Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of solvency on the lag audit report with corporate governance as a mediating variable in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2018. Descriptive analysis will be used in this study and then processed using SPSS software. The sample in this study are: 20 (twenty) mining companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2017-2018. This study uses solvency as the dependent variable and audit report lag as an independent variable and corporate governance as a mediating variable. This study uses the square-R, t-significance, and regression analysis. The results of the analysis carried out in this study indicate that solvency has no significant effect on Audit Report Lag, Corporate Governance has a significant effect on Audit Report Lag, and Solvency has no significant effect on Audit Report Lag with the mediation of Corporate Governance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran-peran sekretaris dalam membantu pimpinannya di perusahaan. Sebagai seseorang yang mendapatkan kepercayaan dari pimpinan, seorang sekretaris memegang peranan yang sangat penting didalam perusahaan, bukan hanya dalam menangani berbagai pekerjaan administrasi dan kesekretarisan, tetapi ia juga diandalkan untuk mengelola urusan internal maupun eksternal perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah kajian literatur, dengan menelaah teori dan penelitian-penelitian terkait yang menganalisa peran-peran sekretaris dalam membantu pimpinan di perusahaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Celebrity Endorser and Price on Purchase Decision of Oppo Smartphone at BEC Bandung. The data used in this study were the primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected from questionnaires, while the secondary data were obtained thru related literature and publication. There are 100 respondents participating in this study who was the buyer or user of Oppo Smartphone. The results of this study indicate that celebrity endorser and price has significantly influence the purchasing decision either partially or simultaneously, and the coefficient determination results indicate that Celebrity Endorser and Price affect the Purchase Decision by 15% and the remaining 85% is influenced by other variables that were not discussed in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of Profitability (Net Profit Margin) and Investment Opportunity Set (Price Earning Ratio) to the firm’s value in the oil and gas company listed at Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) by the period of 2014-2018. Using purposive sampling techniques, there are 7 companies that being selected that fulfill the criteria for the research sample. The result shows that: 1) Profitabilty has not significant influence to the Price Share, 2) IOS has not significant influence to the Price Share, 3) Profitability has not significant influence to the firm value, 4) IOS has not significant influence to the Firm Value, 5) Price Share has not significant influence to the Firm Value, 6) Price Share can’t mediate the influence of Profitability to the Firm Value, 7)Price Share can’t mediate the influence of IOS to the Firm Value.
