Abstract

ABSTRAKPenyakit jantung koroner merupakan penyakit jantung yang diakibatkan oleh adanya stenosis pada arteri koroner. Derajat stenosis arteri koroner dapat dinilai dengan melakukan pemeriksaan diagnostik invasif yaitu kateterisasi jantung. Prosedur ini akan berjalan dengan baik apabila perawat maupun tim medis lain melakukan perawatan pasien mulai dari perawatan dan persiapan pasien sebelum, selama dan setelah menjalani prosedur kateterisasi jantung. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman dalam melakukan perawatan pada pasien  sebelum dan setelah menjalani kateterisasi jantung.Metode penulisan artikel ini berupa tinjauan kepustakaan yang diperoleh dari berbagai sumber yang relevan. Diharapkan kepada perawat dan tim medis lain untuk melakukan perawatan pasien mulai dari persiapan pasien sebelum, selama serta setelah menjalani prosedur kateterisasi jantung dengan baik tanpa ada komplikasi selama dan setelah prosedur dilakukan.Kata kunci: perawatan, kateterisasi jantung ABSTRACTCoronary heart disease is a heart disease caused by the presence of stenosis in coronary arteries. The degree of coronary artery stenosis can be assessed by examining the invasive diagnostic cardiac catheterization. This procedure will run well if nurses and other medical teams perform patient treatment start from the treatment and preparation of patient before, during, and after undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures. This study aimed to give knowledge and understanding the patient treatment before and after undergoing cardiac catheterization. This article is a literature review based on some relevant resources. It is recommended for nurses and others medical teams for doing good treatment for patient start from patient preparation before, during, and after undergoing cardiac catheterization procedure without complication during, and after the procedure. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe incidens of tuberculosis is reported increased dramatically in the last decade in the wolrd includingIndonesia. Tuberculosis usually, develops in the developing countries or happens in the population with lowsocial economic. Tuberculosis is also one of the infectious diseases which caused the higher of mortality andmorbidity with prolong treatment. Patient can show a lot of symptoms for instance; productive cough, fever,night sweat, dyspneu, chest pain, anorexia and loss of body weight. The impacts of this disease not alsoinfluence of physical but also psychological. It also related with the higher of cost during hospitalized andrecovery at home. Therefore, it takes more responsibility with other professions such as physician, nurse, andanother health team to overcome this problem.Keywords: Management, increased intracranial pressure, stroke, brain tumor, patients
