Abstract

Haniatun MaslurohGuru Fisika SMA Nahdlatul Ulama 1 Gresik Email: hani_physic@yahoo.comAbstract:This study was a development of Plomp’s model in solving the teaching and learning problems through educational plan development. The study revealed that cooperative learning model TGT type through brain gym made students quite active to learn from their own experience and maximize the social system in the classroom through discussions. Further, it consisted of some learning devices such as lesson plans, syllabi, and materials from the handbooks for the students and the teachers. These learning devices were tested and proven to meet the practical criteria. It was shown in the teachers’ implementation and accomplishment with strong category in managing the learning process. Moreover, cooperative learning model TGT type with brain gym was considered valid. In addition, its implementation was quite effective observed from students’ positive activities, responses, and achievements during the learning process, including students’ individual and classical achievementsKeywords: model development, physics, the cooperative movement, brain gymAbstrak:Penelitian ini adalah pengembangan model untuk memecahkan masalah pembelajaran dengan tahap pengembangan perencanaan pendidikan dari Plomp. Dari hasil penelitian didapat-kan: 1) gambaran model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT dengan gerakan brain gym adalah sebuah model yang mengaktifkan siswanya untuk belajar melalui pengalaman yang mereka lakukan dan menekankan adanya diskusi untuk memaksimalkan sistem sosial yang terjadi di kelas; 2) model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT dengan gerakan brain gym mempunyai perangkat pembelajaran yang terdiri dari RPP, silabus, materi untuk siswa, pegangan guru dan yang utama terdiri dari buku model. Perangkat pembelajaran berdasarkan hasil uji coba memenuhi kriteria praktis yang ditunjukkan oleh pelaksanaan dan keterlaksanaan guru mengelola pembelajaran dengan rentang kategori kuat; 3) model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT dengan gerakan brain gym memenuhi kriteria validitas; 4) implementasi model pembelajaran memenuhi kriteria efektif yang ditunjukkan dengan aktivitas positif siswa dalam pembelajaran, respon siswa dan hasil belajar yang positif terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan pencapaian kompetensi belajar siswa secara individu dan klasikalKata kunci: pengembangan model, fisika, kooperatif, gerakan brain gym.

Abstract

Administration and Data Processing curriculum at SMA NU 1 Gresik lessons are done by teachers. After the data is processed, the parents and students are right to know: a) Preparation of annual, semiannual, monthly and weekly work plans; b) Adjustment timetable c) Preparation of the test and the exam schedule d) Preparation of a list of books and tool lessons that will be used in activities for increasing student achievement; e) Preparation of appraisal norms, f) Record and report the results of activities of student achievement; g) Preparation of schedules and plan learning activities in the classroom and outside the classroom. The data is obtained by dividing the paperwork that must be made by the number of teachers' lesson without coordination or discussion made in detail made by the teacher so that there is the possibility of dissentients. By improving the manufacturing system administration curriculum using online, it will have a major impact on the quality of graduates. If the quality of graduates according to the expectations of parents, the community and users of the graduates of customer satisfaction will also increase so that the school will gain great confidence of the public and users of the various elements of graduates.
