Abstract

Honey product is one type of product that provides many economic and health benefits so that it is in great demand by all citizens of the world, even animals. There is a gap between production and consumption globally so that every country competes to increase its production not only for domestic needs but also to meet world demand for honey products. There are still many honey producers whom individuals or families manage so that the volume produced is still minimal, either for own consumption or directly sold to consumers. To meet global honey needs, the interests of medium-large companies are essential but still empower honey producers or individual honey farmers. The study aims to maintain its commitment to quality and halalness and corporate analysis strategy following the new institutional economics approach.  This study uses descriptive qualitative research using literature studies. The study results found that the company is very committed to product quality assurance and halalness and implementing the company's strategy at level 4 as new institutional economics, namely economic order 3 with resource efficiency, the formation of marginal prices and structures, and business sustainability.

Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic, economic activities have limitations and obstacles, including BMT trying and finding out scheme alternatives to survive in providing services. This study aims to find out the efforts of BMT to survive the Covid-19 pandemic.This study used a literature review with a descriptive approach and triangulation analysis techniques. The results showed characteristics of BMT in middle society still exist even in times of crisis. The level of public confidence in BMT providing alternative financing. Government policies have a focus on saving Islamic financial institutions. The BMT development policies prioritize liquidity, monitor DPK liquidity, and control lending or financing. This is an effort for BMT to survive in supporting liquidity, relaxation, and social safety nets. Also a task force for handling the impact of Covid-19 in the Islamic microfinance sector, guaranteeing deposits for microfinance institutions, effective supervision and reporting, and a digital business ecosystem through the human touch and technology. Thus, BMT's efforts survive by digital business application and information technology, government support, and management internalization.

Abstract

Background: The middle economics in Indonesia, has been familiar with Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT), it is presenting needs supports of many people. During the Covid-19 pandemic, economic activities has limitations and obstacles, including BMT trying and finding out scheme alternatives to survive in providing services. Purposes: The purpose of this study is to find out the efforts of BMT to survive the Covid-19 pandemic. Methods: This study used a literature review with a descriptive approach and triangulation analysis techniques. Results: The results showed: the characteristics of BMT in the middle society still exist even though in times of crisis, the level of public confidence in BMT providing alternative financing, government policies has focus on saving Islamic financial institutions, the existence of BMT development policies are liquidity is a priority, monitoring of deposits liquidity, and controlling lending or financing as efforts BMT surviving liquidity supporting, relaxation, social safety nets, task force handling the impact of Covid-19 in the Islamic microfinance sector, deposit insurance microfinance institution (LPS), supervision and effective reporting, digital business ecosystem by human touch and technology. Conclusions: Thus, the efforts BMT surviving by digital business application and information technology, government support and management internalization.

Abstract

Optimalisasi inovasi produk membutuhkan perubahan pelaku usaha mikro dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraannya secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian untuk menganalisis inovasi produk nasabah bank wakaf mikro dengan pendekatan model evolusi sosial. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan grounded theory. Pengumpulan data dari observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Analisis menggunakan design thingking dengan teknik triangulasi. Penelitian bertempat di bank wakaf mikro An-Nawawi Tanara Kabupaten Serang. Penelitian menemukan bahwa penciptaan kesejahteraan nasabah bank wakaf mikro terhadap masyarakat sekitar pondok pesantren dengan mengoptimalkan inovasi produk melalui keterlibatan lembaga pengkajian pangan, obat-obatan dan kosmetika majelis ulama Indonesia (LPPOM-MUI), keterlibatan pemerintah dan lembaga sertifikasi produk. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan design thinking dalam merumuskan solusi meningkatkan inovasi produk nasabah bank wakaf mikro untuk penciptaan kesejahteraan mereka melalui optimalisasi labelisasi halal, merek yang dilindungi hak kekayaan intelektual, pengemasan yang menarik dan kelayakan konsumsi produk. Implikasi penelitian bahwa enam model evolusi sosial menjadi rekomendasi mengoptimalkan inovasi produk bank wakaf mikro.

Abstract

Micro waqf banks are formed by utilizing sharia social funds for poor productive communities around Islamic boarding schools. Traditional farmers, small, medium, and micro-enterprises do not understand the green economy principles as Maqashid Syariah approaches harmonizing human welfare and preserving nature in their business as valuable productive. The problem is the lack of understanding of the green economy of micro waqf bank customers in their business. This study aims to analyze the green economy's role on micro waqf bank customers as Farmer in Banten Province. This study uses a qualitative method with a grounded theory approach, while a purposive sampling technique for managers and customers of micro waqf banks. Data collection uses interviews, literature studies, and documentation, while data analysis uses design thinking. The results show optimizing the green economy role, including welfare, justice, environment, efficiency, and governance for micro waqf bank customer farmers. They can be implemented with social evolution models, including empathy, exploration, elaboration, exposure, execution, and expansion on micro waqf bank through financing, coaching, and empowerment on business sustainability. The implication is an optimization of the green economy role to understanding the concept and practice of micro waqf bank customers with a design thinking approach

Abstract

Pandangan dunia terhadap kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara menjadi penting terbangun atas kekuatan pemerintahan global yang stabil dan damai walaupun banyak permasalahan yang dihadapi. Peran filantropi global menjadi alternatif sumber daya potensional dalam membangun kesadaran memberi dan berbagi atas dasar kemanusiaan sehingga kekuatan filantropi dalam mendukung terciptanya negara kesejahteraan yang diharapkan setiap warga negara tanpa melihat ideologi negara yang dianut. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan tentang keterkaitan peran pemerintahan global dengan praktek filantropi global menuju negara kesejahteraan. Metode penelitian menggunakan  studi literatur dengan pendekatan studi dokumentasi yang bersumber dari buku, jurnal dan laporan lembaga  Hasil kajian menunjukkan pemerintahan global masih menghadapi masalah besar di antaranya kemiskinan dan krisis kemanusiaan hingga saat ini terjadinya pandemi Covid-19, di mana di bawah garis kemiskinan di dunia bertambah mencapai 729 juta jiwa. Akumulasi filantropi global memberikan peran penting sebagai alternatif mencapai negara kesejahteraan yang didasari solidaritas dan kedermawanan yang memberi dampak kepada 23 juta jiwa di Indonesia sebagai penerima manfaat dari filantropi zakat sedangkan dari filantropi tzedekah dari kaum Yahudi memberikan manfaat senilai US$ 1,4 milyar. Implikasinya filantropi global senada dengan tujuan konsep negara kesejahteraan yang tidak didominasi peran negara tetapi masyarakat sipil terlibat.
