Abstract

Abstract: relationship employee engagement with the performance of the hosptal’s nurses at Pariaman City. This study was conducted to determine the relationship employee engagement with the performance of the hospital’s nurses at Pariaman. Researchers used 36 people to be sample. Based on the results of the analysis between employee engagement with performance of hospital’s nurses Pariaman City has got r=0.516 with significance level of p=0.001 (p>0.01). It’s indicate that this research hypothesis is accepted, and can be concluded that there is a relationship between employee engagement with the performance of the nurses in the Aisyiyah hospital Pariaman. The effective of employee engagement variables on the performance of R-square values obtained, amounting to 26.6%.Keywords: Hospital’s nurses, employee engagement, performance. Abstrak: Hubungan keterlibatan karyawan dengan kinerja perawat rumah sakit di Kota Pariaman. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan keterlibatan karyawan dengan kinerja perawat rumah sakit di Kota Pariaman. Peneliti menggunakan sampel 36 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis antara keterlibatan variabel karyawan dengan kinerja perawat di rumah sakit kota Pariaman didapatkan niai r=0,516 dengan tingkat signifikansi p=0,001 (p>0,01) dari hasil analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis penelitian ini diterima, dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara keterlibatan karyawan dengan kinerja perawat di rumah sakit Aisyiyah kota Pariaman. Sumbangan efektif variabel keterlibatan karyawan terhadap kinerja nilai R-square diperoleh, sebesar 26,6%.Kata kunci: Perawat rumah sakit, keterlibatan karyawan, kinerja.
