Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of role ambiguity, and work family conflict against employee work stress PT. Insurance Mega Pratama Padang Branch. In this study used as many as 52 employees of PT. Insurance Mega Pratama Padang Branch. Sampling was done using census method. The research variables used include independent variables that are role ambiguity and work family conflict while the dependent variable is job stress. The results of hypothesis testing showed that: 1) the ambiguity of the role have a positive and significant effect on employee work stress PT. Insurance Mega Pratama Padang Branch. 2) work family conflict does not have a significant effect on employee work stress PT. Insurance Mega Pratama Padang Branch.

Abstract

Sumatera Barat salah satu provinsi di Indonesia dengan potensi bahari yang besar. Sumatera Barat memiliki garis pantai sepanjang 2.420 km, akan tetapi justru masyarakat pesisir masih terbelenggu kemiskinan, salah satunya adalah Nagari Mandeh. Hasil tangkapan dominan nelayan Pantai Mandeh adalah ikan- ikan kecil (ikan teri, sehingga dikenal sebagai salah satu sentra penghasil ikan teri dengan citra rasa yang khas di Sumatera Barat. Sebaliknya, kondisi sosial masyarakat Nagari Mandeh sungguh kontras dengan potensi dan sumber daya ekonomi yang dimiliki nagari tersebut. Nagari Mandeh memiliki potensi bahari, baik dari sektor perikanan maupun sektor pariwisata yang besar dan potensial, namun masyarakat nelayannya masih terbelenggu kemiskinan. Belum optimalnya produktifitas sektor perikanan sebagai salah satu upaya pemberdayaan ekonomi kerakyatan di Nagari Mandeh, diduga dipengaruhi oleh masih rendahnya kemampuan nelayan dalam mengelola usaha hilirisasi produk dari hasil tangkapan laut, karena terbatasnya pengetahuan masyarakat mitra mengenai manajemen keuangan dan income generating dari usaha yang mereka lakukan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat mitra dalam pengelolan dan perencanaan terhadap keuangan usaha dan keluarga. Metode pelaksanaan adalah melalui ceramah, tanya jawab dan simulasi serta role-play dengan cara melakukan pembukuan manajemen keuangan sederhana untuk usaha dan manajemen keuangan keluarga. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan, melalui penyebaran kuisioner terbukti terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan peserta pelatihan akan pentingnya melakukan perencanaan dan pengendalian terhadap keuangan usaha maupun keluarga, sehingga masyarakat mitra dapat mengelola usaha hilirisasi pengolahan hasil tangkapan laut dengan baik dan menjadi income generating bagi mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konsep pengelolaan sumber daya manusia syariah yang diimplementasikan pada Bank Syariah Mandiri cabang Padang, Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang didapat secara langsung dari informan dan data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen-dokumen yang relevan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep pengelolaan sumber daya manusia syariah sudah diimplementasikan pada Bank Syariah Mandiri cabang Padang, Sumatera Barat.

Abstract

In general, Islamic banks with conventional banks are different. The difference is in the operating base used. Conventional banks operate on interest, while Islamic banks operate on profit sharing, buying and selling and leasing. The main activity of the bank is to channel funds to the public. The distribution of these funds in conventional banks is called credit, while in Islamic banks it is more often referred to as financing. Of the 8 types of financing that, murabahah financing is the financing that is most in demand by the public and has the highest value every year. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Return On Assets, Financing to Deposit Ratio and Non Performing Financing on murabahah financing at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2009-2020 period. The population in this study are Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia in 2009-2020. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and obtained 10 banks with a total sample of 107 samples. The research data uses secondary data taken from the official website of each bank, and the research method used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study indicate that the Return On Assets and Financing to Deposit Ratio variables have no effect on murabahah financing and Non-Performing Financing has a significant positive effect on murabahah financing at Islamic commercial banks. For further researchers, it is expected to include all Islamic banking and add variables and research samples.

Abstract

Kamang Magek District in Agam Regency has 177 small industries with 708 workers and 2 large industries with 51 workers. The products produced are dominated by the food sector so that product halalness is the main thing to pay attention to. Along with this, activities are needed regarding the need for the halalness of a product that will be consumed by the public for existing industrial players. Through the initiation of the Nagari government, Kamang Hilia sent a request to LPPM Padang State University to carry out community service activities regarding product halal certification. Community service activities are carried out by inviting resource persons from the Padang State University Halal Center in the form of training and discussions as well as assistance in the process of obtaining halal certification. This activity will succeed the Sehati program targeted by the government, especially for the province of West Sumatra. With this training, communication and supervision of industry players is getting better and opening opportunities for small partner industries to obtain a significant number of halal certificates.

Abstract

This community service activity in Nagari Kamang Hilia, Agam Regency was motivated by the issuance of Law Number 6 of 2014 and Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2018 as well as the many village officials in various regions of Indonesia who have legal cases related to the use of village funds. The aim of this activity is to provide understanding for village officials about planning, administration, reporting and accountability of village finances so as to contribute to the creation of a transparent, accountable, participatory, orderly and disciplined nagari financial management system. This activity presents resource persons who are competent in the fields of planning, administration, reporting and accountability as well as supervision of village finances. The activity pattern is carried out in the form of lectures, training and discussions as well as mentoring with 30 participants. The activity ran smoothly and participants' understanding of nagari financial management increased.
