Abstract

Abstract In remote areas, there are many simple bridges (non-engineered bridges) that are damaged. One alternative to solve the problem of bridges in remote areas for pedestrians is to use a wooden frame bridge. The truss system bridge is an ideal form and is easily renewable and easily available which is prone to buckling. Some forms of truss bridges that are widely applied are the Warren truss, Pratt truss, Howe truss, and K-truss types. This study discusses the effect of frame shape on the ratio of weight and deflection that occurs due to pedestrian loads on short spans (L=4m). In the development of this frame shape, it refers to the frame shape that is widely applied, using loading according to SNI 1725-2016 and cold rolled cross section analysis based on SNI 7971-2013. The data required is the height of the girder is 2.1m and the width is 0.7m. Refers to SNI 1725 Loading bridges, and the control structure refers to SNI T-12-2004 (Concrete Structure Planning for Bridges). The analysis begins by determining the dimensions of the girder geometry, Sap 2000 software. The results of the analysis show that the calculation with Sap 2000 and graphed shows the equation y = 82.782 x δ – 2.555562, the maximum deflection is L/500, which is 0.08 cm. So, the load that produces a deflection of 0.08 cm is 7.425 kg. In this plan, the katu sengon material is used with a beam dimension of 8/12 and in the final design the bending stress is 32 kg/cm2 which is smaller than the allowable bending stress of 100 kg/cm2 Keywords: Truss Bridge, Wooden, Pedestrian Bridge, SAP 2000

Abstract

Abstrac This research was conducted to determine the effect of the addition of waste shells and shell powder glass powder on the compressive strength of concrete. The method used is to use the experimental method by making test specimens with a mixture of waste shells powder shells and glass powder by 4%; 8%; 12% then compared with normal concrete without added ingredients. Concrete specimens that have been soaked then tested their compressive strength with the age of 7 days, 14 days, 21 days, and 28 days. The results of the test showed that normal concrete which was not added with the waste of shell powder and glass powder had compressive strength under mixed concrete variations of 4%, 8%, and 12 % when the concrete was 28 days old. Concrete which is added with waste of shell powder and glass powder has  a high yield at 4% variation that is equal to 20,66 MPa. For concrete Variasi of 8% has a compressive streng value of 20,17 MPa, For variations of 12% has a compressive strength value of 20,46 MPa and for normal concrete has a compressive strength of 20,16 MPa at the age 28 days. The compressive strength value generated by the research that occurs due to the slump test value factor that is done is not the same.                       Keywords: Concrete, scallop waste powder, Glass powder waste, concrete compressive strength.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid 19 telah memberikan dampak dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan termasuk pada kondisi ekonomi dan social di Indonesia. Pada lingkup kecil yaitu skala ekonomi rumah tangga. Kelurahan Gaprang berada di Kecamatan Kanigoro Kabupaten Blitar. Sebagian besar ibu PKK adalah ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki pekerjaan sampingan, dengan membuja warung kecil, sebagian lagi diantaranya ada yang memiliki bisnis online. Dalam upaya menyikapi dampak pandemic covid 19, mereka harus mampu berkecimpung dalam membantu menyokong perekonomian keluarga, dengan memanfaatkan waktu luang mereka seoptimal mungkin agar mampu berkarya dan berproduksi secara ekonomi. Sebagai upaya dalam pemanfaatan waktu luang tersebuit maka dilaksanakan kegiatan edukasi dengan memberikan skill tambahan produk rajutan. Tujuan dalam pelatihan ini dapat mengembangkan kreativitas dan produktivitasnnya untuk dapat menghasilkan produk rajutan untuk kemudian menjualnya sebagai bentuk kemandirian financial dalam upaya membantu perekonomian rumah tangga.
