendala jarak untuk menjangkau Fasilitas Kesehatan (Faskes). Perkembangan teknologi informasi berbasis android adalah salah satu jawaban permasalahan tersebut. Aplikasi Home Care Madiun berbasis android dapat dimiliki Faskes untuk mempermudah warga Madiun dalam berobat. Dalam membantu warga, aplikasi Home Care harus dapat dengan mudah digunakan warga. Salah satu solusi yang ditawarkan adalah aplikasi dibuat berbasis android. Karena warga Indonesia mayoritas memiliki smarphone berbasis android, sehingga warga sudah tidak canggung menggunakan smartphone. Solusi kedua, untuk lebih memudahkan warga dalam menggunakan aplikasi Home Care, tampilan aplikasi harus dibuat familiar. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk merancang tampilan (UI/UX) dari aplikasi Home Care berbasis android. Perancangan UI/UX menggunakan metode Design Thinking. Metode Design Thingking dapat memberikan solusi tentang seluruh permasalahan dari warga yang akan berobat. Karena warga akan mengakses aplikasi dengan UI/UX yang sudah user friendly. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah UI/UX dari aplikasi Home Care Madiun berbasis android. Dimana, UI/UX juga telah dilakukan pengujian dengan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil pengujian SUS adalah “excellent”.
