Abstract

The main activity of cooperatives is to carry out savings and loan transactions for cooperative members only. Every transaction carried out at the Wredatama Krakatau Steel Cooperative (Kopwekas) already uses a database-based application that only requires a few problems including data collection on deposits, credit data collection, and payment processing as well as arrears of cooperative members. It is necessary to develop a savings and loan information system. The methodology used in the design of this information system is the Waterfall Method. This system is designed using the concepts of UML (Unifield Modeling Language) and implemented using Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Database, and Visual Basic 6.0. The expected result of this research is the development of a savings and loan information system of kopwekas which includes processing of deposits, credit, payments and arrears of cooperative members. By using this information system, it is also hoped that the reporting process will be easier, faster with accurate data. Keywords: Information System, Savings and Loans, Waterfall, Cooperative

Abstract

The management of savings and loans at the Wredatama Krakatau Steel Cooperative (Kopwekas) already uses Microsoft Excel, but in savings and loan transactions there are still obstacles, such as the process of recording deposits, loans and arrears of members. This requires accuracy in the checking process and waste of processing time.With these problems, this cooperative needs to use a savings and loan application that can assist in the processing of savings and loan data.The methodology used in the design of this information system is the Waterfall Method. This system is designed using the concepts of DFD (Data Flow Diagram) and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) and is implemented using the Microsoft Access 2019 Database, and Visual Basic 6.0.The expected result of this research is to produce a savings and loan information system that is equipped with processing customer deposits, and customer loans. By using this information system, data processing and report generation becomes easier, faster with accurate data

Abstract

PT Krakatau Hoogovens International Pipe Industries merupakan salah satu perusahaan yangbergerak dibidang manufaktur tentunya dalam industri pipa. Perusahaan ini memiliki fasilitas klinis didalamnya. Fasilitas klinik ini digunakan untuk karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan. Klinik inibiasanya memberikan pelayanan kepada karyawan yang mengalami penyakit ringan seperti pusing,mual, diare dan lain-lain selama proses kerja. Dalam penanganan klinik pegawai dapat langsungdatang menemui dokter atau perawat untuk menyampaikan keluhannya. Biasanya jika sudahdiperiksa oleh petugas klinik akan diberikan obat untuk meredakan keluhan. Disini perawat akanmencari obat yang dibutuhkan pasien pasien, dalam pencarian ketersediaan obat klinis masihmenggunakan sistem tertulis atau manual dengan kata lain belum terkomputerisasi sehinggamemakan waktu lama dan mempengaruhi efisiensi kerja dan efektivitas. Sistem pendataan persediaanobat di klinik berbasis website ini bertujuan untuk mengolah data pasien, data obat, data persediaanobat, dan data tanggal kadaluarsa obat untuk pemeliharaan database. Sistem informasi ini dirancangdengan menggunakan framework, visual studio programming, dan SQL server sebagai database-nyayang dapat menjadi solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi. Metode yang digunakan adalahwaterfall, dari proses analisis kebutuhan, kemudian perancangan sistem hingga perancanganantarmuka.

Abstract

Library data processing at MTS Raudlatul 'Ulum Pabuaran Jaha is still done manually so it has drawbacks, namely archiving becomes disorganized, messy, and searching for data takes a lot of time. Therefore, it is necessary to have a web-based library information system so that the administration, management and service processes to users are better. The research method used is the waterfall method, which involves the stages of software requirements analysis, system design, writing program code, program testing, and system maintenance. Data collection methods use observation, interviews and questionnaires. The interview method is used to determine user needs, questionnaires are used to test the feasibility of usability aspects, while observation is used to test performance efficiency aspects. The result of this research is a web-based library information system using the PHP programming language and MySQL database server which can optimize library management, increase service efficiency, and meet the needs of library users effectively, so as to improve the learning process in schools.
