Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of total quality management and reward systems on the managerial performance of PT SAI Surau Gading, Rokan Hulu Regency. The population and sample of this study were all 96 employees of PT SAI Surau Gading, Rokan Hulu Regency. The sampling method uses the census method or saturated sampling. The independent variables in this study are total quality management (X1), reward system (X2) and managerial performance dependent variable (Y). Data collection methods consist of observation, questionnaire and documentation. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained regression equation Y = 5.642 + 0.154 X1 + 1,203 X2 + e. Partially, a total quality management of 1,388 and an award system of 11,084 were obtained. Simultaneously, an F-count of 491,727 obtained showed that the total quality management and reward system had the same effect on managerial performance. The results showed that 91.4% of managerial performance was influenced by the total quality management and reward system, while the remaining 8.6% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The conclusion of this study in partial testing (test) only reward system variables that affect managerial performance while in testing simultaneously (F test) total quality management and reward systems together affect managerial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to see whether leader member exchange and self efficacy affect employee voice behavior in PD. BPR Rokan Hulu both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were PD employees. BPR Rokan Hulu. The study sample used 34 census sampling techniques. The independent variables in this study were leader member exchange (X1), self efficacy (X2) and the dependent variable (Y) employee voice behavior. Data collection methods using observation, questionnaire and interview methods. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained regression equation Y = 5.478 + 0.246X1 + 0.270X2 Partially, obtained t-count leader member exchange is 3.096 and self efficacy is 5.696. Simultaneously, obtained an F-count of 34,100 shows leader member exchange and self efficacy jointly influencing employee voice behavior in PD. BPR Rokan Hulu. The results showed that 68.7% of employee voice behavior was influenced by leader member exchange and self efficacy, while the remaining 31.3% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The conclusion of this study both partially and simultaneously leader member exchange and self efficacy affect employee voice behavior in PD. BPR Rokan Hulu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of fashion involvement and shopping lifestyle on impulsive buying of consumers at the Boutique Store in Bandung Pasir Pengaraian. The population of this study were all buyers at Boutique Bandung, amounting to 39,167 people with a total sample taken of 100 people. The sampling method uses accidental sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results of the study based on multiple linear regression analysis showed that fashion involvement and shopping lifestyle towards impulsive buying consumers in Bandung Boutique Store Pasir Pengaraian with a coefficient of 1.109. The conclusion of this study is both the partial test and the simultaneous fashion involvement and shopping lifestyle variables on impulsive buying consumers.

Abstract

Work experience is the process of forming knowledge and the level of mastery of one's knowledge and skills in their work that can be measured from their working period and the level of knowledge and skills they possess. Work experience in a Palm Oil Mill (PKS) is largely determined by the length of time or work period that has been taken by someone to be able to understand the tasks that are in the Palm Oil Mill to undergo certain jobs. Regarding how long the minimum work experience that must be owned by someone to become a leader or manager in a particular organization is still uncertain. The level of knowledge and skills possessed by a worker largely determines the high low work experience of employees in Palm Oil Mills (PKS). This study seeks to conduct an experimental study of the level of work experience of Palm Oil Mill (PKS) employees in Rokan Hulu Regency so that it is hoped that they will be able to find the right concept in managing the work experience of Palm Oil Mill (PKS) employees, especially for Rokan Hulu Regency. Data analysis technique in this research is to use quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. This analysis aims to describe at a glance the results of research respondents, the mean value (mean) of each question item and the total item. Besides this analysis is used to determine the achievement of respondents to the spread of respondents' answers to the question items used. Thus the percentage and activities of the respondents' achievement will be drawn. Based on the results of analysis of research data that has been done, the work experience of the employees of the Palm Oil Mill (PKS) of PT. Eluan Mahkota in Rokan Hulu Regency is in good condition, seen from the TCR level for respondents' responses regarding work experience variables of 86.17% with a good statement level. This means that indicators of work experience in the Palm Oil Mill (PKS) of PT. Eluan Mahkota (EMA) in Rokan Hulu Regency was stated by respondents as good. Work experience in this study was measured using indicators of length of work, work experience, skills and mastery of work and equipment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak motivasi kerja dan kompensasidalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan DaerahKabupaten Rokan Hulu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan mengambil lokasi pada BadanPerencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Populasi penelitian adalahseluruh pegawai (PNS dan Honorer) yang berjumlah 73 orang, sehingga seluruhnyadijadikan responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan denganmenggunakan metode sensus yaitu seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Analisis datamenggunakan regresi linear berganda, dimana variabel bebas adalah motivasi dankompensasi sedangkan variabel terikat kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian,ditemukan bahwa pengaruh motivasi kerja (X1) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y), yaitu sebesar76,40% adalah signifikan (bermakna) hal ini dibuktikan dari uji t hitung sebesar 8,120 > ttabel sebesar 1,671 dengan sig sebesar 0,00 lebih kecil dari 0,05 sehingga Ha diterima danHo ditolak. Selanjutnya, pengaruh kompensasi (X2) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) sebesar28,8% adalah signifikan (bermakna) hal ini dibuktikan dari uji t hitung sebesar 2,023 > ttabel sebesar 1,671 dengan sig sebesar 0,047 lebih kecil dari 0,05 sehingga Ha diterima danHo ditolak. Sedangkan pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawaisecara simultan (bersama-sama) sebesar 83,70% dan sisanya sebesar 16,30% dipengaruhioleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti seperti kepemimpinan, budaya organiasi, dan lain-lain.
