Abstract

Abstract. Various regulations that have been issued emphasize the independence of the Village and the independence of the Village in managing Village resources and sources of funds. The village as an autonomous region has exclusivity, among others, in terms of the authority to manage village finances independently, the authority to make village regulations, and the authority to make BUMDes. The objectives of this activity are: (a) To complete the capacity of BUMDes officers in managing financial transactions as the initial basis for preparing financial reports. (b) Improving the ability of BUMDes officers in completing and producing financial reports through the application of the accounting cycle. (c) Completing the ability of BUMDes officers in making financial reports as part of the BUMDes financial accountability report. Solutions and Outcomes: (1) Training on how to manage financial transactions such as journaling, making ledgers, trial balances. (2) Training on making financial reports through worksheets. (3) Financial reporting and accountability training. The output of the activities carried out was a change in attitude in terms of participants' understanding of BUMDes management and financial reporting after the delivery of materials and discussions during the training.Keyword: Village, BUMDes, Journaling, Trial balance, Work sheet

Abstract

PT Cipta Kridatama (CK) site PT Multi Harapan Utama (MHU) merupakan perusahaan kontraktor jasa pertambangan yang menerapkan metode peledakan pada aktifitas pengupasan lapisan overburden. Kegiatan peledakan menerapkan metode geometri air deck yang bertujuan untuk menghemat penggunaan bahan peledak sehingga nilai powder factor juga turun. Serta mempercepat proses kegiatan peledakan tanpa menunggu waktu gassing dengan tetap menghasilkan fragmentasi batuan hasil peledakan dan digging time alat gali material hasil peledakan sesuai yang ditargetkan. Dalam hal ini dibutuhkan nilai Air Deck Factor (ADF) untuk mendapatkan Air Deck Length (ADL) yang selanjutnya didapatkan pengurangan nilai powder factor optimum serta rancangan geometri air deck pada kegiatan peledakan. Berdasarkan karakteristik material batuan overburden di PIT 270 dibedakan menjadi dua jenis yang dominan yaitu claystone dan sandstone. Nilai ADF pada material overburden clay stone sebesar 0,155 dan 0,115 untuk sand stone dengan ADL 0,3-0,6 untuk clay stone dan 0,2-0,5 pada sand stone. Berdasarkan ADL optimum yang dihasilkan dapat menurunkan nilai powder factor 0,21-0,22 kg/BCM dari powder factor dipeledakan konvensional sebesar 0,24 kg/BCM, dengan penghematan bahan peledak sebesar 8,74% di material sand stone dan 12,88% di material clay stone pada setiap lubang.

Abstract

PT. Anugerah Borneo Maruya Persada carries out mining through excavation, transportation and washing, during the washing process in the Washing Plant area there are still conditions work that can be categorized as unsafe. Therefore, it is necessary to identify risks, risknassessmentcand risknrecommendations using the Job Safety Analysis method for Prevent work accidents among workers who are active in the Washing Plant 1 location and Washing Plant 2 at PT. Borneo Maruya Persada Award. Results obtained from research namely, there is a risk assessment before and after control recommendations are carried out decrease. On equipment activities at Washing Plant 1 before recommendations are made controlnhas 8% HighnRisk, 44% Moderate Risknand 48% Low Risk. Once done controlnrecommendations are 0% High Risk, 7% Moderate Risk and 93% Low Risk.Meanwhile, equipment operating activities at Washing Plant 2 are before the recommendation control of 10% High Risk, 50% Moderate Risk and 40% Low Risk. Once done Control recommendations are 0% High Risk, 10% Moderate Risk and 90% Low Risk.Keywords: HIRARC, JSA, Risk Management
