Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan pengusaha tahu di Kecamatan Bonai Darussalam, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek yang menjadi penelitian adalah para pengusaha tahu yang berada di Kecamatan Bonai Darussalam. Metode pengambilan sample adalah random sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 39 orang pengusaha.Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah koesioner. Teknik yang digunakan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan kesimpulan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS, sehingga menghasilkan persamaan: Y = 3,283 + 0,092 X1 + 0,280 X2 + 0,305 X3 + e. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji R, menunjukkan bahwa nilai R Square adalah 0,450 artinya secara bersama-sama variabel bebas memiliki pengaruh sebesar 45,0% terhadap variabel terikat, dan 9,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas lainnya yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Dapat disimpukan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan pengusaha di Kecamatan Bonai Darussalam adalah variabel independen Modal kerja (X1), Jam kerja (X2) dan Lama usaha (X3).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Bagaimana pengaruh penerapan aplikasi sistem informasi manajemen daerah (SIMDA) terhadap laporan keuangan satuan kerja perangkat daerah (SKPD) Pemerintah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 43 orang pengguna aplikasi SIMDA. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara independen (Aplikasi SIMDA) secara parsial terhadap variabel dependen (Kualitas Laporan Keuangan).

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Likuiditas berpengaruh terhadap Modal Kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PD. BPR Rokan Hulu yang beralamat di Jl.Tuanku Tambusai kompleks pasar modern kampung padang, Pasir Pengaraian Rokan Hulu-Riau. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis linier sederhana dengan persamaan Y= 0,23 + 0,0006X. Serta analisis korelasi hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel X likuiditas dan Y modal kerja. Besar pengaruh tersebut ditunjukkan oleh nilai korelasi r sebesar 89% (0,89). Hubungan bersifat positif, yang artinya terjadi hubungan searah antara variabel X dan Y.

This study aims to determine the effect of transparency and accountability on local financial management in Rokan Hulu Regency. The population in this study are all officials who carry out regional financial management. The study sample used a proportional random sampling technique with a total of 87 people. Data collection methods using observation, questionnaires, documentation and interviews. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with the SPSS program. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained regression equation Y = 7.280 + 1.017X1 + 1.426X2. Partially, transparency count 4,239 and accountability 7,629 were obtained. Simultaneously, an F-count of 114,933 was obtained. The results showed that 73.2% of regional financial management was influenced by transparency and accountability, while the remaining 26.8% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The conclusion of this study. Both the partial test (t test) and the simultaneous test (F test) all independent variables consisting of transparency and accountability simultaneously affect the management of regional finances

This study aims to determine the effect of self control, financial literacy and financial inclusion on the saving behavior of students of the Management Faculty of Economics, University of Pasir Pengaraian partially simultaneously. The population of this study is the students of Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, University of Sandy Pengaraian. The sampling method using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results of the study based on multiple linear regression analysis showed that self-control, financial literacy and financial inclusion had a positive and significant effect on saving behavior with a coefficient of 1.203. Partially the variables that influence saving behavior are self-control and financial inclusion, while simultaneously the variables of self-control, financial literacy and financial inclusion together influence the saving behavior of students of Management Study Program at the Faculty of Economics, University of Pasir Pengaraian.

The purpose of this research was to determine the Effect of Accountability and Transparency on Accountability of Village Expenditure Budget (APBDes) in the Village Office of North Central Rambah, Rokan Hulu Regency, this research used descriptive and quantitative methods using data analysis of respondents' achievement levels (TCR) with the analysis model multiple linear regression obtained from the results of Y = 23.695 + 0, 418 X1 + 0.796 X2 + e. Data obtained through structured interviews with respondents is the apparatus of the North Central Rambah Village. The results of this research indicate that Accountability and Transparency has a positive effect on the Village Expenditure Budget. With a value of 51.7% influenced by Accountability and Transparency and the rest 48.3% is influenced by other variables outside this research.

The purpose of this study was to determine the income and to find out whether the Cayenne Chili Tumpangsari Farming Business was feasible to be cultivated in Rokan Hulu Regency. Data Analysis Techniques using both income analysis and farming feasibility analysis. The results showed that the total revenue achieved by cayenne pepper farmers was Rp. 81,640,000 with an average income of Rp. 69,449,550. And cayenne pepper intercropping in Rokan Hulu Regency is feasible to operate with an R/C value of 5, which means that each expenditure is Rp. 100 will get a receipt of Rp. 500.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengaruh pengetahuan keuangan, lokus pengendalian dan pendapatan terhadap perilaku keuangan pegawai Dinas Tanaman Pangan dan Holtikultura Kabupaten Rokan Hulu baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 65 orang Karyawan Dinas Tanaman Pangan dan Holtikultura Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah aksidental sampling. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu uji regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji F, Uji t dan koefisien determinasi. Dari hasil analisis regresi linier berganda didapat ketiga variabel (pengetahuan keuangan, lokus pengendalian dan pendapatan) memiliki pengaruh masing-masing sebesar 0,363, 0,707 dan 0,265. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengetahuan keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan, lokus pengendalian dan pendapatan dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,05 yaitu 0,000. Kemudian melalui uji F diketahui bahwa variable pengetahuan keuangan, lokus pengendalian dan pendapatan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0.000. Dalam uji koefisien determinasi diketahui 98,4% perilaku keuangan dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan keuangan, lokus pengendalian dan pendapatan, sedangkan sisanya 1,6% dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak di teliti dalam penelitian ini.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and motivation on interest in investing in the capital market (case study of people in Riau Province). The research method used is quantitative method with descriptive approach. The population in this study were people in Riau Province. The technique used in sampling is using Non Probability Sampling with Purposive Sampling technique with a total sample of 100 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to a predetermined sample via google form. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis and in the data processing process uses the help of IBM SPSS software for windows version 22. The results of this study indicate that, based on the t test, financial literacy and motivation partially have a significant and positive effect on investment interest. While based on the f test shows that financial literacy (X1) and motivation (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on investment interest in the capital market.
