Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the role of the Serang Regency Education Office in implementing the 9 (nine) year compulsory education program in Serang Banten Regency, to determine the obstacles faced by the Serang Regency Education Office in implementing the 9 (nine) year compulsory education program to fulfill their rights. learning children, and to find out the efforts made by the Serang District Education Office. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method with depiction of facts, data in the form of language expressions and appropriate and systematic interviews. The results of this study indicate that the role of the Serang Dalan district education office in implementing the 9 (nine) year compulsory education program to fulfill children's learning rights has carried out its main duties and functions, namely carrying out regional government affairs in the education sector. So it can be said that the role of the Serang District Education Office is very important in implementing the 9 (nine) year compulsory education program to fulfill children's learning rights. Keywords: Serang District Education Office, 9 (nine) years compulsory education, children's education right. program, fulfilling children's learning rights.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at Daarul Yaqiin Islamic Junior High School in Serang City, with the aim of 1) To determine the Efforts of PPKn Teachers in Implementing Discipline Attitudes to Improve Student Learning Achievement in Daarul Yaqiin Islamic Junior High School, Serang City. 2) Knowing the factors that inhibit PPKn Teacher Efforts in Implementing Discipline Attitudes to Improve Student Achievement in Daarul Yaqiin Islamic Junior High School, Serang City. The method used is a qualitative method with data collection through observation, interview and documentation techniques. The analysis used is to use triangulation with data reduction techniques, data display and data fermentation. The results obtained in this study are that the teacher has made an effort to apply disciplinary attitudes quite well by providing a positive attitude to students, applying appropriate rules and sanctions for students, implementing interesting and fun learning for students. While the factors that affect the inhibition of the teacher's efforts in implementing disciplinary attitudes to improve student learning achievement are mainly influenced by two factors, namely internal and external, where internal originates from within the student itself, such as will, habits, physical and psychological factors. Meanwhile, external factors come from the learning environment and social environment.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The phenomenon of corruption in Indonesia in various aspects of life is not a new thing. Likewise, corrupt behavior has often occurred in everyday life. In fact, ironically, a person sometimes does not know that his actions are corrupt behavior. Corruption is a crime committed either individually or in groups, taking what is not their right with the aim of enriching themselves. Corruption is carried out as a shortcut to enrich oneself without being responsible for the aftermath. The government has taken many ways to make Indonesia free from corruption. However, to realize an Indonesia that is honest and free from acts of corruption is an agenda that requires attention and a very long effort by leaders who are aware of honesty and are free from acts of corruption that are deeply rooted in Indonesian culture. This study aims to: 1) determine the implementation of anti- corruption education in improving the morality of PPKn Untirta students, 2) to find out the learning strategies of anti-corruption education courses in improving the morality of PPKn Untirta students, 3) To find out the forms of morality reflected in PPKn Untirta students. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were the Head of the PPKn Untirta Department, Lecturers of Anti-Corruption Education Courses, and PPKn Students. Data was collected using the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the data using source triangulation. The results showed that: 1) Implementation of Anti-Corruption Education in Improving the Morale of PPKn Untirta Students, (a) Supporting activities: socialization, seminars, habits. 2) Increasing student morality in implementing anti- corruption values.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Land is indispensable for human, such as residence, and another infrastructures. A constrain on face is continuous population growth while lard availability is limited. Indonesia currently being actively implementis development, it goals are creating prosperity and justice for Indonesia citizen. In order to implement it, demand for lard is increasing. In development activities related to the lard reguirement, could appears the various cortlictirs interests. If the land was taken for development purpose it must sacrifice the interests and contrary to human right and state law. Yet, if there is no land, the goals of development to create state welfare and justice is hampered. The aims this thesis to solve some problems, are : (1) How to acguisihor ofland development as set out in law No 2, 2012 about land procuremenr for grouth on public interest in line with country goals such as increasing society welfare? (2) Does law No 2, 2012 about land acguisihor for growth on public interest in practice in line with human right? (3) How the land acguisition perpective for growth on public interest in future to realize welfare state?To answer this problems, pursued through juridic normative approach method in which to analyze according to law and regulations associated with empirical data, and find conclusions ther arrange a descriptive to find the answer to the problems.The study showed that : (1) Land acguisition for development on public interest set in law No 2.2012 there is lack in indemnity. (2) Law No.2, 2012 in practice should accordance with the human right. Human right mears property rights to land then taken by the state for public development must be accordance with article 2, said that principles and purposes of the implementation of the land acguisition including the principle of humanity. (3) Law No 2.2012 expected that agrarian law in future better than previous regulations for government as land acguisition operator, also for the party whose land is used for public interest and realize welfare for all Indonesia society.
