Abstract

Accounting skills training for MSMEs is expected to be an orderly administration for partner MSMEs to accurately calculate the cost of production and to separate personal assets from business assets. The benefits for the Cirebon regional government are improving the quality of its human resources, increasing economic growth and PAD, reducing unemployment and poverty, reducing social inequality and disrupting security especially in the region. While the benefits for PPM-FEB-UP institutions contribute to the surrounding community and carry out the functions of the Higher Education Tridarma in the Field of Community Service which will provide added value to FEB-UP in particular and the academic community of Pancasila University in general.

Abstract

Abstrak Entrepreneurial Mindset dibutuhkan oleh para pemilik UMKM yang merupakan anggota BUMDEs untuk meningkatkan semangat wirausaha dan peluang bisnisnya, terdiri dari action oriented, fokus pada eksekusi, berpikir simple, memiliki kreativitas, memiliki integritas, mengambil peluang, dan membangun jaringan. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah membuat pola pikir berkembang dan sukses menghadapi tantangan serta dapat mencari solusi dari masalah usaha yang dihadapi. Dari kegiatan ini dapat terwujud luaran yang diharapkan adalah pola pikir berkembang dan sukses menghadapi tantangan serta dapat mencari solusi dari masalah usaha yang dihadapi. Kata Kunci: mindset, wirausaha, bumdes Abstract Entrepreneurial Mindset is needed by MSME owners who are members of BUMDes to increase their entrepreneurial spirit and business opportunities, consisting of action oriented, focused on execution, simple thinking, creativity, integrity, taking opportunities, and building networks. The purpose of this training is to develop a mindset to develop and succeed in facing challenges and to be able to find solutions to business problems faced. From this activity, the expected outcome is a developing mindset and success in facing challenges and being able to find solutions to business problems faced. Abstract

This study aims to find out if there are differences in dividend policies before and after the Omnibus Law on Job Creation was enacted in the new normal era. The variable used in this study is the dividend policy as measured by the dividend payout ratio. The sample used in this study are pharmaceutical and food and beverage industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, published financial reports in 2017 - 20120 with 19 sample companies using the purposive sampling method. The results of the study show that there are differences in dividend policies in the pharmaceutical, food and beverage industry in the period before the new normal or before the provisions of the Omnibus Law in Job Creation were enacted in Indonesia, namely lower dividend payments or policies. Then there are differences in dividend policies in the pharmaceutical, food and beverage industries in the period after the new normal or after the provisions of the Omnibus Law Employement Law are enacted in Indonesia, namely higher dividend payments or policies
