Abstract

Pembelajaran blended learning yang menggabungkan berbagai cara penyampaian, model pengajaran, dan gaya pembelajaran agar memudahkan mahasiswa dalam menerima materi yang disampaikan oleh dosen. Perkuliahan tipe blended learning pada penelitian ini memanfaatkan aplikasi portal e-learning Kulon milik Sekolah Tinggi Farmasi Muhammadiyah Tangerang sebagai upaya pembelajaran daring pada masa wabah covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan e-learning Kulon pada mata kuliah Anatomi Fisiologi Manusia mahasiswa Farmasi dan persepsi mahasiswa farmasi terhadap pembelajaran daring. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa angket dan wawancara secara online yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa farmasi sebanyak 40 orang pada semester genap yang mengambil mata kuliah Anatomi Fisiologi Manusia 2020. Data diperoleh dari hasil observasi yang dikumpulkan selama perkuliahan dan hasil kuesioner respon mahasiswa terhadap penerapan blended learning. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sistem portal Kulon dan mahasiswa siap untuk pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring. Dengan instruksi yang jelas, mahasiswa dapat melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan baik dan mandiri. Hasil analisis data kuesioner menyimpulkan bahwa mahasiswa lebih terbuka dalam bertanya dan menjawab pertanyaan saat pembelajaran di portal Kulon dibandingkan saat berada dikelas, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran e-learning tipe blended learning dengan menggunakan portal e-learning Kulon pada masa wabah covid-19 sudah cukup baik dan efektif.Blended learning is a learning model which combines various forms of delivery, teaching model, and learning style, which make it easier for students to receive material that is given by their teachers. These blended learning type of course in this research took advantage of the Kulon of online application portal e-learning developed by the Muhammadiyah Pharmaceutical high school, as an online learning effort during the covid-19 outbreak. The study aims to learn the application of e-learning Kulon to the subjects of human physiological anatomy of pharmaceutical students and a pharmaceutical student's perception of online learning. This research method employs qualitative descriptive research methods. Research instruments used in questioner and online interviews were given to 40 people of pharmaceutical students who take a course in the anatomy of human physiology. Data was collected from observation during college and from student response questionnaires to the application of blended learning. Analysis shows that the Kulon portal system and students are ready for the implementation of online learning. With clear instruction, students can perform good and independent learning. A questionnaire's data analysis showed the students braver to asking and answering questions during learning at the Kulon portal rather than in a manual class can conclude that the application of e-learning, a blended type of learning, using the Kulon's portal e-learning during the covid-19 outbreak was good and effective

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to 1) know the effectiveness of learning blended learning-based quided inquiry on the ability of the mastery of the concept of the student, and 2) determine the effectiveness of learning blended learning-based quided inquiry on the creative thinking skills of students. The study included 71 students as the sample of the study through random sampling derived from semester II Undergraduate Programs of Pharmacy in the college of Pharmacy Muhammadiyah Tangerang with the category of Class A as the control class and Class B as the experimental class. The draft design of the study using the method of Quasi Experiment Preetest-Posttest Control Group Design. Collecting data using test essay question and questionnaire, and data analysis using statistical parametric t-test with a significance level of 0.05. From the results of Anova test found that the results of the data 0.000 < 0.05, which shows the learning blended learning-based quided inquiry is effective against student mastery of concepts with the results of N-Gain in the control group amounted to 40.6% with the category of less effective and the experimental class of 68.8% with the category quite effective. Learning blended learning-based quided inquiry is effective against the ability of creative thinking of students on the aspects of fluency by 71%, originality by 75%, and the elaboration of 75% including both categories, while on the aspect fleksibility included in the very good category with a percentage of 81%. From the results of the questionnaire responses of students towards learning blended learning-based quided inquiry included in the very good category with an average value of 82,71. Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk 1) mengetahui keefektivan pembelajaran blended learning berbasis quided inquiry terhadap kemampuan penguasan konsep mahasiswa, dan 2) mengetahui keefektivan pembelajaran blended learning berbasis quided inquiry terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa. Penelitian ini melibatkan 71 mahasiswa sebagai sampel penelitian melalui random sampling yang berasal dari semester II Program Sarjana Farmasi di Sekolah Tinggi Farmasi Muhammadiyah Tangerang dengan kategori Kelas A sebagai kelas kontrol dan Kelas B sebagai kelas eksperimen. Rancangan desain penelitian menggunakan metode Quasi Experiment Preetest-Posttest Control Group Design. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes soal essay dan angket, dan analisis data menggunakan statistik parametrik uji-t dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Dari hasil uji Anova diperoleh bahwa hasil data 0,000 < 0,05 yang menunjukkan pembelajaran blended learning berbasis quided inquiry efektif terhadap penguasaan konsep mahasiswa dengan hasil N-Gain pada kelompok kontrol sebesar 40,6% dengan kategori kurang efektif dan kelas eksperimen sebesar 68,8% dengan kategori cukup efektif. Pembelajaran blended learning berbasis quided inquiry efektif terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa pada aspek fluency sebesar 71%, originality sebesar 75%, dan elaboration sebesar 75% termasuk kategori baik, sedangkan pada aspek fleksibility termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat baik dengan persentase 81%. Dari hasil angket tanggapan mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran blended learning berbasis quided inquiry termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik dengan nilai rata-rata 82,71.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas pembelajaran berbasis inquiry untuk meningkatkan penguasaan konsep dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa farmasi muhammadiyah Tangerang. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quasi Experiment dengan Pretest-Posttest Control Group, Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. Studi ini melibatkan 70 siswa pada semester 2 Sekolah Tinggi Farmasi Muhammadiyah Tangerang dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dosen, kuesioner, dan hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada peningkatan penguasaan konsep mahasiswa farmasi Sekolah Tinggi Farmasi Muhammadiyah Tangerang pada Mata Kuliah Anatomi Fisiologi Manusia yang diberikan pembelajaran berbasis inquiry; (2) ada peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa farmasi Sekolah Tinggi Farmasi Muhammadiyah Tangerang pada Mata Kuliah Anatomi Fisiologi Manusia yang diberikan pembelajaran berbasis inquiry.

Abstract

Candidiasis is an infection that often occurs among all fungal infections involving the skin or mucous membranes. Most infections caused by Candida albicans. The use of synthetic antifungal poses a lot of problems such as serious side effects, resistance, complicate the rules of use, and the need for medical supervision. One of the plants that used as traditional medicine by the people of jackfruit leaves. This research was conducted to determine whether jackfruit leaves can provide the antifungal activity against Candida albicans. This research was carried out experimentally in the laboratory. Samples of dried jackfruit leaves are crushed and extracted by maceration using 96% ethanol and thickened with a rotary evaporator. Subsequently extract with a concentration of 1.25% (K1), 2.5% (K2), 5% (K3), 10% (K4), 20% (K5), 40% (K6) and 80% (K7), positive control 25 µg fluconazole (K8) and negative control DMSO (K9) tested antifungal activity against Candida albicans with agar diffusion method by way of pitting with 3 times replication. The result of research showed jackfruit leaves extract can provide the antifungal activity against Candida albicans with optimal concentration is 80% concentration. Kruskal Wallis test analysis results that each treatment group showed a significant difference (Sig 0.05). Tukey HSD Post Hoc test showed only K7 not showed a significant difference with the positive control (Sig 0.05).

Abstract

The Training of Making Cheese to Meet the Nutritional Needs of Children's Bones and Teeth during the Golden Age Golden age is a golden period of early childhood in conducting exploration activities in shaping children's character. In fulfilling the nutritional intake of children aged 3-5 years, there are 35% of children in Kukulu village who do not consume milk. This is due to the start of various activities of children in playing, so less consumption of milk. It causes the loss of appetite in consuming milk so that there are problems in the growth of children's bones and teeth. The purpose of program was to increase public knowledge in improving children's nutrition by processing milk into cheese so that the benefits and content of milk are maintained. The method of this community service was lecturing about the benefits of milk and the processing into cheese. Than, continued with training of cheese making in overcoming children who are less willing to consume milk. Evaluation data showe that about 80%-100% of the participants got the good and very good understanding about the material. And, about 80%-100% of them satisfied with satisfied with it.

Abstract

Penyebaran Covid-19 menyebabkan penyakit pada penderita hingga dapat menimbulkan kematian. Kebiasaan masyarakat yang kurang menjaga kebersihan tangan menjadi salah satu penyebab menyebarnya virus Covid-19 diIndonesia. Salah satu upaya dalam mencegah penyebaran Covid-19 di Indonesia dapat diterapkan oleh masyarakat dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan seperti menggunakan masker, mencuci tangan, menjaga jarak, menghindari kerumunan, dan melakukan vaksinasi. Dalam menerapkan protokol kesehatan masyarakat Kelurahan Kukulu Desa Dangdeur Kabupaten Tangerang yang merupakan daerah yang kurang menaati anjuran pemerintah. Solusi dalam menangani masalah tersebut, dengan memberikan penyuluhan terhadap pencegahan Covid-19 melalui pemberian pelatihan pembuatan paper soap kepada masyarakat. Paper soap dipilih karena proses pembuatannya yang sederhana dan penggunaannya yang sangat mudah serta fleksibel dibawa saat bepergian. Kegiatan ini bertujuan agar masyarakat dapat mengetahui pentingnya menjaga kebersihan tangan sehingga dapat meminimalisir infeksi bakteri pada permukaan tangan dan mencegah penyebaran Covid-19 di masyarakat sekitar. Kegiatan ini diterima dengan baik melalui antusiame masyarakat dalam mengikuti pelatihan yang diberikan. Dari 20 masyarakat yang diberikan sosialisasi mengenai pencegahan penyebaran Covid-19, sebanyak 76% pengetahuan masyarakat meningkat. Dan hasil tanggapan masyarakat terhadap kegiatan pengabdian ini sebanyak 82% merasa sangat puas, 12% merasa puas, 6% merasa cukup puas.Â
