Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan peran badan usaha milik desa dalam memberdayakan masyarakat desa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Liberia Kecamatan Teluk Mengkudu Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif pendekatan deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan skunder. Data diproleh dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi Temuan penelitian ini sebagai berikut : (1) peran badan usaha milik desa dalam memberdayakan masyarakat desa memberikan bantuan maupun permodalan usaha serta memberikan kemudahan dalam membayar pinjaman dari BUMDESA dengan menyicil setiap bulan nya dalam tempo satu tahun, masyarakat  tersebut sudah terdaftar dalam kegiatan BUMDESA.(2) Perkembangan perekonomian badan usaha milik desa pada awalnya masyarakat desa Liberia tidak mengetahui keberadaan BUMDESA bahwa dapat membantu dalam memajukan usaha yang mereka jalani agar lebih berkembang dalam meningkatkan perekonomian usaha masyarakat desa. (3) faktor penghambat dan pendukung BUMDESA, faktor penghambatnya dikarena kurangnya bantuan dana dari pemerintah dan kurangnya fartisifasi masyarakat dalam mengelola potensi desa serta memahami maksud keberadaan BUMDESA didesa Liberia. Sedangkan faktor pendukungnya, yaitu BUMDESA menjadi bantuan dana desa satu-satunya yang langsung memberikan dana pinjaman kepada masyarakat guna untuk meningkatkan dan menumbuhkan perekonomian usaha masyarakat agar terus maju dalam memanfaatkan permodalan yang telah digerak oleh BUMDESA.

Abstract

This research is entitled “Representation of Ghibah in TILIK Film (Short Movie 2018)”. The purpose of this research is to find out how the representation of Ghibah in the TILIK film (Short Movie 2018). The theory used in this research is Representation Theory. The object of this research is the film TILIK. This research uses a two-stage Roland Barthes semiotic analysis method in which researchers can better understand the meaning of denotation, the connotation obtained in the TILIK film, with visuals as a representation of the dialogue which is the marker in this research. The researcher explained the data analysis with visual as a signifier and audio as a marker then explained the meaning of denotation and connotation. The results of this research describe the social reality that often occurs and is carried out by the community, namely backbiting or gossip other people or Ghibah.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find out how the role of public relations in the process of socializing the BAZNAS scholarship program, the supporting and inhibiting factors of public relations in the process of socializing the BAZNAS scholarship program, and the results achieved in the scholarship socialization process. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Research informants in this study were the Head of Public Relations, Vice Chancellors III, IV, KTU, BAZNAS UIN SU Scholarship Coordinator, and BAZNAS UIN SU scholarship recipients. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique is interactive analysis with the following stages: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The data validity technique used is the source triangulation technique. The results showed that the role of Public Relations in the process of socializing the BAZNAS scholarship program to UIN SU students, namely: 1) the role of Public Relations in the process of socializing the BAZNAS scholarship program as a form of contribution built by Public Relations to socialize the scholarship program 2) supporting factors for the role of Public Relations, namely the support from superiors , PR barriers are the lack of external data and information, the lack of skilled human resources in their fields 3) The results achieved by Public Relations in the process of socializing the BAZNAS scholarship program to UIN SU students are the role of Public Relations of UIN SU as a relationship builder, the role of Public Relations as a facilitator, the role of PR to meet the information needs of scholarships for UIN SU students. Abstract

The issue discussed in this study is the problem of low reading ability in students. Therefore, an in-depth analysis of the obstacles that affect the students' reading ability is needed. The aim of this research is to determine the elements that hinder students' reading abilities. The method used in this research is a descriptive approach within a qualitative research framework. Several students from SDN 03 Bilah Barat were the focus of this research. Data was collected in two ways, namely through direct observation (observation) and face-to-face conversation (interview). The results of this research indicate that students' lack of interest and motivation to develop reading skills is the main cause of students' reading difficulties. Besides that, Lack of learning support and attention from parents or family also influences efforts to overcome children's reading difficulties. Educators have taken steps to overcome problems in students' reading learning. This includes providing students with regular assignments, facilitating access to books through loans, providing praise and encouragement to increase enthusiasm for learning, and organizing extra sessions or tutoring for students who face reading difficulties.
