Abstract

Stroke cases in Indonesia are increasing rapidly, stroke sufferers are not only old but also young. Riskesdas (2013) described the highest Stroke prevalence in North Sulawesi (10.8 ‰), followed by DI Yogyakarta (10.3 ‰), Bangka Belitung and DKI Jakarta, 9.7 per mile respectively. Post-stroke patients have an impact on the lives of patients, because individuals cannot do many things and achieve the best things in their lives, unable to fulfill their development tasks, unable to carry out activities to meet their needs and also interfere with the community in their environment. The purpose of the study was to get a description of the determinant factors of self-acceptance of patients with limited mobility due to stroke. With Research Design: Descriptive analytic with cross sectional approach, Population of patients who have a stroke. The sample in this study were: post-stroke patients who experienced limited mobility. Research Location: in the area of ​​Cipayung Subdistrict, period with data collection techniques: Disseminating research instruments, Analysis of data: Univariate, Bivariate and Multivariate Analysis The results of this study concluded that patients with good spiritual levels contributed 5 times better than stroke patients with self spiritual low

Abstract

The teaching and learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic underwent a change, previouslyitwasdoneface-to-face, now it must be done online, both learning theory and laboratory practice. Online laboratory practice learning will have an impact on student learning outcomes where students will have difficulty achieving learning outcomes because they cannot practice directly with appropriate tools. The study aims to identify the factors that affect the effectiveness of online method laboratory practices in nursing students of the Nursing Department of the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health, JakartaIII.This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional approach,with Chi- Square analysis, simple and multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 143 respondents. The questionnaire was developed by researchers and validity and reliability tests have been carried out. The results of this study indicate that students' motivation and learning method scontribute 1.74 times to the success of online laboratory practical learning. It is necessary to readiness of lecturers in making practical learning media online methods and readiness of students to change learning patterns from face to face to online.

Abstract

Cervical cancer is ranked seventh in the world which causes death in women from all types of cancer, while the percentage in Indonesia is estimated at 12.7% of all types of cancer. One of the therapies performed on cervical cancer patients is ionizing radiation or Brachytherapy. This action often causes anxiety with varying degrees depending on the condition and the patient's ability to manage it. This study aims to determine the effect of classical music therapy on anxiety in cervical cancer patients undergoing Brachytherapy in the radiation oncology service unit of Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital Jakarta. This research design is Quasi Experimental, with type one group pre test and post test design with out control group. The study population was all cervical cancer patients who underwent Brachytherapy with a total sample of 42 respondents. The results showed that classical music therapy was able to reduce anxiety levels by 11.62% with a p-value of 0.000 from moderate to mild anxiety, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of classical music therapy on reducing anxiety levels in cervical cancer patients undergoing Brachytherapy.
